The Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Act in Japan was proclaimed on December 1, 2004, and five years have passed since the act took effect on April 1, 2007. The ADR Act enables qualified dispute resolution businesses to be certified as ADR business holders through the government's accreditation system, contributing greatly to the advancement of a private ADR. As of June 2012, the number of ADR institutes certified by the government had increased to 112. Article 2 of the supplementary provisions of Japan's ADR Act provides as follows: "The government should review the progress of the Act five years after enforcement, and take measures, if recognized as necessary, based on the results." Any problems revealed in the process of implementing the act are expected to be revised after five years of enforcement. To this end, the academic circle established an association called the Arbitration ADR Act Society in 2004, considering issues of the ADR Act and measures to improve the legislation, making policy suggestions, and working to improve management of the act, through seminars, forums, and a journal. The Japanese ADR Association, composed of ADR institutions as members, put forward a proposal entitled "Toward the Revision of the ADR Act" to the Ministry of Justice on April 2, 2012. This paper intends to identify the current state of the accreditation system, one of the most important systems under the ADR Act in Japan, in consideration of ADR Act revision. In particular, the examination includes measures to improve the accreditation system as well as data analysis of the application of accreditation, the current state of accredited institutions, and the ADR performance of accredited ADR businesses. In Korea, an ADR act has not been legislated yet, although the issue is being actively considered. This paper will be a meaningful reference for the Korean government in developing an accreditation system for inclusion in its ADR act in the future.
Purpose: This study was designed to analyze the behavioral change of knowledge structures and the trends of research topics in the quality management field. Methods: The network structure and knowledge structure of the words were visualized in map form using co-word analysis, cluster analysis and strategic diagram. Results: Summarizing the research results obtained in this study are as follows. First, the word network derived from co-occurrence matrix had 106 nodes and 5,314 links and its density was analyzed to 0.95. Average betweenness centrality of word network was 2.37. In addition, average closeness centrality and average eigenvector centrality of word network were 0.01. Second, by applying optimal criteria of cluster decision and K-means algorithm to word co-occurrence matrix, 106 words were grouped into seven clusters such as standard & efficiency, product design, reliability, control chart, quality model, 6 sigma, and service quality. Conclusion: According to the results of strategic diagram analysis over time, the traditional research topics of quality management field related to reliability, 6 sigma, control chart topics in the third quadrant were revealed to be declined for their study importance. Research topics related to product design and customer satisfaction were found to be an important research topic over analysis periods. Research topic related to management innovation was emerging state and the scope of research topics related to process model was extended to research topics with system performance. Research topic related to service quality located in the first quadrant was analyzed as the key research topic.
Self-leadership means a person's ability to make his thought or behavior in a right way by controlling it himself. Strategies of the same leadership can be largely categorized into three, behavior focused, natural reward and constructive thought strategies. In this study, the foresaid styles of self-leadership strategy are discussed from the perspective of dental lab laboratories' business environment of Gyeongnam region. And accordingly, this researcher examined such strategy styles that dental lab managers, chief technicians and assistant technicians usually have. Results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, out of the self-leadership strategy styles, most remarkably found among the professional of dental technology was constructive thought strategy, followed by behavior-focused and natural reward strategies in order. In general, therefore, the professionals strongly tend to make their thoughts that can a positive effect on their work performance or in a constructive way. In other words, professional dental technicians are more likely to make efforts to persuade or persuade themselves to change their own unreasonable confidence or negative process in more positive way. Second, the extent to which constructive thought strategy is perceived was not different among dental lab managers, chief technicians and assistant technicians. While, behavior-focused and natural reward strategies were found most strongly perceived by dental lab managers, followed by chief and assistant technicians in order. This may be attributed to the fact that the higher professional dental technicians are in position, the higher they are in self-leadership, or in the ability to overcome crises by themselves and make their thought or behavior in a right way. Dental lab managers usually have lots of experiences in relation to behavior-focused or natural reward strategy. Therefore, they are very strongly capable of controlling themselves in order to overcome crises or make their thought or behavior in a right way. In contrast, assistant technicians are still having lots of trials and errors because they are less experienced and skilled. This suggests that chief technicians should make themselves fully capable as a medium that connects between dental lab managers and assistant technicians.

In late 90s, organizations recognized the information technology as an key enabler of the business strategic accomplishment which lead them heavy increment on IT investment. These organizations tried to hold the competitive advantage by focusing on their core competency. And these acts raise their interests on IT outsourcing. Recent trends of the organizations concern on evaluating the effectiveness of the previous IT investment and the reasonable selection on IT investment type. Also, the objective evaluation of the service level and continuous improvement are major concern of the outsourcer. Consequently, interests on Service Level Agreement (SLA), an immanence operating tool for managing the level of the information system service objectively and qualitatively, were raised among IT outsourcing service providers, outsourcers, and operating departments. Yet, only a few domestic conglomerates adopted the SLA, and exact usage of the SLA is currently unknown. Because of the importance of the SLA between a service provider and an outsourcer, the agreement is treated with high confidentiality. This raised the problems to both the private and public organizations, are considering the SLA, with absence of concrete guide line to internalize SLA management process. This study provides the organizational and environmental factors of the adopting and applying the Service Level Agreement (SLA) by conducting multiple case research. The sampled companies are currently implementing the SLA over 1 year of usage period. Factors were used to provide the operational contribution for implementing the SLA. The study also provides the effects on IT performance through the SLA. For this, in depth interview was conducted for each sampled company. As a result, if SLA between outsourcer and service provider can be used as an immanence operation tool and actively implemented, SLA will be an strategic tool for various decision making in IT management practice with long term relationship, better shared partnership, and continuous service improvement.

