This paper suggests an investigation filter, Androfilter, that detects the fabrication of APK file effectively. Whereas the most of antivirus software uses a separate server to collect, analyze, and update malicious applications, Androfilter assumes Google Play as the trusted party and verifies integrity of an application through a simple query to Google Play. Experiment results show that Androfilter blocks brand new malicious applications that have not been reported yet as well as known malicious applications.

  • Purpose: This study aims to analyze the factors affecting customer satisfaction in the customer reviews of omni-channel, posted on Internet blogs, cafes, and YouTube using text mining analysis. Research, data, and Methodology: In this study, frequency analysis is performed and the LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation) is used to analyze social big data to respond to reviewers' reaction to the recently opened omni-channel shopping reviews by L Shopping Company. Additionally, based on the topic analysis, we conduct a sentiment analysis on purchase reviews and analyze the characteristics of each topic on the positive or negative sentiments of omni-channel app users. Results: As a result of a topic analysis, four main topics are derived: delivery and events, economic value, recommendations and convenience, and product quality and brand awareness. The emotional analysis reveals that the reviewers have many positive evaluations for price policy and product promotion, but negative evaluations for app use, delivery, and product quality. Conclusions: Retailers can establish customized marketing strategies by identifying the customer's major interests through text mining analysis. Additionally, the analysis of sentiment by subject becomes an important indicator for developing products and services that customers want by identifying areas that satisfy customers and areas that evoke negative reactions.

  • In addition to awareness building, TV media creates search behavior for the brand and the search result may link to a brand homepage and/or an e-commerce site. This study analyzed the impact of TV advertisements on a search volume at NAVER, a leading Korean search platform, in order to verify the impact of TV advertisements on brand-related search behavior. Results are as follows. TV advertisement exposure was significantly related to the amount of Korean search, English search, and total search. In addition, changes in TV advertising exposure also had a significant static influence on changes in search volume. The increase in the number of brand search was different by industries that carried out TV advertisements, and it was verified that the frequency of English searches increased faster than the frequency of Korean search as the exposure of TV advertisements increased. Therefore, domestic TV advertising volume has been verified to affect NAVER search volume, and the advertising industry and brand search language that conducted TV advertisements have been verified to be moderating variables. TV advertisements can be interpreted to cause brand search behavior in English even though it is not a native language for Koreans.

  • With the advent of the fourth industrial revolution, technologies such as the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and cloud computing are developing rapidly, and smart homes enabled by these technologies are rapidly gaining popularity. To gain a competitive advantage in the global market, companies must understand the differences in consumer needs in different countries and cultures and develop corresponding business strategies. Therefore, this study conducts a comparative analysis of consumer reviews of smart homes in South Korea and China. This study collected online reviews of SmartThings, ThinQ, Msmarthom, and MiHome, the four most commonly used smart home apps in Korea and China. The collected review data is divided into satisfied reviews and dissatisfied reviews according to the ratings, and topics are extracted for each review dataset using LDA topic modeling. Next, the extracted topics are classified according to five evaluation factors of Perceived Usefulness, Reachability, Interoperability,Trustness, and Product Brand proposed by previous studies. Then, by comparing the importance of each evaluation factor in the two datasets of satisfaction and dissatisfaction, we find out the factors that affect consumer satisfaction and dissatisfaction, and compare the differences between users in Korea and China. We found Trustness and Reachability are very important factors. Finally, through language network analysis, the relationship between dissatisfied factors is analyzed from a more microscopic level, and improvement plans are proposed to the companies according to the analysis results.

  • This study aimed to identify characteristics of Generation MZ's consumer purchase decision journey to develop the new fashion CDJ model. The initial stage was affected by habit, online community, social media, aesthetics, circumstantial need, and proxy. In the search and consideration stage, mobile channels were used actively. In the active search and evaluation stage, online media, experiential data, and personal information were employed. In the purchase stage, zoomers took plenty of time in search and evaluation before spending, contrary to millennials who made their purchases more quickly. In the post-purchase experience stage, zoomers actively displayed follow-up behaviors depending on their satisfaction, such as retaining or deleting the app. While, millennials did not turn away from the store or brand, but followed up on their purchases even when they had an unsatisfactory experience. Based on the characteristics of CDJ, iterative cycle CDJ models were developed. Zoomers CDJ model was presented as a search loop that consists of the search and evaluation process, in which information accumulates, and a purchase loop in which the actual purchase occurs. The iterative cycle CDJ model was presented connected to the loyalty loop as the main section, which is accelerated in millennials' CDJ model.
