Three species of the genus Aulacocentrum Brues (Braconidae : Macrocentrinae) from Korea are recognized and a key is given for the identification. A new species, Aulacocentrum nigrum sp. nov. is described, and A. seticella van Achterberg and He is reported for the first time from Korea.

In the present study, nine species of the family Braconidae are recorded for the first time from Korea: Bassus ussuriensis (Telenga), Amyosoma yanoi (Watanabe), Calcaribracon nipponensis (Watanabe), Doryctes gyljak Telenga, Rhaconotus signipennis (Walker), Allurus lituratus (Haliday), Hellenius dadianshanicus Belokobylskij, Homolobus rufiventralis Maeto, and Aulacocentrum confusum He & Achterberg. Diagnosis and photographs for the species are provided.

The genus Microplitis (Braconidae: Microgastrinae) is reported for the first time from Korea. The Microplitis has often quite small hypopygium, very short ovipositor and rugose propodeum with large aleola. The genus contains 190 described species, among them 19 speceis were recorded in Korea. Microplitis varicolor was established by Viereck in 1917. The species is found as new to Korea in this study. Microplitis varicolor is endoparasitoid, especially attacking species of Noctuidae (Insecta: Lepidoptera) including pests of leguminous crop. In this study, diagnosis, photographs and host lists are included.

Braconid wasps is second largest family of Hymenoptera. It is comprising more than 18,000 described species. In Korea, a total of 910 species have been recorded to date. In the present study, nine species of the family Braconidae are recorded for the first time from Korea: Aneurobracon philippinensis (Musebeck), Cenocoelius japonicus (Watanabe), Rattana sinica He & Chen, Adelius clandestinus (Förster), Blacometeorus brevicauda (Hellen), Centistes minutus Chen & Achterberg, Centistes sylvicola Belokobylskij, Gnamptodon sichotaealinicus Belokobylskij, Cotesia urabae Austin & Allen. Diagnosis, distribution and host information for the each species are provided.

The genus Opius Wesmael, 1835 (Hymenoptera: Braconidae: Opiinae) generally parasitizes larvae of Agromyzidae, Anthomyiidae, Drosophilidae, Tephritidae, Ephydridae and Cecidomyiidae, of which 32 species are recorded in South Korea. In China, seven new species of the genus Opius have been known. Among them, Opius crenuliferus Li & van Achterberg, 2013 is reported for the first time in South Korea. Specimen was collected by sweeping in West Daeshin-dong, Busan, Korea. In this study, description, and diagnostic illustration of O. crenuliferus are provided.
