국가 건물에너지통합관리시스템의 데이터 품질 분석 및 개선방안 연구 (A Study on the Analysis and Methods to Improve the Management System for Building Energy Database)

  • 최근 기후변화로 인해 전 세계적인 지구온난화 피해가 심각해지면서 주요원인인 온실가스에 대한 배출 규제가 확대되고 있다. 그 중 온실가스 배출량의 약 25%를 차지하는 건물분야에 대해 정부에서는 2020년까지 BAU 대비 26.9%까지 감축하겠다는 목표를 발표하였다. 이를 달성하기 위해 건물부문의 에너지 수요를 원천적으로 저감하는 녹색건축물 활성화 방안을 추진하고 있다. 하지만 녹색건축물 활성화의 상세 이행계획 수립 및 관리, 그리고 시행에 따른 효과를 분석하기 위해서는 건물 에너지 사용량에 대한 데이터 및 관련 통계 자료가 필수적이다. 이를 위해 정부는 전국 680만동의 건물에서 사용되는 에너지 정보를 통합 관리할 수 있는 국가 건물에너지 통합관리시스템을 구축하였다. 하지만 현재 구축된 국가 건물에너지 통합관리시스템의 Database는 건축물대장 정보와 공급기관의 에너지정보를 매칭해서 사용하기 때문에 수동으로 작업이 이루어지고 있으며, 이로 인해 많은 문제들이 발생한다. 따라서 Database의 신뢰성을 확보하기 위해서는 지속적인 고도화 작업이 이루어져야 한다. 본 과제는 현재 가동 중인 국가 건물에너지 통합관리시스템의 Database를 분석하여, 시스템의 한계 및 개선방안 도출하고, 이를 통해 데이터의 신뢰성 확보 및 활용성을 증대 시키고자 하였다. 구축된 Database 분석 결과 건축물 정보와 에너지정보가 매칭된 유효데이터는 평균 85.6%이고, 미매칭된 데이터는 평균 14.4%로 나타났다. 미매칭된 데이터는 다시 건물 특성에 따른 미매칭 유형을 분석하였으며, 그 결과 건축물 정보가 없는 경우가 전체의 58.2%에 달했다. 따라서 향후 신규 구축 data의 매칭 작업 용이성 및 현재 Database에 대한 정확성 확보하기 위해서는 건축물 정보와 에너지정보 간의 주소 표준화 및 속성정보 체계를 마련할 필요가 있다. 또한 비도시지역 및 영세한 주거지역에서 사용비중이 높은 석유류 에너지원 및 향후 발전 가능성 및 활용 가능성이 높은 신재생 에너지와 같이 다른 에너지원에 대한 정보를 포함시킬 수 있도록 시스템 구축이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

Rectangle Region Based Stereo Matching for Building Reconstruction

  • Feature based stereo matching is an effective way to perform 3D building reconstruction. However, in urban scene, the cluttered background and various building structures may interfere with the performance of building reconstruction. In this paper, we propose a novel method to robustly reconstruct buildings on the basis of rectangle regions. Firstly, we propose a multi-scale linear feature detector to obtain the salient line segments on the object contours. Secondly, candidate rectangle regions are extracted from the salient line segments based on their local information. Thirdly, stereo matching is performed with the list of matching line segments, which are boundary edges of the corresponding rectangles from the left and right image. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can achieve better accuracy on the reconstructed result than pixel-level stereo matching.

BIM기반 건축물 인허가 신청을 위한 정보 관리방안 (A Method of Information Management for BIM Based Building Permission)

  • Around the world, BIM application has been mandated. In Korea, an announcement was made in 2016 that BIM application will be required for all public constructions ordered by the Public Procurement Service. However, BIM cannot be used for building permits as Seumter, a building permit system, doesn't support BIM, even if it was used for building design. To utilize BIM for permit application, this study introduces a method of management for BIM-used permit application information. It was done by analyzing the data entered for new building permit application in Seumter. For the analysis, the permit application information is classified as internal BIM information and external BIM information and the required information is defined. To easily create and utilize the data types at the design stage, this study introduces a method of creating and utilizing a permit template. Also, this study developed a tool for combining the area information to add up all the related information such as gross floor area and floor area ratio. This study is significant in that it analyzes the required information for new building permit application among all the permit application types in Korea.

  • Recently, government office buildings have become important in reducing maintenance costs. However, the loss of information raised a problem for maintenance work that could not meet the needs of users. Therefore, this study proposed a BIM-based integrated maintenance system for public offices in Jeju to efficiently maintenance work. The system can be integrated with IoT sensors, big data and artificial intelligence technologies to integrate information that occurs throughout the building's entire life cycle to exchange information. This system is also scalable to buildings, plants, region and urban infrastructure facilities as well as single buildings. It is expected that the system will provide reliable, high-quality, real-time information for efficient maintenance work, thereby supporting decision making and appropriate budget planning.

