Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to provide a political registration point for analyzing the economic impacts on the national economy from the REITs distribution industry in our country. The REITs distribution industry was introduced in 2001 to accelerate the corporate restructuring process and advance the real estate market. During its establishment, the REITs distribution industry faced difficulties; however, the industry grew rapidly through interest from institutional investors, thus mitigating the establishment problems by 2006. In Korea, more than 108 REITs were operating as of the end of June 2015. REITs contribute significantly to the national economy. The economic impacts on the national economy of the REITs distribution industry was analyzed using input-output (I-O) analysis with respect to production, imports, value-added, and employment. Research design, data, and methodology - The research used an I-O analysis of the activities of the REITs distribution industry in the national economy. The I-O analysis methodology analyzes the economic effects that influence other industries with respect to one unit of external investment. The data for this analysis were the I-O table of 2013 as published by the Bank of Korea in 2014. Results - The findings of this study are as follows. First, if an external input to the REITs distribution industry is 1 won, the overall impact of the product is 1.3869 won, the import induction is 0.0002 won, and the value-added induction is 0.7656 won. A new investment of 659.9 billion won into the REITs industry was estimated to produce a gross effect of 915.2 billion won. Second, if an external input to the REITs distribution industry is 1 billion won, the employment-inducing effects are estimated at 19.6394 individuals. The employment-inducing coefficient of 19.6394 for the REITs distribution industry indicates that the industry created significant employment-more than other industries-because the coefficient was 2.2 times the 2013 industry average employment-inducing coefficient of 8.8. Third, the investment effects of the REITs distribution industry on production induction, value-added induction, and employment induction are assumed to be large in business support services, financing, communications and broadcasting, and professional, scientific, and technical services. Conclusions - The REITs distribution industry was analyzed as having a strong employment inducing, high value added effect. The REITs distribution industry is an excellent alternative for the government authority to create multilateral jobs. Because the REITs distribution industry has a significant positive impact on the national economy, it should be developed. However, the I-O methodology has restrictions with respect to the fixation and timing of the input coefficient. Follow-up research is expected to supplement the analysis method at a specific point in time.

Television News has significant impact on the information analysis of viewers by delivering world news to anonymous individuals everyday. We need to pay more attention to resolution considering the fact that even slight facial expression and the dress of TV anchor can be noticed by viewers in the high definition age, called HD TV, by radical changes in broadcasting situation. As a result, the beauty of expression that lighting technology has is extremely important in the high definition age. In news broadcast, as a phenomenon according to this change in trend, people have been looking for change in order to break with traditional TV news production by adopting DLP(Digital Lighting Processing) or LED(Light Emitting Diode). This effort has contributed to creating proper picture quality appropriate for HD TV. Nowadays Digital imaging is creating new trend in TV news production method from traditional analog-based lighting environment thanks to the development of IT(Information Technology) and digitalized lighting equipment. This change has led to building of HD studio and appropriate sets and lighting system. There are film set and projector which projects image on the screen and PDP, LCD, and DLP which has been used widely in recent years and LED which is often used as background in news program as examples, which has appeared since 1990s with HD TV. In this article, I analyzed the KBS News 9 lnce 1990s with in order to research the influence of television image component on the alyzed the KBS of TV article, I. I wille uggest the category of TV anchor image formulation in delivering information by means of lnce 1990s with based on the analysis result.
The cultivation methods are important for determining crop yield of green manure. The effect of cultivation methods of green manure crops (GMC) on biomass and rice yield was investigated. This experiment was conducted at Sinheung series (fine loamy, mixed, nonacid, mesic family of Fluvaquentic Endoaquepts from Oct. 2007 to Oct. 2008 at the National Institute of Crop Science (NICS), RDA, Suwon, Gyeonggi province, Korea. Seven GMC (hairy vetch, barley, Chinese milk vetch, rye, crimson clover, oats, rattail fescue) were cultivated and incorporated on paddy soil by broadcasting before rice harvesting (BBRH) and partial tillage seeding (PTS). Among the three leguminous GMC, the biomass and N production were the highest at the hairy vetch of PTS. Among the four gramineae GMC, the biomass and N production tended to be higher in the rye of BBRH and barley of PTS. The C/N ratio (56.5~74.2) of rye was high compared with hairy vetch (14.1). Among the GMC, the incorporation of hairy vetch increased $NH_4$-N contents in rice paddy soil at 14 and 42 days after transplanting. These results showed that hairy vetch had no significant to rice yield compared with conventional fertilization. Therefore, hairy vetch seems to be the most efficient green manure crop as an alternatives to chemical N fertilizer in the central regions of Korea.

Use of vision and audition for video reality has made much advancement. However use of olfaction, which is effective in inducing emotion, has not yet been realized due to technical limitations and lack of basic research. In particular it is difficult to fabricate many odors required for each different video. One way to resolve this is to discover clusters of odors of similar smell and to use representative odor for each cluster. This research explored clusters of odors based on pairwise similarity ratings. 300 diverse odors were first collected and sorted them into 11 categories. We selected 152 odors based on their frequency, preference, and concreteness. Participants rated similarity on 1,018 pairs of odors from selected odors and the results were analyzed using multi-dimensional scaling (MDS). Based on the idea that low odor concreteness would support valid use of representative odor, the MDS results are presented from low to high smell concreteness. First, flowers, plants, fruits, and vegetables was classified under the easy categories to use representative odor due to their low smell concreteness (Figure 1). Second, chemicals, personal cares, physiological odors, and ordinary places was classified under the careful categories of using it due to their intermediate concreteness (Figure 2). Finally, food ingredients, beverages, and foods was classified under the difficult categories to use it because of their high concreteness (Figure 3). The results of this research will contribute to reduction of cost and time in odor production and provision of realistic media service to customers at reasonable price.
