본 연구는 대학도서관진흥법에 따른 대학도서관에서 최소한의 자료구입비를 확보하기 위한 예산 책정 방법과 확보된 자료구입비를 효율적으로 학과에 배당하여 집행하는 방법을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 대학도서관의 현황과 법적 기준을 살펴보고 법적 기준에 따른 최소한의 자료구입비 확보 방법을 제시하고 확보된 예산의 효율적 집행을 위한 학과 배분방법을 제시하였다. 먼저, 국내 출판되는 도서 평균가격을 대학도서관진흥법 기준에 적용하여 대학도서관자료구입비를 책정하였다. 학보된 예산은 80%를 학과에 배정하고 20%를 사서선정분으로 배정하였다. 학과에 배정된 80% 예산은 다시 100%로 환산하여 주제별 도서가격, 학생정원, 이용률 등 3가지 기준을 적용하여 각 학과예산을 편성하여 배분하였다.

국내 스마트폰 사용자들의 앱북 구매의도에 미치는 영향요인에 대하여 알아보기 위해 Venkatesh 등이 제안한 UTAUT 모형을 기반으로 검증된 4개의 핵심 변인들(성과기대, 노력기대, 사회적 영향, 촉진조건) 외에 '비용' 변인을 추가로 사용하여 그 영향정도를 검증하였다. 그 결과, 정보기술과 관련된 많은 선행연구들을 통해 입증된 UTAUT 모형 변수들의 가설들이 본 연구에서도 대체적으로 지지됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 다만, 촉진조건은 스마트폰을 통한 앱북의 구매행위에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 조절변수로 제안된 '연령'과 '경험'은 독립변수들을 통해 구매의도 및 구매행동에 대부분 조절효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 향후 앱북 서비스와 유사한 뉴미디어의 수용 및 구매행위에 관련한 연구를 수행하는 데 새로운 통합모형을 제시한 선행연구로써 학문적 의의가 있다. 또한 앱북 관련 기업에는 앱북의 유용성, 사용 용이성, 비용, 주변인들의 사회적 영향력에 의해 앱북을 구매하려는 의도가 있음을 밝힘으로써 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

This study checks the conceptual definition of domestic book curation which is still in the beginning stage, the necessity of developing service and business, domestic and overseas case of relevant service. Further, the problem of book recommendation service and the difficulty anticipated in the embodiment of service are investigated together and the business model as new IT service is suggested to supplement them. Specifically, the collection of book information and customer information (interest and purchase pattern) and the procedure of mining the collected information and the process of embodying visualization was presented in the sector of service in the first place. Then, the technical transfer of developed solution and the construction cost and the method to impose commission over contents sales are presented in the sector of business. Diverse social and economic effects are expected to realize by developing and utilizing such services, namely, promoting the distribution of excellent book which were kept in dead storage so far due to lack of marketing support, recommendation readers the proper books which are convenient and necessary.

요즘 전자상거래 고객들은 쇼핑몰에 있어 물품들의 가격 정보를 수집하는 비교쇼핑 에이전트들의 도움을 받아서 구매 비용을 절감할 수 있다. 그러나 사용자는 가격이외의 다양한 구매 조건을 만족하는 제품 정보들을 추천하는 에이전트의 개발을 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 에이전트 기반의 전자상거래를 실현하기 위해 다양한 사용자 요구에 적합한 도서 정보를 검색하고 추천하는 멀티에이전트 시스템을 제안한다. 본 멀치에이전트 시스템은 온라인 서점 고객들을 돕기 위해 구현되고 테스트되었다. 실험 결과 전자상거래를 이용하는 구매자에게 여러 온라인 서점의 다양한 도서판매 조건에 대한 정보를 실시간으로 추천할 수 있게 되었다.

Dental care is becoming more available on the NHI(National Health Insurance) in Korea. Especially, complete denture, partial denture, dental scaling, and dental implant has been applied by NHI from 2012 to 2014. Although, the entire nation is not eligible for the benefit now, the more dental coverage of NHI is extended, the more regulaition is tightened. Essential documents for proof of correctness of dental treatment covered by NHI are dental records and the receipt book. Summary of regal regulation about them is as follows 1. Chief complaints of patients, diagnosis, progress, and act of treatment, drugs and materials of treatment, doctor's sign, date and hour should be placed accurately on dental record 2. Dental clinic should collect patients sharing of the dental cost covered by NHI. 3. Dental clinic should keep the receipt as proof of purchase of dental drugs or materials.

경기도에서 시작된 바로대출제 서비스는 지역서점의 매출 상승을 통한 지역 경제 활성화와 이용자의 만족도를 높이는 창의적인 신규 서비스로 호응을 받았다. 그러나 이용자의 희망도서 중복신청으로 인해 공공도서관 장서의 질이 떨어진다는 의견이 제시되면서 긍정적인 측면과 부정적 측면이 공존하는 서비스이다. 본 연구는 공공도서관, 지역서점, 바로대출제 이용자 대상 설문조사를 통해 바로대출제의 개선방안을 제시하였다. 공공도서관과 지역서점의 창의적 협력 방안인 바로대출제는 도서관 자료구입비 예산 확대 및 도서관, 지역서점, 이용자 간의 지속적 의사소통이 이루어질 수 있는 운영위원회 구성과 설명회 개최, 도서구입비 대비 바로대출제 희망도서 구입비 연구를 통한 기획 수집, 바로대출제 관련 규정 제정, 독서문화서비스 확대, 건전한 이용자층 확대 및 다양한 지역서점 육성을 통해 서비스를 지속적으로 개선하는 것이 필요하다.

