일본 분리파건축회의 초기작품에 관한 연구 (Early Works of Japanese Secessionist Architects)

  • 본 논문은 유럽에서 근대건축의 헤게모니 다툼이 치열하게 전개되고 있던 1920년대 일본의 근대건축이 어떠한 성향을 지니면서 발전하게 되는지를 분리파건축회(Japanese Secessionist)의 건축이론과 작품을 통해 살펴보고자 한다. 분리파건축회는 1920년부터 1928년까지 9년이라는 짧은 시간동안 활동한 전위예술가(Avant-garde) 단체이지만, 이들의 도전적이고 활발한 활동이 일본 근대건축의 전통성 논쟁을 비롯해 예술가의 지위에 대한 논란을 불러일으켰다는 점에서 근대건축의 발전에 있어 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있다. 본 논문은 분리파건축회가 창립하게 되는 배경과 더불어 일본 근대건축의 중요한 역사적 사건으로 평가할 수 있는 제반요소들을 제시하고자 한다. 또한, 이들의 급진적인 건축관을 당대 유럽 건축계의 흐름과 대비시켜 파악하고, 근대건축의 전반적인 맥락에서 분리파건축회가 지니는 건축적 경향과 특징을 규명하고자 한다.

  • 본고는 연성 지역개발의 주요 수단으로서 장소브랜딩에 관한 이론적 검토이다. 장소브랜딩은 장소마케팅의 진화된 형태로서, 도시 지역의 이미지와 정체성을 강화하기 위한 보다 정교한 방법론을 제공한다. 도시 지역의 본질적 가치와 정체성 개발 방법, 다중의 도시 지역 정체성 경영을 위한 브랜드 리더십과 브랜드 아키텍쳐 개념, 이미지를 자산으로 계량화하는 브랜드 자산 개념 등을 통하여 장소마케팅 실천 과정에서 생겨나는 문제점을 보완하며, 그 효과를 증대시킬 수 있다. 또한 다양한 장소마케팅과 브랜딩 실천의 전 과정을 모형으로 제시하여, 연성지역개발의 틀로서 활용될 수 있도록 하였다. 이는 '창조성'과 '상징'을 중시하는 오늘날 도시 지역 개발의 중요한 이론적, 방법론적 토대가 될 것이다. 다양한 전공영역으로부터 접근이 이루어지는 이 분야는 연구의 축적이 일천하여 향후 보다 심층적인 이론과 경험 연구가 필요하다. 지리학 지식과 전통은 이 학제적 연구의 과정에서 중요한 역할을 담당할 것이다.

국내 친환경 건축 모델하우스에 대한 비교 연구 (The Comparative Study for Green Building model house design in Korea)

  • The "Eco-friendly", "Green" concepts was began around 1992 after the Rio Environmental Summit, and the need for sustainable development globally widespread. The green building certification system was began around 2000 and the concept of green building was started in the late 1990s. The green building, which welcomes a period of radical change, is for the survival of the Earth "climate change" and reducing energy consumption in building sector. In this architecture of eco-friendly concept, the green building is rapidly expanding and existing as a ecological environment preservation. Moreover, the realization of zero energy house is to mandate for new buildings in 2025. The aim of further eco-friendly is through the prior ecosystems to restore and product energy for the 9 Green Building model houses in this paper. Building in the concept of ecology is to show about change into 7R's from the 3R's. The "Reduce", "Reuse", "Recycle" consisting of "3R's" is correlated with the traditional to the present Green Building Design. U.S. NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards) change into the concept of 7R's as "Receive", "Restore", "Respect" and "Remember", added to "3R's". In this paper, the 9 Green Building model houses do not meet the criteria of 7R's. But, the Green Tomorrow of Samsung C & T Corporation meet the 6 criteria for 7R's. This company is most comfortable at low carbon Green Building model houses. Conclusionally, introduction of eco-friendly technologies and amenities for the health of human and natural community life is to advance eco-friendly construction and enhance brand value of housing. By the way, The problem of eco-friendly architecture is initial investment and maintenance. Therefore, eco-friendly architecture and government has to try solving of this difficulty.

녹색관광마을의 이미지 차별화를 위한 CI통합계획 (Integrated CI Planning and Design of Green Tourism Village for Image Distinction)

  • Integrated CI (country identity, community identity) planning is necessary for establishing identity and a distinct image as well as for managing green tourism villages. In addition, CI planning will be helpful for improving and advertising a village's image, capitalizing on its specialties and attracting many visitors to the village. Therefore, this study mainly intended to plan and design integrated CI for a green tourism village. For this purpose, this study selected Hari village in Hongsung-Kun, Chungnam province, which the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry designated as a green tourism village in 2003. Twenty CI alternatives were developed, and a vote was conducted with 143 visitors and rural residents attending a village festival in 2004. This study resulted in a new brand-name, 'Hanuri,' and developed symbols, logotypes, distinctive colors, signature system as a basic system and name cards, packaging materials, and signs for use. Above all, this study led the residents to pursue a village identity, village image and community spirit, which can be an effective management strategy to create a distinct image in a green tourism village.

