패션상품 소비자들의 상표관계본질에 영향을 미치는 변인 연구 (Variables Affecting Brand Relationship Quality of Fashion Product Consumers)

  • The purpose of this study was to decipher the BRQ (Brand Relationship Quality) Construct of fashion product consumers and to identify influencing variables. Consumption values of consumers, fashion product attributes and marketing communication instruments were investigated as affecting variables. A questionnaire was distributed to 350 women between the age of 20 and 50 living in Seoul and other metropolitan areas from Mar. 5 to Mar. 18, 2008. Collected data were analyzed by factor analysis, reliability, multiple regression, frequency and percentage using SPSS (Version 15,0) statistical Package. The results were as follows: Firstly, the BRQ Construct of fashion product consumers was proved to be composed of five factors; 'self-connective love', 'pursuing symbol', 'trust', 'intimacy', and 'knowledge'. Secondly, consumption values had a significant effect on the BRQ Construct and their explanatory power was 32%, 'Epistemic value' was the most significant variable affecting BRQ. 'Functional value' had a significant influence on some BRQ factors. Thirdly, explanatory power of fashion product attributes affecting BRQ was 45%. 'Aesthetic attribute' had significant effect on all BRQ factors, while 'functional attribute' showed significant effect on only 'pursuing symbol', 'trust', and 'intimacy'. Finally, marketing communication mixes showed 21% explanatory power and 'word of mouth' and 'display' among marketing communication mixes were found as the most influential variables affecting the BRQ Construct.

케이팝 아이돌의 아바타 활용 유형 및 팬덤의 인식분석 (Analysis of Usage Types of K-pop Idol Avatar and Fandom Perception)

  • As human brands, Idols, the central members of K-pop, are actively engaging in various industries based on the support of their fandoms, greatly impacting the national economy. In particular, due to the development of digital devices and technologies, they are active both online and offline, and idol avatars are a significant part of their activities across diverse contexts. Therefore, this study aims to categorize avatars used in various contexts and explore fandoms' perceptions according to each type. Based on case studies and literature review, idol avatar usage was categorized into products, supplier-led content, and interactive content, and accordingly, surveys and in-depth interviews were conducted. As a result, regardless of category, fandom showed a negative perception of idol avatar usage, as shown in the order of interactive content, supplier-led content, and products. Regarding human brand characteristics of idol avatars, attractiveness was evaluated higher than intimacy and likeability. However, the attachment to real-life idols showed a higher correlation with the characteristics of intimacy and likeability than attractiveness. This study is significant as it looked at the future directions of idol avatar usage by analyzing the fandoms' perception of avatar usage in the K-pop industry from a human brand perspective.

  • Brand relationship, which refers to the bond between brands and consumers, plays an important role in marketing due to its positive or negative effects on consumer behavior. The goals of this research were 1) to identify the types of brand relationships between young female consumers and apparel brands, and 2) to examine the influence of brand relationships over consumers'favorable attitudes and strong attachment (durability) to the brands. For the purpose of this study, ten casual wear brands, which are highly perceived by and popular with high school and university female students, were chosen by a preliminary inquiry. And then focused group interviews were performed to develop a questionnaire. The main examination was performed from August 20 to September 12, 2000, using five types of surveys each of which contained two brands. SPSS 8.0 was used for factor analysis and recession analysis. Four types of brand relationships were categorized based on the results of factor analysis: self-devotion, intimacy, rejection and trust. Each factor showed significant influence on both positive altitude and durability.

항공사 승무원의 비언어 커뮤니케이션이 고객 인게이지먼트 및 브랜드 친밀감에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Nonverbal Communication of Flight Attendants on Customer Engagement and Brand Intimacy)

  • 위드 코로나와 함께 움츠렸던 항공 여행업계가 다시 날개를 달고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 항공사를 통해 최근 1년이내 해외여행을 다녀온 승객을 대상으로 항공사 승무원과의 상호작용을 통해 경험한 비언어 커뮤니케이션 요인이 고객 인게이지먼트와 브랜드 친밀감에 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 총 285명의 응답을 수집하였고, SPSS 28과 AMOS 26 프로그램을 이용하여 연구도구의 신뢰도와 타당도, 모델의 적합성, 가설을 검증하였다. 실증연구 분석 결과 항공사 승무원의 비언어 커뮤니케이션 요인에서 의사언어와 공간언어가 고객 인게이지먼트에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 코로나 19 이후 관점의 변화에 따라 기존 연구 결과와는 다르지만, 승객과의 접점에서 대면 서비스를 제공하는 데 있어 항공사 승무원 커뮤니케이션의 중요성을 다시 한 번 확인했다. 또한 새로운 고객만족 경영 지표인 고객 인게이지먼트를 유도하기 위해서는 항공사 승무원의 비언어적 요소에 대한 지속적인 교육과 관리가 필요하다. 또한 고객 인게이지먼트가 브랜드 친밀감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 기존의 가격 인하나 충성도 확보 중심의 마케팅에서 감정과 관계 마케팅의 새로운 고객 관리 지표를 정립할 필요가 있다는 견해를 뒷받침한다. 항공사 승무원과의 상호작용이 고객 인게이지먼트에 기여할 수 있음을 확인하였으며, 이러한 결과는 항공 운송 산업 종사자에게 중요한 의미를 갖는다.

