The US Food and Drug Administration(FDA) recommends that population bioequivalence and individual bioequivalence would be assessed to address the prescribability and switchability between a brand-name drug and its new formulation or generic copy in its 2001 guidance document. The test for population bioequivalence in the latest FDA guidance is recommended in 2 x 4 crossover design, but it turns out to be very conservative. Recently Lee, Shao & Chow(2002), Chow, Shao & Wang(2003) and McNally, Iyer & Mathew(2002) proposed new statistical methods for assessing population bioequivalence between drugs to correct the biasness of current FDA method. Since 2 x 2 crossover experiment is most welcomed design in bioequivalence testing, we adopt their methods to 2 x 2 crossover designs and compare their methodologies with FDA one through the simulation study.
This thesis is a reflection of Korean aestheticism and how it has evolved and influenced Korean contemporary fashion throughout the last century. Up to the current, there have been five notable trends of fashion that have been influenced from and have reflected the qualities emblematic of various periods in Korean history. Effect of flatness from material; as methods of quilting, reinforced dual stitching(Kaeki), patchwork, embroidery and goldfoil thread extra, it is turned up that texture of cloth stuff and effects of flatness. 3. Simple color combinations give effects in two different directions For instance, white and a variety of vivid colors, a dull color and bright colors, black, blue. 4. Over-design, diffusion of fashion. Based on the design characteristics described above, the essence of Korea's beauty consciousness can be captured and summarized through the following points: 1. Emotionalism and non-characterism: traditional and simple natural beauty and modernized natural beauty. 2. From authoritism to non-authoritism: traditional and formal personal beauty and casual characteristic beauty. 3. Polaris (antithesis) phenomenon: chastic beauty and ostentatious beauty, simplicity and lavishness, conformity of fashion and originality. Although the beauty consciousness of Korean contemporary fashion is changing from traditional passive metaphor to aesthetic expressionism for the new generation, after all the basic foundation or root of the spiritual beauty of idealism is usually recognized by focusing on the face.

this study, the problem of the quality is analyzed by questionnaire analysis of the current quality managers, and the German meister system, the Japanese name deduction system, the functional manager, and the quality manager system. First, we set up a quality guide selection classification guide model. Secondly, we set up a model for combining experience and expertise with theory. Third, we set up a quality brand application model to enhance competitiveness of SMEs. Fourth, The basic model is presented. The expected effects of these models are that, in the knowledge-based economy, in terms of identifying, fostering, and utilizing superior talents, quality experts combine academic theories and experience in each field to provide core expertise and knowledge, As a transformative leader and expert, we will become a leader of innovation activities by enhancing corporate competitiveness, developing younger leaders, and cooperating with suppliers. There is a growing consumer preference for self-medication, which has resulted in the growth of the Korean functional food market to \1.5 trillion in 2014. Functional foods that can modulate immune responses and enhance liver health are in the top 2 product-specific health functional food categories. The aim of this project was to develop and commercialize new health functional foods incorporated with Cordyceps militaris. Cordyceps genus includes about 400 species, many of which have been used as traditional medicines for many years in Asian countries. C. militaris belongs to the class Ascomycetes and has been used extensively as a crude drug and tonic food in East Asia. Owing to the various physiological activities of its main active constituent, cordyceptin, C. militaris is currently being used for multiple medicinal purposes. Recently, many studies have tried to elucidate the pharmacological mechanisms underlying the activities of Cordyceps spp., which include immune activation, anti-inflammatory, anticancer, and antiviral effects. After continuous attempts and research toward industrialization, C. militaris cultivated using brown rice was developed into a product by a standardized process and mass-cultivating system. It was successfully introduced into the market and was approved as a functional food ingredient for the first time in Korea. Based on this information, C. militaris containing functional food product for strengthening the immune system was released in August 2014 under the brand name "Dongchoong Ilgi." Dongchoong Ilgi is potentially beneficial for improving immune and liver functions and may enhance both the convenience and effectiveness of health functional foods taken by healthy people and patients with minor illness. In addition, the results of our study may be applicable for the development of health functional foods that could lower the risk of diseases such as the common cold and cancer.