N-Screen era is held due to the cloud computing technology which access to contents anytime, anywhere without any persistent. In the broadcast industry, this broadcast contents is rapidly serviced by variety of media devices such as PC, Smart phone, Tablet, App, IPTV. To Increase the usefulness and usability of the platform, same brand identity have to be maintain by devices and integrated guide which can encompass a variety of media are needed. This study tries to figure out the need of New Media Style Guide to keep brand identity in a variety of new media beyond previously Web style guide which limited in the Web pages. First, Integrated Guide GEL of BBC's and Web style guide of KBS was analyzed. Through the analysis it was found that the limitations and problem of the current web style guide and then suggested the improvement direction. In addition, this study tried to find which design elements should be made for new media style guides through in-depth interview with practitioners who work in broadcast media industry for more than three years. Through the research it was understood the current status of integrated brand identity and found a way to improve forward to new media platforms of KBS.
This study was conducted in the central northern area that has a smaller production of winter forage crop compared to the southern areas, in order to identify the optimal mix of seeding, mix ratio and seeding method. The results showed that among the mixed seeding of triticale and crimson clover, the mix of triticale+crimson clover, mixing ratio is 8:2 (w/w), had the largest dry weight of 1,462 kg/10a, which was more than either single seeding of triticale or crimson clover. Although there were no total quantity differences between different mix ratios, there were differences in quantity between sowing types with broadcasting seeding is more than in narrow strips seeding. In forage value of mixed seeding combination, crude protein contents in single seeding of crimson clover showed the highest value at 17.2%, and in single seed of triticale showed the lowest at 7.4%. In mixed seeding combination the crude protein contents were highest in triticale+crimson clover, mixing ratio is 7:3 (w/w), at 9.0%. The mixed seeding between triticlale and legume crops will helpful for increasing forage value.
The Smart Network Project is planned for achieving the Internet advanced country by adjusting the Government Future Internet Development as a national agenda. The future Internet is defined as diverse alternative technology and services that can provide optimal services for individual characteristic and situation in anywhere, anytime throughout convergence of communication, broadcasting, and computing to solve the current limitation of the Internet. This paper is to analyze the economic effects of the smart network build-up. For the economic effect analysis, we reclassified the smart network industry classification system and re-drew up 2011 Inter-industry Relations Table by using the Inter-industry Relations Table issued by the Bank of Korea and the RAS techniques. And we analyzed the economic effects that can be drawn from the investment of the smart network industry. As a result, the gross production inductive effect which appears with the economic effect of the smart network establishment project from 2011 to 2015 came out to be about 72 trillion 808.2 billion KW, added value inductive effect of 44 trillion 192.9 billion KW and the employment inductive effect of the job creation of about 412 thousands people. Afterward, it is anticipated that the smart network build-up project to contribute to the improvement of Koreans' daily life. Moreover, this research will be used as a valued basic material in the pursuit of the future network projects.
In the future there would be many kinds of digital images for many industrial markets. 3D stereoscopic images for variable fields; medical operation, film and animation, broadcasting, internet, game, or design for art and architecture. And many people to work about computer programming, and digital image making will concern about it more and more. However, these kinds works and studies are focused on the professional technical fields like 3D display or computer programming technology so far. To revitalize the market of a variable stereoscopic contents, there should build up the foundation for easy processing of the making stereoscopic images. This paper is based on stereoscopic making skills for anaglyph system. An anaglyph system has an old history about making stereoscopic images, and very simple method to produce the stereoscopic images. Particularly this study is focused on color compositing technique, and camera positioning on the compositing system. It will help optimization of the environments to create 3D motion graphic and animation contents.
Despite both the Korean version of and seemed to be the most popular in China, the and the , which localized the same format, differed at least in terms of viewership. Focusing on these two opposing cases, this study examines the characteristics and considerations of the localization transformation through in-depth interviews with experts in China.. As a result, was positive in terms of character diversification and online media interworking effects. However, the experts recognized that factors such as the confusion of character combinations due to frequent change of performers, frequent absences, conservative characteristics of Chinese state broadcasting that emphasized educational contents, and burden of localization due to changes in mission and challenge form each time were negatively affected. On the other hand, lacked the effect of online media interaction and lack of diversity of performers. However, the use of star actors' celebrities, the merits of actors with the characteristics of Chinese historical and cultural spaces, the use of Chinese flavors and fragrances, and similar types of missions and maintaining a stable composition each time favored localized production formats.
This study evaluated the debate formats adopted in the 2002 Televised Presidential Debates. Presidential Debate Committee have sponsored Televised Presidential Debates during the official campaign period. However, it is not easy task for the Committee to coordinate each party's different interests, such as voters, candidates, and broadcasters. Presidential candidates tries to use the debates as one of their campaign strategies. Broadcasters argued limitations in programming and production process. Regardless of the obstacles, voters expect that the committee makes ideal debate formats. The committee adopted two new forms in the 2002 Debates. The committee allowed direct exchange between candidates as well as advance question preparation by candidate. The committee intends that candidates focus on discussing policy issues. Some studies found that the debate format to allow direct exchange between candidates makes candidates focus on image issues rather than policy issues. The findings of this study are similar to the previous studies'. The new debate formats adopted in 2002 televised presidential debates did not guarantee policy issue oriented discussion. The committee or scholars should evaluate the debate formats used in the presidential debates in order to establish ideal debate formats that gives important information for votes to determine their choice. It is necessary to systematically evaluate the debate formats of former presidential campaign for developing right debate formats.
