  • The demand and the supply are increasing sharply in accordance with the growth of the Memory Semiconductor Industry. The Flash Memory above all is being utilized substantially in the Industry of smart phone, the tablet PC and the System on Chip (SoC). The Flash Memory is divided into the NOR-type Flash Memory and the NAND-type Flash Memory. A lot of study such as the Built-In Self Test (BIST), the Built-In Self Repair (BISR) and the Built-In Redundancy Analysis (BIRA), etc. has been progressed in the NOR-type fash Memory, the study for the Built-In Self Test of the NAND-type Flash Memory has not been progressed. At present, the pattern test of the NAND-type Flash Memory is being carried out using the outside test equipment of high price. The NAND-type Flash Memory is being depended on the outside equipment as there is no Built-In Self Test since the erasure of block unit, the reading and writing of page unit are possible in the NAND-type Flash Memory. The Built-In Self Test equipped with 2 kinds of finite state machine based structure is proposed, so as to carry out the pattern test without the outside pattern test equipment from the NAND-type Flash Memory which carried out the test dependant on the outside pattern test equipment of high price.

  • We introduce an arbitrary waveform generation method and its H/W implementation case based on Rademacher and Walsh function. According to the orthogonal and periodic features of Rademacher and Walsh function, simple calculations can generate arbitrary waves with affordable logics. We implemented an FPGA-based AWS using above two functions, and verified. HDL simulation shows the proposed idea can draw desired analog test waveforms very fast, and its H/W size is promising to Built-Out Self-Test(BOST) logics for AI ICs.

  • The paper proposes a test pattern generator and a signature analyzer for pseudoexhaustive testing of the combinational circuit part within a sequential circuit when performing built-in self test of the circuit. The test pattern generator can scan in the seed test pattern and generate exhaustive test patterns. The signature analyzer can perform the analysis of the circuit response and scan out the result. Such test pattern generator and signature analyzer have been developed using SRL(shift register latch) and LFSR(linear feedback shift register).

  • The forming limit diagram of tube is required for the part design and the formability analysis of tube hydroforming. The finite element analyses of simple bulge test were done to obtain the various strain combinations on FLC. The finite element analysis results were shown that the bursting at various strain combinations could be induced by simple bulge test. The experiment oi tube bulge test was carried out according to the test condition that obtained from finite element analysis and the left hand side of forming limit diagram was built.

  • This paper presents an experimental study of a newly developed composite floor system, built up from thin-walled C-profiles and upper concrete deck. Trapezoidal sheeting provides the formwork and the fastening of the sheet transmits the shear forces between the C-profiles and the deck. The modified formation of the standard self-drilling screw in the beam-to-sheet connection is applied as shear connector. Push-out tests are completed to study the composite behaviour of the different connection arrangements. On the basis of the test results the behaviour is characterized by the observed failure modes. The design values of the connection stiffness and strength are calculated by the recommendation of Eurocode 4. In the next phase of the experimental study six full-scale composite beams are tested. The global geometry is based on the proposed geometry of the developed floor system. The applied shear connections are selected as the most efficient arrangements obtained from the push-out tests. The experimental behaviour of the composite beams are discussed and evaluated. As a conclusion of the experimental study the Eurocode 4 plastic design method is validated for the developed composite floor.

  • Early generations of products had little to no inherent capability to test themselves. The technologies involved often required only visual inspection and limited probing to troubleshoot the system once it was turned over to maintenance personnel. However, as the complexity of military and commercial systems grew, symptoms of failure became less noticeable to the operator. Therefore, the procedure to access, inspect, repair and replace a component became complicated, the requirements for personnel skill and testing equipment increased. and it took too long of a time to maintain a system. Meanwhile, the need for availability became more mission-critical and maintenance become very expensive. The obvious solution was to design in-system circuits or devices to self-test the primary system, the Built-In-Test(BIT) was born. This approach has continued right on up through present systems and is an integral part of systems now being designed. The object of this paper is to present a state-of-the-art research for filtering out the BIT diagnosis mistakes using Bayesian analysis and develop the algorithm for Redundant systems with BIT to improve BIT diagnosis.

  • This paper proposes a new SoC (System-on-Chip)-based automatic compensation circuit (ACC) for 5GHz low noise amplifier (LNA). This circuit is extremely useful for today's RF IC (Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit) devices in a complete RF transceiver environment. The circuit contains RF BIST (Built-ln Self-Test) circuit, Capacitor Mirror Banks (CMB) and digital processing unit (DPU). The ACC automatically adjusts performance of 5GHz LNA by the processor in the SoC transceiver when the LNA goes out of the normal range of operation.

  • The motion control of the divertor maintenance system of the China Fusion Engineering Test Reactor (CFETR) was studied in this paper, in which CFETR Multi-Functional Maintenance Platform (MFMP) was simplified as a parallel robot for the convenience of theoretical analysis. In order to design the motion controller of parallel robot, the kinematics analysis of parallel robot was carried out. After that, the dynamic modeling of the hydraulic system was built. As the large variation of heavy payload on MFMP and highly nonlinearity of the system, A Fuzzy-PID controller was built for self-tuning PID controller parameters by using Fuzzy system to achieve better performance. In order to test the feasibility of the Fuzzy-PID controller, the simulation model of the system was built in Simulink. The results have showed that Fuzzy-PID controller can significantly reduce the angular error of the moving platform and provide the stable motion for transferring the divertor.

  • This study attempted to find out how much stress Dental Technicians of working in Dental Laboratory have built up in the midst of their daily lives are according to their sex, age, duration of work and their kinds of positions. After self-administered questionnaire were distributed by direct to 230 technicians samplely selected from dental laboratories in Seoul and Pusan of whom 163 technicians responded from october 1 through october 13, 1994. Analysis of the data was processed by t-test, $X^2$-test, ANOVA. This results are as follows. 1. Levels of Stress of the total 163 respondents by sex is not higher among male than female(p>.05). 2. Levels of stress - 36.2%(74 Dental technicians) of all Dental technicians were in stress on the whole and 9.2%(15 Dental technicians) of them were in a serious situation by accumulated stress. 3. Realization of stress - 10.1%(16 Dental technicians) of the dental technicians and 89.9%(143 Dental technicians) were found out to be in a dangerous sign or in a situation by accumulated stress. Further studies which a big size and a delicate method of measuring their general characteristics are needed.

  • In this paper, to overcome drawbacks of FLC a self tuning fuzzy sliding mode controller is proposed, which controls the position of excavator's attachment, which can be regarded as an ill-defined system. It is reported that fuzzy logic theory is especially useful in the control of ill-defined system. It is important in the design of a FLC to derive control rules in which the system's dynamic characteristics are taken into account. Control rules are usually established using trial and error methods. However, in the case where the dynamic characteristics vary with operating conditions, as in the operation of excavator attachment, it is difficult to find out control rules in which all the working condition parameters are considered. Experiments are carried out on a test bed which is built around a commercial Hyundai HX-60W hydraulic excavator. The experimental results show that both alleviation of chattering and performance are achieved. Fuzzy rules are easily obtained by using the proposed method and good performance in the following the desired trajectory is achieved. In summary, the proposed controller is very effective control method for the position control of the excavator's attachment.
