아직도 다양한 비즈니스 현장에서는 업무특성이나 법률적 제약 때문에 종이문서로 정보를 취득하고 있다. 이러한 수기문서는 IT 시스템을 통한 실시간 정보 처리와 관리를 위해 전자화 과정을 거쳐 디지털 문서로 변환되어 야 한다. 기존의 문서 전자화 시스템은 수기문서를 스캐닝과 후처리 작업을 거쳐 전자화하기 때문에 연속적인 업무 처리가 어렵다. 이 논문에서는 디지털펜과 필기체인식 기술을 이용한 수기문서 전자화 프레임워크인 LiveForm을 제안한다. 또한, 제안한 프레임워크의 적용가능성을 보이기 위해 LiveForm 기반 산업특수가스 유통 서비스를 구현하고 적용 효과를 분석한다. LiveForm은 디지털펜으로 절대좌표값이 인쇄된 종이문서를 작성하면 작성문서와 동일한 디지털이미지를 생성하고, 기록 정보는 필기체인식을 통해 디지털 문자로 변환하여 업무시스템에 자동으로 입력한다. LiveForm 기반 응용시스템은 종이문서 기반 정보 취득이 많은 업무에서 문서 전자화를 위한 스캐닝과 데이터 수동입력없이 취득한 정보를 업무시스템 자동으로 반영할 수 있어 업무 프로세스를 대폭 개선할 수 있다.

Government and company are unfolding greenhouse gas reduction activity to prevent the effects of global warming. Also, verification business through greenhouse gas inventory construction is spreaded variously. Greenhouse gas verification proceeds by document examination, risk analysis, field survey. Document investigates emission information, calculation standard, emission report, data management system. And through risk assessment result, establish field verification plan. Through study on risk assessment of greenhouse gas inventory verification, wish to reduce risk of verification.

The purpose of this study is twofold: to document the current research trends, significance, and actual situation of family business in Germany, and to describe the characteristics of family business work, workers, and interactions influencing work and family functioning in Germany. For this purpose, this study reviewed the sate of family business in Germany through out theoretical approach and secondary national data. In addition, this study collected in 1998 data through face-to-face interviews with female family business managers in Germany. Results of the present study indicate that family business plays a very important role in the economy of Germany. More than 85% of all companies are family businesses, which produce over 60% of GDP in Germany. The notable characteristics of family business households were the high proportion of home owners, high education level of the family business manager, high involvement of family members in family business. Also the high work sati faction among the family members who worked in family business, the effect of family business work on family life, and effect of the family on business success were extremely positive.

많은 기업들은 경영활동 중에 매우 많은 데이터를 생성하고 관리하고 있다. 그러나, 관계형 데이터베이스, 계층형 데이터베이스, 네트워크 데이터베이스 같은 일반적인 데이터베이스로, 이러한 다량의 문서 데이터를 효과적이고 효율적으로 관리하고 분석하는 것은 불가능에 가깝다. 그래서, 본 논문에서는, 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해, 우선 문서 데이터베이스를 정의하고, 일관성이나 트랜잭션 같은 특성들을 살펴본 후, 문서 데이터베이스를 적용해야 할 분야와 적용하지 말아야 할 분야에 대해 언급하고자 한다.

The EDI system supports the working environment which can exchange the standardized document through the each agreed communication method. Traditional EDI system is complicated to be implemented and needed high cost te using the system because of the specific VAN(Value Added Network). This Paper proposes the XML/EDI system using the web-based distributed object and proposed the component 'AnySchema', as it makes be able to use legacy Database for EDI user. This XML/EDI system exchanges the XML documents through the Internet, so proposed low cost to support the system. Also, by using the XML document, it doesn't need EDI specific software and easy to exchange data between different systems. This system is implemented by using Java, as platform-independent.

Systematic management of data related to business process, and information exchange within existing information systems or between different companies have recently become an important issue. This paper tries to solve such problems by using form based workflow system using XML(extensible Markup Language), a standard for digital document exchange. In this system, a new model that formalizes documents into XML form documents and manages them is developed. By defining and operating form documents by XML, information exchange within existing information systems such as ERP and SCM or between different companies, and interoperability between different WFMS can be easily achieved. In addition, by matching form, a formalized document, with existing database schema, WFMS can be directly applied to existing information system, thus enabling continuity of data management and business activity.

Recent business environments require a company to communicate frequently with other companies. This makes it essential to use XML (extensible Markup Language) documents. Especially in e-Business environments, change management of documents is important to record and trace the history of the documents. It is also important to reconstruct a certain version of documents that are exchanged among companies. In this paper, we propose a new method of storing a document by detecting changes automatically and reconstructing the document version when a user requests. A prototype system is implemented on top of a workflow system. Our approach provides efficiency of storage space and convenient management of documents.

In this study, we proposed design issues and structure of a web mining system and develop a system for the purpose of knowledge integration under world wide web environments resulted from our developing experiences. The developed system consists of three main functions： 1) gathering documents utilizing a search agent; 2) determining similarity coefficients between any two documents from term frequencies; 3) clustering documents based on similarity coefficients. It is believed that the developed system can be utilized for discovery of knowledge in relatively narrow domains such as news classification, index term generation in knowledge management.

본 논문은 인터넷상에서 사용이 가능하며 확장성이 뛰어난 XML을 이용하여 B2B (Business to Business) 사이에 사용되는 EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) 문서를 표현함으로써 이기종 시스템과 응용 프로그램간의 원활한 문서 유통을 이룰 수 있는 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 기존 EDI 표준인 UN/EDIFACT 메시지 전송 항목에 기반하여 문서형 정의부(Document Type Definition, DTD)를 개발했으며 메시지 수행 지침서(Message Implementation Guide, MIG)를 이용하여 템플리트를 구성하였다. 동적인 XML/EDI 문서를 생성하기 위하여 트랜잭션 처리기 및 생성된 XML 문서의 표현을 위하여 XML 스타일 언어(eXtensible Stylesheet Laguage, XSL)를 자동으로 생성, 변경할 수 있는 XSL 편집기를 개발하였다. 또한 변환 처리기를 두어 기존 EDI 시스템과 원활하게 문서를 교환할 수 있도록 설계 구현하였다.
