The Waterproofing and Anti corrosion materials applied to the water supply facility did not consider environment of water supply facility, thus defects occurred consistently on the site. In this study, it suggests safety adhesion test of wet surface and have a test for safety adhesion performance.

It is important to estimate the capability for the facilities and the condition of schools continually and correctly because the structure's life is remained more longer through the effective building control and preservation. In accordance with above of that, it is required to understand the knowledge about all matters at the stage of management for educational facilities and establish the procedure of the facility management consistently. This research suggests the method, which remains consistent and objective and deals with the total functional degree by following ㄴthe way to systemize the management plan of the facility estimation. The functional estimation of the existing facilities will be useful to make an plan for repair, maintain and checking of them as well as be the standard for remodeling and the educational facility duration, including long period project for building mending.

The facilities of domestic elderly people are getting higher in the facility due to the rapid increase of the elderly population. Elderly people ability to evacuate the facility such as cognition and walking ability is very low. Therefore, it is necessary to secure the safety of evacuation in case of fire, but the evacuation safety measures in case of domestic fire accidents are insufficient. This study is to identify the problems of the safety of evacuation through the fire case analysis and to propose the measures against it.

For prevention of the school violence, many researchers have been conducted the studies based on crime prevention through environment design(CPTED) in the architecture planning phase. However, besides of architecture planning, the study considering the aspect of the facility management is needed during life cycle of educational facilities. In this study, the objective is to propose the effective school facility management for violence prevention based on CPTED method during life cycle of the facilities.

Traditionally, the facility inspection was visually conducted by the managers, and consequently the result can be subjective because of different perspective and experience of them. To solve this problem, the studies on this topic has tried to integrate the UAS. However, it is still concerned to use in practice due to the lack of analysis of the performance factors affecting the UAS-based facility condition inspection. Hence, the purpose of this study is to identify the critical factors as well as their correlations by modeling causal loop diagram (CLD). A total of 20 variables were derived in four categorized groups, and the relationships were analyzed. Further study will develop a system dynamics (SD) model to simulate various scenarios based on stock-flow diagram through the defined relationships in this study.

The goal of site layout planning(SLP) is to maximize the productivity and efficiency of the construction by reducing travel distance and material handling cost and manpower. However, SLPs are static layout schemes, which cannot be reorganized during the construction process to correspond with errors, phase transition, changing working environments on the site. To solve this problem, researches on dynamic site layout planning(DSLP) are emerging. This preliminary study clarifies characteristics of temporary facility's variables to develop the vertical DSLP algorithm of high-rise building construction.

COBie(Construction Operations Building Information Exchange)는 시설물 관리 프로젝트에 필요한 정보를 여러 경로에서 수집하고 문서화하는 표준정보포맷이다. 문서화된 COBie 정보는 엔지니어가 사용하는 시설관리시스템과 데이터를 교환하는 수단으로 이용할 수 있다. 시설물 관리 데이터 교환 프로세스는 COBie를 사용하여 사용자가 필요로 하는 목록과 정보를 정형화한 후 정보를 입력한다. COBie는 설계 및 시공 단계에서 운영, 유지 보수, 자산 관리 등을 지원하기 위해 정보를 획득하고 업데이트하는 방식을 개선하기 위해 개발되었다. 하지만, COBie를 사용하기 위해서는 이기종 데이터 모델과 정보연계, 품질검수 등에 많은 수작업이 필요하다. 이런 이슈들은 COBie 기반 시설물 관리시스템 개발 시 장애요인이 된다. 이 연구는 시설물 관리를 위한 데이터 교환체계를 분석하여 BIM(Building Information Modeling)에 포함된 유지보수정보를 보다 쉽게 운영하기 위한 프레임 워크를 제안한다. 이 연구는 시설관리 정보제출 규칙, 품질점검, 프레임웍 컴포넌트 역할 정의, COBie 호환성 보장 및 정보연계 방안을 도출하였다. 프로토타입 개발을 통해 제시된 프레임웍을 기반으로 한 COBie DB 스키마 생성 시 효과적인 데이터 연계가 가능함을 확인하였다.

최근 국내 공공시설물의 노후화가 가속화되며 기존의 사후 유지관리 방식은 총체적이고 선제적인 시설자산관리의 개념으로 변화하고 있다. 이에 향후 공공시설물관리는 안전성 제고와 유지관리뿐만 아니라, 시설에 대한 가치 평가, 생애주기 관리 계획, 재원 마련 등의 확장된 역량 확보가 강조되고 있다. 본 연구는 국제 기준을 기반으로 공공시설물관리를 위한 역량 진단 모델을 개발하고, 관리 주체별 환경을 고려해 대응할 수 있도록 역량의 성숙도 개선 자료를 제공한다. 개발된 역량 진단 모델은 공공시설물의 10개 관리 역량, 113개의 역량 진단 요인, 관리 역량의 계량화 지수, 관리 활동을 정의하는 성숙도 수준으로 제시되었다. 향후 10년간 지속적으로 공공시설물관리의 중요성이 부각되는 상황에서 본 고에서 제시한 시설자산관리지수는 공공시설물을 운영하는 관리기관들의 강점과 약점을 파악하고 역량 향상을 위한 방향을 수립하는데 유용하게 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

This paper considered 1) the relation between the number of student and the floor area of the school building facility, 2) the situation and the distribution of the school building facilities area, 3) the position between the district office of education by the school building facilities composition. Data were collected from 529 elementary school in seoul. 1) The number of student is have not an influence on the floor area of the school building facility in the middle school. 2) The floor area of the school building facilities per 1 student of the jungbu district office of education is larger than other the district office of education and distribution of area is wide. 3) As the position between the district office of education by the school building facilities composition is considered by principal component analysis, the maintenance of the need space is late in the gangdong gangseo district office of education, maintenance of support space is late in the gangdong dongbu district office of education, the maintenance of management space is late in the seobu bukbu district office of education.

The most research on facility layout problems ignored the actual shape of building where the activities(departments) are to be arranged. They also ignored the aisles between departments inside the building. In this paper, we present a genetic algorithm that searches a very good facility layout with horizontal aisles for two different cases with respect to the department shape. From the extensive experiments, the proposed genetic algorithm generated better layouts than the ones obtained by applying Tam's algorithm. It showed about 10% improvement of performance. We found out the best combination of genetic operators through the experiments.