Radio base stations, which are widely distributed across large areas, have many difficulties in managing them. Unmanned radio base stations in remote mountains are having a hard time accessing them in case of emergencies. Major telephone service providers only remotely control incoming and outgoing information and local small business partners responsible for maintaining actual facilities do not possess such technologies, so they are each checked during field visits. In this study, in order to process the sensor raw data and smoothing, we apply the particle filters and confirmed that the performance of sensor data accuracy is increased. Integrated system using temperature, humidity, fire condition, and power operation at a wide range of radio base stations under the real-time monitoring status is operated well. It show that all of the status of base station are monitored at the remote office using the cloud server through internet networking.
This study offers the possibility of a new integrated product of video technology and public culture content. The Development of 'the Urinal of Emotional Type with Screen' will introduce a new sanitary pottery product and it will be a new attempt to combine hygiene pottery product with high-tech electronic product. It is a product development idea that presents the new marketability of the sanitary pottery product with the improvement of awareness of the restroom and the idea of wit through public information notification and advertisement effect. For the commercialization of the product, the prototype will be made through a separate production process with the design of this project, through 3D rendering, 3D mockup and so on. Various product expansions can be consulted with manufacturers after that. It is a new approach of image making with high quality and differentiated pricing strategy, that targeting small-scale business, such as franchise coffee shops and liquor stores with high quality and differentiated pricing strategy, and it will lead the market trend with various marketing availability through differentiated video contents.

This paper provide a framework for an IGILMS(internet-based global integrated logistics management system) which can access and mediate cargo transportations among small- and medium-sized domestic/international logistics corporations as regards cargo, registration and search for space, public tender and negotiation, contract, payment and safety-guarantee, transportation through the internet, wireless communication means, or smart phone etc. In addition, we describe a model to provide customized services in the B2B e-market for IGILMS and the structure and the control of its fulfillment process, and provide technical architecture of the IGILMS for an internet-based global logistics management system. To validate an efficiency of the proposed system, we develop a simulation model and analyze the performance of the proposed system.
This paper firstly aims to classifying the applicability of the Balanced Scorecard approach to Korean ocean-going shipping firms' management system. The applicability of this approach is from Korean shipping firms using Balanced Scorecard will create more effective and efficient organizational performance with reflecting non-financial indexes and making a balance among missions in organization. Secondly, the paper suggests positive information and theoretical evidences to improve Korean shipping firms' management system examines an availability of the Balanced Scorecard as one method of management tools. So these factors are analysed by structural equation model. This study provides CEO in Korean ocean-going shipping firm the guideline and availability of the Balanced Scorecard as to what kinds of factors should be considered and what is the most critical factor to adopt the BSC into their business.
This article identifies factors affecting successful ERP systems by focusing on the stages after stabilizing ERP systems and overcoming temporary performance dip by introduction of ERP systems, and suggests change management tactics to control those identified factors. We can not expect that every users are familiar with the usage of an ERP system even after they are informed about the expected advantage of the newly implemented ERP system and trained intensively for changed business process and system usage while implementing a new ERP system. Moreover, even after more than six months usage of the system, the users may still have some trouble due to the reason why they have insufficient information about the expected advantage of the system (recognition gap) and insufficient knowledge about the changed usage of the system (knowledge gap). Hence, this article diagnoses by conducting a case study that those recognition and knowledge gap would have a severe bad influence upon the users' trust and satisfaction on ERP systems. This article suggests an appropriate change management tactics to overcome those recognition and knowledge gap by considering the relationship with the efforts for change management before, during, and after the introduction of ERP systems and performing an in-depth analysis on the users' dissatisfaction and request for update during the stages after the stabilization of the ERP systems. This article also shows a corroborative evidence that these efforts of change management consequently contributes to the solution of users' distrust and dissatisfaction. In sum, this article identifies the factors influencing badly on the magnitude and seriousness of knowledge and recognition gap, and suggests a conceptual research model which says that the satisfaction of ERP users could be uplifted by the solution of their knowledge and recognition gap if we keep making efforts on appropriate change management considering those identified factors during the stages after the stabilization of an ERP system.

Transparent electronics has attracted many interests, for it can open new applications for consumer electronics, transportation, business, and military. Among them, display backplane, thin film transistor (TFT) array would be the most attractive application. Many researchers have been investigating oxide semiconductors for transparent channel material of TFT since the report for transparent amorphous oxide semiconductor (TAOS) TFT by Hosono group and ZnO TFT by Wager group. Especially, oxide TFTs have been intensively investigated during a couple of years since the first demonstration of ZnO-TFT driving AM-OLED. Many papers regarding the fabrication and performance of oxide TFTs, and active matrix display driven by oxide TFTs have been reported. Now lots of people have confidence in the competitiveness of oxide TFTs for the backplane of AM-Display. Especially, high mobility, uniformity, fairly good stability, and low cost process make oxide TFTs applied even to a large size AM-OLED. Last year, Samsung mobile display, former SID, reported 12" AM-OLED driven by IZGO-TFT and it seems that the remained issue for the mass production is the bias temperature stability. Here, we will introduce the application of oxide TFT and important issue for oxide TFT to be used for the direct printing.