누구에게? 어떤 선물을? : 선물 선택 시 심리적 거리를 중심으로 (What Gift and to Whom? : Choosing a Gift Based on Psychological Distance)

  • 본 연구에서는 선물할 때 선물할 대상과의 관계에 따라 어떤 대안을 선택하는지에 관해 알아보았다. 구체적으로 두 대안의 가격대가 비슷할 때, 브랜드 지위가 높지만, 브랜드 내 모델 랭킹은 낮은 제품과 브랜드 지위는 낮지만, 모델 랭킹은 높은 제품중 어떤 대안을 더 선호하는지에 관해 실험을 통해 연구하였다. 해석 수준 이론(Construal level theory)을 바탕으로 선물할 대상과의 관계(수직적 관계 vs. 수평적 관계)와 친밀도에 따라 카테고리 효과(category effect, 높은 지위 브랜드의 낮은 랭킹 모델 선호)와 랭킹 효과(ranking effect, 낮은 지위 브랜드의 높은 랭킹 모델 선호)가 다르게 나타난다고 제안하였다. 연구 결과, 심리적 거리에 따라 대안의 선택이 달라짐을 확인할 수 있었다. 구체적으로 수직적 관계에 있는 대상에게 선물할 경우에는 카테고리 효과가 크게 나타났지만, 선물할 대상이 수평적 관계인 경우에는 랭킹 효과가 나타났다. 또한 수직적 관계와 비교할 때, 수평적 관계에서 친밀도에 따른 랭킹효과(또는 카테고리 효과)의 차이가 더 크게 나타났다. 이처럼, 본 연구에서는 선물할 대상과의 관계와 친밀도의 심리적 거리에 따라서 브랜드 지위와 모델 랭킹에 대한 제품의 선택이 달라질 수 있다는 것을 보였다.

스포츠스타의 휴먼브랜드가 구매의도에 미치는 영향 연구 -고관여, 저관여 제품 비교- (The Effects of Human Brand of Sports Star on Purchase Intention: A Comparison between Low and High Involvement Products)

  • 본 연구는 광고 마케팅 영역에서 제품의 관여도에 따라 광고모델의 휴먼브랜드가 소비자의 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 소비자를 대상으로 148부의 설문 데이터를 수집하였고, SPSS 25.0을 사용하여 연구가설을 검증하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 휴먼브랜드 매력성은 저관여 제품에서 휴먼브랜드 애착에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 휴먼브랜드 독특성과 친밀성은 고관여 제품에서 휴먼브랜드 애착에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구를 통해 휴먼브랜드 특성 중 신뢰성, 전문성, 매력성, 독특성, 친밀성이 휴먼브랜드 애착, 휴먼브랜드 태도 및 제품 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 소비자에게 노출된 제품광고의 고관여, 저관여 제품특성에 따른 휴먼브랜드 영향 차이를 확인할 수 있었다. 지금까지 연예인과 기업인을 중심으로 연구되고 있던 휴먼브랜드의 연구 영역을 스포츠 스타를 대상으로 확대하였고 실증분석을 통해 광고제품의 고관여, 저관여 특성에 따른 구매의도를 향상하기 위한 영향요인을 확인하여 제품관여도 특성별 스포츠 스타 휴먼브랜드의 광고모델 선정 관점에 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

패션브랜드에 활용된 캐릭터의 인지현황 및 감성 분석 (Current Awareness of Characters Used in Fashion Brands and An Analysis of the Public Perceptions of Characters)

  • This study analyzed that how well the consumer recognize and what they feel about the characters which were applied in fashion brand. Four hundreds and forty two men and women who were living in Seoul and the metropolitan area were selected for this study and SPSS 12.0 was used for the technical statistics such as Frequency, Chi-Square Test and Correlation Analysis. The result of this study were as follows : 1. The consumer didn't well recognize the name of brand and the character which were provided from the brand. 2. There were included brands 'B' 'T' 'L' 'A' in the highly ranked cognition brand. A common feeling of these brands were 'a feeling of cute' and 'a feeling of intimacy'. 3. The consumer's feelings of character were categorized into 'a feeling of lute''a feeling of sexy' 'a feeling of soft as pap' 'a feeling of humorous'.