  • A systemic building maintenance management is necessary to supply an convenience and safety environment by maintain the origin features for a building's life. However, the exist maintenance management system has some problems such as interoperability of information or standardization of data. In those reasons, a critical information for maintenance a building may be lost and changed. In addition, the data could be crashed or lost on a process of re-input or re-produce. This paper purpose the interoperability in exchanging data between design/construction and operation phases. In addition, this model will enhance the efficiency of building maintenance tasks through information quality improvement and data reproduction prevention.

  • In Korean cases, the occupation of building construction is below 10% of the total industry workers but from a accident rate point of view, it is a risk serious industry and it's hazard is very considerable which accident rate is up to 30% of the total industry workers. The reason of high accident rate of the building construction is its own characteristic, hazard of the work in which is implicated and the shortage of safety counter plan and information, so it is most required to the building construction that educating, training, short and long period approaching to prevent the hazard. The safety information of building construction which is related to safety accident is divided into human and material such as hazard, work situation, cause and counter plan. The existing hazard cases imply all of the information about the work type and work progress of the building construction, so if the research of the every fact is well accomplished, we can obtain the useful information and prevent the hazard of building construction. From this point of view, the emphasis of this study is based on analyzing the cause of hazard first, suggesting the safety information each part of work type and work progress second, and finally making the all existing hazard cases to the Data Base and developing the safety information system.

  • Size of building has a direct relationship with building cost, energy use and space maintenance cost. Therefore, minimizing building size during a project development is of paramount importance against such wastes. However, incautious reduction of building size may result in crowded space, and therefore harms the functionality despite the fact that building is supposed to satisfactorily support users' activity. A well-balanced design solution is, therefore, needed at an optimum level that minimizes building size in tandem with providing sufficient space to maintain functionality. For such design, architects and engineers need to be informed accurate and reliable space-use information. We present in this paper a conceptual framework of an agent-based space-use prediction simulation system that provides individual level space-use information over time in a building in consideration of project specific user information and activity schedules, space preference, ad beavioural rules. The information will accordingly assist architects and engineers to optimize space of the building as appropriate.

A Cyber-Physical Information System for Smart Buildings with Collaborative Information Fusion

  • This article shows a set of physical information fusion IoT systems that we designed for smart buildings. Its essence is a computer system that combines physical quantities in buildings with quantitative analysis and control. In the part of the Internet of Things, its mechanism is controlled by a monitoring system based on sensor networks and computer-based algorithms. Based on the design idea of the agent, we have realized human-machine interaction (HMI) and machine-machine interaction (MMI). Among them, HMI is realized through human-machine interaction, while MMI is realized through embedded computing, sensors, controllers, and execution. Device and wireless communication network. This article mainly focuses on the function of wireless sensor networks and MMI in environmental monitoring. This function plays a fundamental role in building security, environmental control, HVAC, and other smart building control systems. The article not only discusses various network applications and their implementation based on agent design but also demonstrates our collaborative information fusion strategy. This strategy can provide a stable incentive method for the system through collaborative information fusion when the sensor system is unstable in the physical measurements, thereby preventing system jitter and unstable response caused by uncertain disturbances and environmental factors. This article also gives the results of the system test. The results show that through the CPS interaction of HMI and MMI, the intelligent building IoT system can achieve comprehensive monitoring, thereby providing support and expansion for advanced automation management.

  • It is attempted that the standardization of the construction, globalization of the engineering construction and an information oriented construction spread by setting a goal of the advanced construction industry and productivity increase of human resources within the country. Hence, it has been brought in the information oriented construction of BIM based technology for the field of construction and equipment of Korea. The current study that examines the possibility of application of 3D ; that is BIM based programs of building equipment, and make better the problems of 3D building equipment system through the Pilot Test, indicates the way of growth development about the construction of building equipment process system.

  • The environment of Ubiquitous in terms of improvement is being expanded to various fields and time enabled system. Thus, a real-time spatial information management system has been developed by integrating a human movement detection system into a SICS(Spatial Information Control System) engine that can integrally manage inside spatial information extracted from 3D CAD and outside spatial information of GIS. The add-on program was developed to extract spatial information necessary for the SICS engine from 3D CAD information, and a human movement detection system was developed. Test bed was operated for 2weeks and indoor human flow information was found out by zone. Also, the direction of future research was decided through a test bed.
