The Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) sector is undergoing a fundamental transformation. Determinant factors in this transformation process are deregulations and technological advancements. From the value chain perspective, industry convergence plays the most crucial role in the transformation of the established telecommunications and media industries. The objective of this paper is to validate the impact of convergence on the business performance using empirical data. To identify the various effects driven by industry convergence, we analyzed the relationships between firm's degree of convergence and the business performance using regression analysis. From the empirical result with the 2002-2005 data, it was found that the convergence across ICT sectors improves the business performance measured by Tobin's q significantly and this is only a recent phenomenon. These results are consistent with the conjecture that higher degree of convergence is becoming more associated with higher market value.

기업에서의 비즈니스 전략 및 정보시스템의 역할은 다양하게 나타나고 있는 정보기술 환경으로 인하여 다양한 변화 및 융합을 시도하고 있다. 특히 빅 데이터의 등장과 더불어 지식기반 분석은 비즈니스 정보시스템 구축을 위한 전략적인 계획분야에서도 중요한 의미를 지니게 되었다. 다수의 연구들과 실제적인 응용을 통해서 정보시스템 전략 프로세스에 영향을 주는 조직적, 기술적, 환경적 요인들이 구체적으로 소개되고 있다. 이러한 정보시스템 계획에 영향을 주는 요인들을 입력, 프로세스, 출력의 절차적인 계획 프로세스에 포함시키고 있다. 본 연구는 정보시스템 계획을 수립하는 데 있어서 요인들과 정보, 프로세스 사이에 존재하는 의사소통 구조 요소를 발견하고 그 융합에 대해 연구한다. 비즈니스 정보시스템 프로세스 융합을 통하여 전략 목표를 평가하기 위한 프로세스를 분석한다.

This paper reviewed the relationship between social capital(interaction, trust, shared vision) and innovation(product innovation, process innovation), and the moderating effect of CEO's entrepreneurship in small businesses of Convergence Federation. Based on the responses from 252 responses, the results of multiple regression analysis showed that interaction and shared vision effect positively on product innovation and process innovation, but trust effects positively only on process innovation. The results of moderating analysis showed that entrepreneurship effects positively on the relationship between trust and product innovation, and the relationship between shared vision and process innovation.

In this paper we examined a novel extension of the convergence empirics for the maritime business cycle which considers structure breaks and/or changes. To provide theoretical justification, the convergence hypothesis uses the relaxed assumption to technology shocks. Based on the recent empirical results provided by Kim and Chang (2020), we consider nonlinear dynamics that capture the properties on structural changes in the equilibrium adjustment process. This approach bridges the gap between the theoretical framework and empirical specifications. In particular, we applied the convergence hypothesis to the multiple structure change model for the maritime business cycle. Our application to the maritime data showed support of the convergence hypothesis allowing multiple structure changes during the high volatile period and offers additional insight into the forecasting maritime business cycles.

기업 경영환경의 급격한 변화로 과거 공급자 중심의 경영패러다임은 고객 및 프로세스 중심의 경영패러다임으로 변화하고 있으며 이러한 변화에 민첩하고 유연하게 대응하며 지속적으로 변화하는 기업만이 시장에서 생존할 수 있는 시대가 되었다. 기업은 통합 생산성을 고려하여 프로세스를 재설계하고 내부업무를 통합하는 등 비즈니스 프로세스를 통합하여 경영의 효율성을 극대화하기 위해 많은 투자를 한다. 이러한 노력은 기업운영차원에서 반드시 필요하지만 오늘날 빠르게 변화하는 시장과 고객의 요구에 대처하면서 기업의 전략과 연계하여 운영차원으로 적용하지는 못하고 있다. 효율적인 경영을 통해 얻을 수 있는 이점에는 한계가 있으며 기업내부경영의 효율화가 극대화되어도 치열한 경영환경 하에서 경쟁우위를 차지할 수 있는 요소가 되지는 못한다. 따라서 기업은 시장에서 살아남고 경쟁우위를 유지하기 위해 새로운 가치를 창출할 수 있는 전략을 도출하여 빠르게 프로세스에 적용하고 지속적으로 관리해야 한다.