The Influence of the Relationship between Consumer and Tie-in Promotion on Loyalty: Focusing on the Difference between Target Customers and Non-target Customers of Tie-in Promotion

  • There has been recognition of the increasing importance of cooperation as an element of marketing strategy. Such cooperation is confined to four levels based on product development, sales promotion, pricing arrangements, and place (or distribution) mechanisms as the usual marketing 4Ps mixed (Varadarajan 1986). At present, however, little is known about the nature of tie-in promotion as a cooperative sales promotion comparing three other levels. The primary goal of this study is to examine the effect of consumer - tie-in promotion relationship on loyalty. The construct of consumer - tie-in promotion relationship is based on the previous research on consumer-brand relationship. In addition, this study divides the concept of loyalty into host brand loyalty and partner brand loyalty to reflect the characteristics of tie-in promotion including program in order to determine the effect of the consumer - tie-in promotion relationship on loyalty. The results showed that the three dimensions of the consumer - tie-in promotion relationship (i.e., commitment, intimacy, and interdependence) had significantly positive effect on program loyalty. The effect of program loyalty is significantly on both host and partner brand loyalty. This study empirically tested the relationships among consumer - tie-in promotion relationship, program loyalty, host brand loyalty, and partner brand loyalty, and then compared with the difference in the suggested model for the target customers and non-target customers. As a result, for target customers, intimacy and interdependence among dimensions of consumer - tie-in promotion relationship had significantly positive influence on program loyalty. In case of non-target customers, however, commitment and interdependence among dimensions of consumer - tie-in promotion relationship had significantly positive influence on program loyalty. Also, program loyalty had significantly positive impact on host brand loyalty and partner brand loyalty in both target and non-target customers. This study has significance in that it addresses the need to identify research and academic implications by analyzing the consumer - tie-in promotion relationship to determine the relationship between tie-in promotion and loyalty, which has not been clearly described by previous studies. Furthermore, this study builds a foundation for firms and managers actively using tie-in promotion to establish tie-in promotion strategies that can maximize loyalty for both host and partner brands from the consumers' point of view.

소셜 미디어를 통한 기업 사회공헌활동의 참여동기가 조직-공중관계성과 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Participation Motivation of Corporate Social Responsibility Using Social Media on Organization-Public Relationship and Brand Loyalty)

  • 본 연구는 기업이 소셜 미디어 사회공헌활동을 수행할 때 참여자들의 참여동기인 공감성과 흥미성, 사회공헌활동 수행기업과 참여자 간의 조직-공중관계성, 그리고 수행기업에 대한 브랜드 충성도 간의 관계를 분석한다. 설문응답 자료를 확인요인분석한 결과, 공감성과 흥미성 등 2개의 참여동기 요인이 도출되었다. 또한, 수행기업과 참여자 간의 신뢰, 충실성, 통제상호성, 친밀성 등 4개의 조직-공중관계성 요인이 도출되었다. 제안된 연구모형은 구조방정식모형으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 공감성은 신뢰, 충실성, 통제상호성, 친밀성 등 모든 조직-공중관계성 요인에 유의한 영향을 주고, 흥미성은 신뢰와 충실성 등 두 요인에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 신뢰는 다른 조직-공중관계성 요인인 충실성, 통제상호성, 친밀성에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있다. 또한, 각각의 조직-공중관계성 요인은 브랜드 충성도를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다.

The Antecedents of Relationship Marketing and Customer Loyalty: A Case of the Designed Fashion Product

  • Customer loyalty is a desired and essential result for companies in a business environment with a lot of competition, of which the fashion industry is no exception. For the fashion industry, the competition between businesses is increasingly fierce with the appearance of tailored fashion brands for each customer, also known as a designed fashion brand. The objective of this study is to examine the relationship between the antecedents of the relationship (reputation of designer, social media marketing) and customer relationship (trust and intimacy), and loyalty of customer for a designed fashion brand. The mixed research method is used to achieve research objectives with qualitative and quantitative research method. Qualitative data was collected through in-depth interview with 12 participants in Ho Chi Minh City, while quantitative data was collected by a survey of 799 respondents in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi City. The results show that the antecedents of relationship marketing positively affect on customer relationship and customer loyalty. Moreover, customer relationship has a positive impact on the customer loyalty when shopping for fashion products. From the research results, some managerial implications are also proposed for the designed fashion brands to improve the relationship marketing performance.