인터넷 사용의 증가로 탐색비용이 낮아져 소비자들이 얻을 수 있는 정보의 양은 증가하였으며 가격에 대한 정보 또한 쉽게 취득하고 비교할 수 있게 되었다. 그 결과 동일제품을 취급하는 인터넷 쇼핑몰 간의 가격 경쟁이 심화되고 있으며, 소비자들은 제품 구매결정에 있어 다른 요소들보다 가격에 더욱 민감하게 반응하고 있다. 본 연구는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 가격 경쟁을 줄일 수 있는 차별화 전략을 모색하고자 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 가격 민감도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴 보았으며, 가격 민감도에 따라 선호서점에 대한 선택이 달라지는가를 분석해 보았다. 연구대상은 국내에서 가격 경쟁이 치열한 인터넷 서적시장을 선택하였으며 연구 방법은 인터넷 서점에서 구매 경험이 있는 소비자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 가격민감도가 선호서점의 유형선택에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 가격민감도 영향요인을 도출하기 위한 탐색적인 연구란 점에서 의의가 있으며 향후 제품 특성 및 품질에 차이가 있는 비동질 제품 등 다양한 시장을 대상으로 한 연구가 수행되어야 할 것이다.

지난 50년 이상 무기장사업자에 적용해 온 표준소득률제도가 금년 소득세 신고시부터 기준경비율제로 변화된다. 병의원간의 의료전달체계가 제자리를 잡지 못하고 전문의들이 경제적 이유 등 여러 가지 이유로 개원 시를 이루고 있는 현재 의료계 상황에서 기준경비율 제도의 도입은 과거와 같이 무원칙, 무계획적인 지출을 더 이상 수용하지 않는다. 따라서 비용으로 공제받을 수 있는 증빙을 잘 준비하는 세무계획이 필연적으로 요구된다 본 연구에서는 새로 시행되는 기준경비율 제도의 취지, 내용, 효과, 보완점 등을 알아보고 이 제도 하에서 적격 증빙의 수취 등 합리적인 세무관리를 알아보았다. 비록 기준경비율제도가 수입 측면에서의 투명성을 확보하는데는 한계가 있으나 비용지출 측면에서 진일보한 정책이며 이 제도가 성공적으로 시행 발전되는 경우 전문가 그룹의 자의적인 세무신고는 어느 정도 줄어들 것으로 판단된다. 나아가 비급여 진료행위가 많은 진료과들의 수입을 보다 투명하게 밝힐 수 있는 제도의 보완이 이루어질 것으로 예상되므로 의원 경영과 관련된 작은 지출에 대해서도 본 연구에서 제시된 것과 갊은 증빙을 갖추도록 노력해야 할 것이다.

This study is a survey of collection development policies in the 40 university libraries among 42 in Korea as of 1984. The survey used a questionnaire with 36 questions concerning the basic elements of the collection development policy. The survey results revealed many problems demanding correction. The measures to correct the problems in the university libraries are as follows. 1. It is desirable that the libraries should have a collection development policy statement written and adopted for the systematic collection building. 2. It is advisable that the libraries should include a function of the materials selection among other various functions of the Library Committee for the purpose of informing administrators of the goals of the libraries and the validity of the budgetary allocation. 3. It is desirable that each library should organize the Collection Development Committee for minimizing the possibility of personal bias on the part of the individual selectors. 4. It is advisable that the primary responsibility for materials selection should be delegated as follows: for the materials for faculty research, to the faculty members; for the other collections, to the professional staff of each department; for the final review of whether or not to purchase, to the Collection Development Committee. 5. It is desirable for the purchase priority of materials to be set up in accordance with the order of 6 levels of collection development. 6. It is advisable that the libraries should, as top priority, purchase materials in direct su n.0, pport of the undergraduate and graduate academic programs, and in subject matter areas other than languages and literature, Korean materials should have not only the higher priority than the foreign language materials, but also maintain the comprehensive collection level. 7. It is desirable that the special collections should be purchased by special funds from the authority, and the special collections librarian should have the responsibility of the materials selection under the advice of the faculty members relating to the subject area. 8. It is advisable that duplicate copies should be bought only for high use items, but for reserve books, by the program enrollment, and textbooks should not be bought in general, except as su n.0, pplemental materials for course work in which they are necessary and heavily used. 9. It is reasonable that the material budget should be distributed as follows: by the ratio for distributing funds, about 60-70% for the library and 30-40% for departments; by the type of materials, about 50% for books, 40% for periodicals and 10% for other materials, or when not bought other materials, about 50-60% for books and 40-50% for periodicals. In addition, it is desirable that undergraduate class enrollment, graduate class enrollment, undergraduate majors, graduate majors, average book cost in the discipline, number of faculty, and use rate by subject should be considered as the factors for the allocation of funds by department, and special consideration should be given to newly-founded departments so the library holdings can be adequate to su n.0, pport them.