The purpose of this study is to propose a fashion design creativity convergence education program based on creative thinking that can be effectively used to create a creative fashion design in the fashion education field, and to verify the suitability of this program and its effectiveness in improving creativity. To this end, a fashion design creative convergence program combining divergent thinking and convergence thinking was designed, and an experimental study was conducted among college students in the fashion design department. Creativity evaluation was conducted by evaluating students' creative ability and creativity of fashion design results. In addition, an open survey was conducted to collect learners' opinions on the suitability of the program and the convergence process of divergent and convergent thinking. As a result of this study, it was found that the fashion design creative convergence education program based on creative thinking improves the creative competency of major learners of fashion design and is the learning performance competency in the process of producing creative results. This study is meaningful as it is a basic study that proposes a fashion design education program to foster the creative competency of fashion design majors, and is expected to be used in various ways in the educational field.

최근 대규모 비즈니스 시스템을 효율적으로 운영하고 자동화하기 위해 기법으로 BPM과 SOA의 융합이 제안되고 있으며 운영데이터로부터 매일 의미 있는 정보를 생성할 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 BPM-SOA 융합을 통해 비즈니스 프로세스 자동화 방법론을 제시하고 실제 프로젝트 관리 비즈니스 프로세스를 구현하여 검증한다. BPM-SOA 융합은 약 결합된 시스템 구조를 통해 향상된 확장성과 생산성을 제공하며 잦은 변경과 프로세스 재사용에도 장점이 있다. 그 다음, 기존 시스템에 새로운 비즈니스 프로세스가 추가될 때 시스템의 확장성을 분석한다. 마지막으로 의사결정을 지원하기 위한 SAP 비즈니스 인텔리젼스를 이용하여 BPM에서 생성된 데이터를 분석한다. 비즈니스 인텔리젼스는 의사결정에 유용한 정보를 제공할 뿐만 아니라 비즈니스 프로세스 최적화 기회를 제공한다.

최근 대기업을 중심으로 가전제품, 스마트폰, 헬스케어 제품에 IoT를 부착한 제품을 출시하여 IoT에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 그러나, 우리나라 중소기업 환경은 다른 나라보다 IoT 기술을 적용하기 어려운 환경이기 때문에 IoT 기술을 중소기업 환경에 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 환경 개선 프로세스가 무엇보다도 절실한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 우리나라 중소기업에서 현재 운영중인 제조 공정을 IoT 기술과 융합하였을 때 생산 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있는 서비스 운영모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 전체 제조 공정과정에서 제조 제품 정보와 센서/다바이스 정보를 이용하여 IoT 기술을 활용하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 성능평가 결과, 제안 모델은 기존 모델보다 제조 프로세스의 효율성이 23.1% 향상되었다. 또한, 제조 프로세스가 증가할수록 기존 모델에 비해 업무 처리시간이 평균 17.3% 단축되었다. 마지막으로 제조 공정에 사용되는 인력 감축 비용이 기존 모델보다 평균 19.8% 감소되는 것으로 나타났다.

This study executes Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) on existing firefighter helmet attributes and gathers ideas for improvements from fire-fighting officers to develop a convergence firefighter helmet. The results of empirical analysis were as follows: First, the weight, head fitness, ease of wearing and removal, and ease of managing the existing helmet's attributes need urgent improvement. In addition, fire-fighting officers want to add innovative functions such as oxygen deficiency alarms, poison gas sensors, temperature sensors, and network communication systems to the convergence firefighter helmet under development.

Nowadays, nations cyber security capabilities play an important role in a nation's defense. Security-critical infrastructures such as national defenses, public services, and financial services are now exposed to Advanced Persistent Threats (APT) and their resistance to such attacks effects the nations stability. Currently Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) is widely used by organizations to mitigate and deter APT for its ability to proactively protect their assets by using evidence-based knowledge. The evidence-based knowledge information can be exchanged among organizations and used by the receiving party to strengthen their cyber security management. This paper will discuss on the business process reengineering of the CTI information exchange management for a nationwide scaled control and governance by the government to better protect their national information security assets.
