The purpose of this research was to figure out how technology management activities are needed to survive in a rapidly changing business environment and how technology management activities affect company performance. First, Hypothesis 1 was partially adopted that Technology management activities will have a positive influence on management outcomes. Second, Hypothesis 2 was partially adopted that Innovation activities of firms will have mediating effects on the relationship between technology management activities and management outcomes. If the research subjects are expanded nationwide and divided into manufacturing industry, non - manufacturing industry, small and medium enterprise and large enterprise, it will be meaningful from academic point of view and practical point of view.

Green consumption has drawn attention from various sectors of society recently. However, the "mismatch" of awareness and behavior remains despite consumers' heightened environment-friendly awareness. Based on the theory of emotional cognition and cognitive dissonance, This study examined the impact of consumers' expected guilt on green consumption intentions, and also introduced consumer cognitive utility to further uncover the mechanism in the process of influence by a survey of young Chinese people born after the 80s. Path analysis and hypothesis verification using AMOS showed that consumers' expected guilt not only directly affects the intention of green consumption, but also indirectly affects the intention of green consumption through the intermediation of cognitive utility.

The scale of national research and development work is expanded gradually and grows bigger, so necessity of building system rises to guarantee more objective and fairer selection of business and clarity of budget administration according to active progress of convergence between study territories. In the study, standard frame work is suggested for information connection between dissimilarities, and based on this work; the study considers the system for information connection of digital budget accounting system handling budget and accounting of national finance and national science technology knowledge information system that is in charge of result administration and result evaluation of national research and development work, so suggests application plan of standard frame work connected with information solving current state and problems for connection.

This paper proposes various policies for improving the process of performance analysis on R&D expenditure of the public funds in the Korean ICT industry. In order to do so, this paper figures out the present issues relating to performance indicators, methodologies for performance evaluation, release and comparison of evaluation results, follow-up study, integrated management system for performance analysis in ICT industry. In this paper, we suggest some new policies such as consulting an expert for improving performance indicators, maintaining the pre-determined performance indicators, introducing the qualitative performance indicators for measuring effectiveness, adopting the new methodologies reflecting R&D characteristics, introducing the new performance index for comparing annual performance, requiring follow-up study for major ICT R&D, introducing the independent and temporary organization for R&D performance analysis in ICT industry. In conclusion, these new policies will raise effectiveness and efficiency of the government R&D expenditure in ICT industry as well as strengthen the industry competitiveness.

The healthcare industry, a high-value-added business, continues to grow with the aging of the population and the development of convergence medical technology. In particular, the medical tourism industry is being pushed by advanced countries. Korea is also actively supporting projects to attract international patients. However, there is a lack of prior research on Korea's medical interpreter policy. This study analyzes the current status and problems of medical interpreter policy for international patients, and presents the task. Problems include insufficient policy control towers, lack of links with local governments, lack of expertise of medical interpreters, poor quality of medical interpreting services, and poor treatment of medical interpreters. As improvement measures, it is proposed to establish a policy control tower, strengthen the link with local governments, switch to a medical interpreter system, diversify the language of medical interpreting qualification test, improve the quality of medical interpreting service, internalize the training process for medical interpreter, give preferential treatment to medical interpreters, utilize the nurse, and train multicultural medical personnel. I hope that this study will contribute to the development of the medical tourism industry.

Objectives: This study was conducted to review the Toxic UseReduction Act of Massachusetts, USA, which has been evaluated as a successfulcase of a chemical reduction policy, and to search for ways to introduce it inKorea. Methods: We analyzed the implementation of the TURA by attending TUR Planning Course of the Toxic Use Reduction Institute in Massachusetts and researching the related literature. Results: As TURA took effect, the use of chemicals in Massachusetts was reduced, and cost savings were achieved in workplaces. The success factors for the legislation are considered to be support form the federal and state governments and the active participation of business and civic group. Domestic efforts to reduce toxic substances have already begun, so if the process of TURA is appropriately applied to domestic legislation of chemicals control, it would be expected to produce visible results. Therefore, we reviewed the 'Act on Chemicals Registration and Assessment', 'Act on Chemical Control' and 'Act on the Integrated Control of Pollutant-Discharging Facilities' and sought solution for applying TURA to each piece of legislation. For the first case, 'Toxic or Hazardous Substance List' and 'Establishment of Toxic Use Fee' is applicable. For the second case, 'Annual Toxic or Hazardous Substance Reports' is applicable. For the third case, 'Toxic Reduction Plans' and 'Toxics Use Reduction Institute and 'Toxic Use Reduction Planners' is applicable. Conclusions: The government should take notice appropriateness for the reduction of toxic chemicals and provide financial support. Businesses should invest in technologies that build trust with local communities, improve productivity, and reduce costs. Finally, civic group should cooperate with government and businesses.

Smart grid, which is a sort of convergence of numerous technologies, can be deployed only with cooperation and fair competition among various stakeholders. If the interest conflicts were not coordinated properly, related business and investment would become delayed and inactive. Therefore, this study analyzes the causes of interest conflicts and related issues in smart grid sector and suggests policy directions by issue. As the result of AHP analysis, the majority of respondents surveyed said that ambiguity of the role and authority is the key problem causing conflicts of interest in smart grid deployment process. Differences in values, communications problems, etc. are pointed as additional main reasons of the interest conflicts. To resolve interest conflicts in smart grids, the Korean government should enhance its leadership in the coordination of stakeholders' interests. Government should make efforts to coordinate the various interests in terms of the development of the smart grid market and win stakeholders' sympathy of their desirable roles in the smart grid market.

Moreover a new logistics concept is needed through the sharing information between suppliers and consumers, which maximizes the level of customers service and its flexibility by changing functional-oriented to process-oriented. In other words, Supply Chain Management(SCM) is now considered as a key aspect of business, which controls the flows of information, funds, and goods in the supply chain. Rationalization of transport-delivery system will be one of the most important issues on logistics management to the domestic companies. The companies need the effective delivery system. Especially in the case of delivery system from distribution centers to customers or vendors, it might take a long time to control the delivery system manually because it would be hard to apply the automatic vehicle routing algorithm effectively considering all the practical constraints. Thus this study develops a heuristic algorithm of automatic vehicle delivery support system in terms of grouping by short ranges of vehicle movement utilizing postal coordinates, which satisfies a variety of realistic constraints and reduces controlling time of manual operations.

In the case of robot and Argument Reality applications using a camera in environments, a technology to estimate planes is a very important technology. A RGB-D camera can get a three-dimensional measurement data even in a flat which has no information of the texture of the plane;, however, there is an enormous amount of computation in order to process the point-cloud data of the image. Furthermore, it could not know the number of planes that are currently observed as an advance, also, there is an additional operation required to estimate a three dimensional plane. In this paper, we proposed the real-time method that decides the number of planes automatically and estimates the three dimensional plane by using the continuous data of an RGB-D camera. As experimental results, the proposed method showed an improvement of approximately 22 times faster speed compared to processing the entire data.

This paper takes the online automobile brand community in china as an example, importing 'interactivity', the concept of sociology, into online brand community study. It follows the logical way as 'How does interactivity embody among the online communities ${\rightarrow}$How about its deepening process? ${\rightarrow}$What the results of interactivity will be?', that is, 'formation of the relationship (Interaction) - deepening of the relationship (identification)-result of the relationship(brand loyalty)', makes systematic study through the method of combining theory and case analysis together, and puts forward the marketing strategic direction for online brand communities.