서울 은평 뉴타운 1지구 조경설계 (A Landscape Design Proposal for Eunpyeong New Town, Seoul)

  • The Seoul Housing Corporation pronounced an alternative design competition and a bidding for Eunpyeong New Town in December of 2004. At first many construction companies were interested in the first New Town Project. But at last a few companies had proposed the alternative design and construction cost. This project needed a conjunction of design ideas and technology know-hows. And the client wanted the brand power of construction company. Ultimately the Corporation hoped that the first New Town Project will end up with high quality successfully. This competition had started with the original construction drawings. Then it needed some alternative ideas and the lowest cost. There were two drawings of non changeable part and changeable part. Non changeable parts are structure like housing unit plan, underground parking lots. Changeable parts are outdoor layout, interior design and building facade. So we tried all ideas of landscape technology and design principles within limited guidelines. The author applied new technology like tilted rooftop greening and sustained container greening on high-rise apartment house. This green technology will be the first trial in Seoul and in the world as well. Daewoo Corporation have accumulated greening technology through the researches by national funding since 2002. Through this New Town Project the green technology will go forward step by step.

효율적인 농촌지역 노인양로시설 개발을 위한 건축계획적 선호도 조사 (An examination of architectural preference of elderly houses for effective development in Rural Area)

  • Though there are high needs for the development of elderly house in rural area, there is not carried out at all. So, the purpose of this study is to provide the criteria to develop the architectural mode of elderly elderly house in rural area. The facts found in this study can be summarized as follows ; The elderly house in rural area. is increasingly being located near town. This is derived from the fact that the brand-new generation of the aged has the great likelihood to participate in social activities. So, Paid Elderly Home needs to be developed in town or suburbs. Medical facilities are indispensable in elderly house in rural area. So it is necessary that elderly house in rural area is closely connected with hospital and medical treatments. Inmates want small-sized rooms, thus one room shaped home should be built for these demands. And the flexibility of the spaces which can make two units into one should be applied to the plan and the design of the elderly house in rural area. The Home's medical facilities should be planned by considering the relationship with the Hospital. Factors for architectural planning of elderly house in rural area is movement pattern, safety facilities, and preferred subsidiary facilities through considering the physical and psychological characteristics.

농촌지역 관광지개발에 있어 관광권 설정에 관한 연구 -전남 회남로를 사례로- (A Study on Development of Touristic Subregions in Rural Area - Case Study in the Haenahm County, Chonnam -)

  • This study was carried out in the Haenahm county as a part of project, the'89 Comprehensive Planning of Rural Area. In order to increase household income of rural area and to meet increasing tourism demand in urban area, several tourism development directions and strategies were suggested in terms of resources, services, and transportation. The major results of this study are summarized as follows ; 1) Core tourism market has to be maintained by inforcement of unique image of the Haenahm county, such as the southern extremeity of Korean peninsula and tourism resources rich land. 2) New tourism products need to be introduced to attract fringe market of this area by use of natural and cultural resources in the Haenahm county, such as terrain, climate, provincial park, music, dance and artifacts. 3) image of this county as a touristic resort would be escalated by development of high quality andclusterized accommodation in urbanized area of the Haenahm county 4) Development of private lodging, production of local brand by native food, beverage and artifacts, introduction of festival by folk song and folk dance would be helpful to stabilize a seasonal fluctuating demand level of ourismandlocalresidentsincome. 5) Diversification of tourism product needs to be provided for tourists in order to increase chances for enjoyment in the destination and to be involved in socially comfortable atmosphere. 6) Package tour by diversification of touristic subregions in this county and linkage system with touristic regions of other counties would helpful to lead visitors to stay long, resulting in increased expenditure.

순천만국제정원박람회 개최효과 인지 비교 연구 - 2013, 2023년 방문객을 중심으로 - (Comparative Study on Perceived Effectiveness of Suncheon Bay International Garden Expo - 2013 and 2023 with a Focus on Visitors -)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 최초 국가 정원으로 지정된 '순천만정원'을 매체로 한 2013순천만국제정원박람회와 2023순천만국제정원박람회의 개최 효과를 비교 분석함으로써 향후 순천만정원박람회의 운영 방향성과 지속가능 전략 설정을 위한 기초자료 제시를 목적으로 수행하였는바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 두 번의 박람회 모두 행사 전반에 걸친 만족도가 4.0 이상의 값으로 높게 나타났다. 특히 2023순천만국제정원박람회의 만족도가 2013순천만국제정원박람회보다 높은 값으로 나타났다. 코로나19 이후 열린 최장기 국제 행사로서 자연공간에서의 힐링과 충전에 대한 시민들의 수요충족이 반영된 것으로 판단된다. 둘째, 만족도에 영향을 주는 인식 유형 비교의 결과 경제, 환경·생태 유형이 2013, 2023 순천만국제정원박람회에서 공통적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 2013순천만국제정원박람회는 순천만이라는 생태 자원과 함께 도심 속 정원을 조성하여 '생태 도시'로의 브랜드가치를 확립하는데 무리가 없었다. 이와 더불어 2023순천만국제정원박람회는 정원의 범위를 도심 전체로 확대하였고, 기후변화 대응, 탄소중립 등의 가치를 실현하여 인간과 자연이 공존하는 도시를 만들고자 하였다. 즉, 2013순천만국제정원박람회 이후 또 한 번 지역의 잠재된 생태적 가치를 바탕으로 2023년 박람회를 추진함으로써, 기업의 투자와 관광객을 유치하고, 순천시의 차별화된 브랜드를 구축하는 것이 도시 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있는 방법 중 하나임을 설명한다. 따라서 순천만국제정원박람회는 사회의 변화와 발맞춰 환경·생태적 컨텐츠와 프로그램을 지속적으로 개발하고 해당 지자체와 주민들의 협력을 통해 시민들의 인식 속에 자리 매김할 수 있도록 노력한다면 향후 메가 이벤트로 써의 정체성 확립과 브랜드 파워를 가질 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.
