  • Currently, a traffic monitoring service using a surveillance camera is provided through internet. In general, if the user points a certain location on a map, then this service shows the real-time image of the camera where it is mounted. In this paper, we proposed the intuitive surveillance monitoring system which displays a real-time camera image on the map by warping with bird's-eye view and with the top of image as the north. In order to robustly estimate the road plane using camera image, we used the motion vectors which can be detected to changes in brightness. We applied a re-adjustment process to have the same directivity with a map and presented a user-friendly interface that can be displayed on the map. In the experiment, the proposed method was presented as the result of warping image that the user can easily perceive like a map.

  • Nowadays, most Internet servers run on virtual a network which connects each virtual machine, to process large amounts of data on single physical computer. The virtual machines for their own purposes are interconnected to other virtual server systems with various types of operating systems. Each virtual server may share one physical computer resources and operates at a service seamlessly to each other. Sometimes even the virtual machines are implemented using a method that lease the physical IT resources without purchasing physical server. Therefore, a virtual switch is needed to improve the performance when a large number of virtual machines operate on physical server. In this study, the implementation and investigation was performed for the virtual switches, OpenvSwitch and DPDKvSwitch, in order to provide the necessary high-performance cloud services to creative business.

  • Mobile virtualization is an approach to mobile device management in which two virtual platforms are installed on a single wireless device. A smartphone, a single wireless device, might have one virtual environment for business use and one for personal use. Mobile virtualization might also allow one device to run two different operating systems, allowing the same phone to run both RTOS and Android apps. In this paper, we propose the techniques to virtualize the cores of a multicore, allowing the reassign any number of vCPUs that are exposed to a OS to any subset of the pCPUs. And then we also propose the real-time scheduling method to assigning the vCPUs to the pCPU. Suggested technology in this paper solves problem that increases time of real-time process when interrupt are handled, and is able more to fast processing than previous algorithm.

  • Recently more and more shortened of corporation's sustainable longevity at the enterprise, and enterprise environment is also changing drastically. In this study, we wanted to obtain a solution that enable to continue the company's corporate longevity through critical factor analysis of the Japan Shinise. In the analysis results of Japan corporation as Doraya, Deicoko, Shinise longevity, we can explain about critical factors like that credit, tradition, customization, products development, changes of management methods and finding a global new markets. Also, In this study, analyzed a significance of critical factors for focusing on each cases and theories using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), and did prediction and analysis about critical longevity factors. However, it need to collect sufficient data and a lots of variables for input. because the sample may be it insufficient. Results of the study, will be expected to be a useful guide for analysis of longevity factors at the company in the future.

  • Big Data is gathering all the attention from every business community. Pervasive use of machine-to-machine (M2M) applications and mobile devices bring an explosion of data. By analyzing this data, the private and public sectors can benefit in the areas of cost reduction and productivity. The Korean government is actively pursuing Big Data initiatives to promote its usage. This paper aims to select industries which fit for the development of Big Data with a verification of the experts. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is applied to systematically derive the opinion of more than 50 professionals. Medical / welfare, transportation / warehousing, information and communications / information security, energy, the financial sector have been identified as promising industries. The results can be utilized in developing Big Data best practices thus contributing industrial development.

  • The advent of multi-cultural society and multiracial nation is a new change of the times and a new phenomenon. In this social change, a need for a new theory and a new policy appropriate for Korean conditions is surfacing. In case of Japan, they have been changed into stable multi-cultural society by establishing various policies. An investigation on the changing process of policy in Japan has a great significance, we think. This study compared and analyzed the reason of promoting multi-cultural policies, changes of the related laws and institutions and the policies between Korea and Japan, investigated characteristics and differences between them, deduced implications and presented a new theory for multi-cultural policy appropriate for Korean conditions. In order to establish a new multi-cultural policy in Korea, firstly, acceptance of diversity and mutual recognition, secondly, establishment of policy direction through social consultation and thirdly, establishment of multi-cultural regulations followed by reestablishment of economical and political regulations should be required.

  • Recently, safety accidents of daily necessities such as humidifier disinfectant, mobile phones, and infant diapers, have occurred frequently. To protect consumers from these accidents, product safety management is required, and a product risk assessment tool is needed to evaluate the degree of safety of the product. In this paper, we have constructed RAS, which is a system that can evaluate product risk based on injury information of product accident in Korea Consumer Agency. RAS consists of an injury information analysis system for analyzing accident-related information and a risk assessment system for assessing risk using information derived from the system. The Bayesian network - based probabilistic method is applied to reflect the causal relationships that affect product risk in the risk assessment process. We used RAS to evaluate 33 children's products and compared them with the results of EU RAPEX RAG. Subsequent tasks include reducing the subjectivity of the input of the accident impact scale, and linking the above two systems.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency of urbanization in 31 provinces and cities in China, including both desirable and non-expected outputs produced during the urbanization process. Efficiency was analyzed by applying the SBM-DEA model using the urbanization calculation data of 2017 in 31 provinces and cities in China. The results show that the urbanization efficiency of eastern region is the highest, followed by central region and northeast region, and the urbanization efficiency of western region is the lowest. This study is meaningful in that it analyzes the efficiency of urbanization in 31 provinces and cities in China and suggests the direction of continuous urbanization policy. This study is limited in that it does not reflect the past trend only by conducting cross-sectional analysis for one year in 2017, and it is necessary to comprehensively evaluate urbanization efficiency by conducting additional longitudinal area analysis in the future.
