Recently, public office building projects are being recognized by many construction engineers and researchers, as the critical projects in the construction industry. The project budgets have sometimes exceeded due to the lack of core knowledge, experiences, skills and experts concerned in cost planning and estimating in the pre-construction stage. It has been highlighted that planning and estimating effectively the cost of public office building projects as critical in the design stage. Within this context, some cost data books and systems, such as RSMeans cost data systems and Spon's price book, have been systematically developed and used by many construction cost managers and organizations in order to effectively estimate and use their project budgets. As a result of this research, a cost estimating model for finishes has been developed, considering the cost data used in public office building projects.

General Administrative Procedures of the Preshipment Inspection 1. Initial notification Preshipment Inspection is initiated by Agency when it receives notice either from the importing country, or the seller, that an export needs to be imspected 1.1 Notice from the importing country 1.2 Notice from the seller 2. Preliminary price verification After receipt of initial notification, Agency undertakes, Where possible, a preliminary price verification, based upon the Inspection Order and other contractual documents received. 3. Customs classification When required by the Government of the importing country. Agency forms an opinion of the Customs Classification Code based upon the Customs Tariff Book and Rules of Classification of the country of importation. The Customs Classification Code determines the tariff rate on the basis of which the importer will be required to pay import duties. 4. Import eligibility 5. Physical inspection results When the physical inspection is completed, the inspector submits his report to the Agency office and the result of inspection will be communicated to the seller and, where applicable, the place of inspection. Shipment of the goods The seller is advised to check with Agency prior to shipment if the physical inspection result has not been received or there are any doubts concerning whether a Clean Report of Findings will be issued. 8. When the preliminary price verification has not resulted in any unresolved questions and the inspection result and other documents received are consistent with the preliminary documentation, Agency will not normally require any additional information. The main exception would be if the terms of sale require reference to prices at the date of shipment. 9. With the proliferation of E-Commerce, product informations and services are provided to customers diversely. Thus customers want a software agent that can retrieve and recommend goods satisfying various purchase conditions as well as price. In this paper, we present a MAS (multi-agent system) for book information retrieval and recommendation in E-Commerce. User's preference is reflected in the MAS using the profile which is taken by user. The proposed MAS is composed of individual agents that support information retrieval, information recommendation, user interface, and web robots and a coordination agent which performs information sharing and job management between individual agents. Our goal is to design and implement this multi-agent system on a Windows NT server. Owing to the workflow management of the coordination agent, we can remove redundant information retrievals of web robots. From the results, we could provide customers various purchase conditions for several online bookstores in real-time.

This paper is intended to find out how much the university students in the Kyung-book area recognize Korean traditional foods and what their attitudes toward the seasonal manners and customs are, and to analyze the differences according to their life styles. The average recognition of 27 kinds of Korean traditional foods is found to be 2.17 in general, 2.00 with male students and 2.34 with female students, which figures are thought to be low. The recognition of female students is significantly higher than that of male students. 94.4% of the subjects for this study wish traditional foods to be handed down. The reasons for handing them don are Korean unique culture, which is the highest (78.4%), good nutrition(7.2%) and good taste(14.5%). No student points to low price as a reason, which shows that university students think traditional foods more expensive than western foods. There is a positive correlation(p＜0.05) between the evaluations and uses of traditional foods, so those with high evaluations of them use them more. The recognition of traditional foods is positively correlated to the attitudes toward the seasonal manners and customs, monthly family income(p＜0.01) and mothers' educational levels(p＜0.05). Based on life styles, the individuality-centered type shows the highest recognition of traditional foods(2.39), while the leisure-valuing type shows the lowest(2.03). There is a significant difference between the two.

This study examines the determinants of the long-run stock price performance of the firms that granted stock options between 1997 and 2002. We divide the sample into the firms run by the owner and those run by the professional manager. If the primary reason for granting stock options is reduction of the agency costs between the manager and shareholders, the effect of stock options is likely to be more pronounced in the firms run by the professional manager. We find that the long-run abnormal returns of the firms run by the professional manager are negatively associated with the shareholdings by the manager and the book-to-market value and are positively associated with the earnings growth and the size of the outstanding stock options. In contrast, the long-run abnormal returns of the firms run by the owner are negatively associated with the cash flows rate and the sales growth rate and are positively associated with the firm size. This is consistent with the argument that the agency costs arising from the conflicts between the manager and shareholders are an important determinant of the post-stock option granting long-run stock price performance only in the firms run by the professional manager. The results also suggest that stock options in the firms run by the owner are likely to be used for the purposes such as additional compensation, a signaling device, a means that reduce the agency costs within firms.

The purpose of the study of the book is aimed for basic document security to show necessity for the outside restaurant accommodation to the university meal service and I grasp the university meal service use action of the university student and a desire with this purpose and show it and am going to fine an article and the basics document which are necessary for the market for rationalization of the management of the university meal service. As for the reason why students like fast food to be able to choose outside dining room introduction at the part of an innovative image strategy of the university meal service. Food is serve of early and low price. The big problems of the university meal service is bad taste, high price, low service. Price satisfaction is low in the quality of the university meal service in comparison with the outside dining room. The university students who liked Korea food and Hamburger at time of the outside dining room introduction evaluated the quality of the university meal service. Therefore the outside dining room accommodation is necessary for the university meal service development also the image improvement of the university meal service and improvement of the quality and suitable price rage.

To improve the international competitiveness of research and academic libraries in Korea, it is essential to review the total amount of domestic information resources in comparison with those of other advanced countries, and then to make their best use. In this study, an attempt is made to estimate the annual budget for collecting foreign knowledge information resources spent by academic and research libraries in Korea. This budget estimate could be used for a basis for setting up the appropriate collection size and the efficient channel for distributing and sharing information resources among academic and research libraries on the governmental level. The total budget for collecting foreign knowledge information resources, including foreign monographs and scholarly journals in print, and the budget for foreign electronic journals, and web databases were estimated for academic libraries and research libraries, respectively, while the budget for international document delivery services was estimated without distinction between the types of libraries.

In this study, feasibility analysis was performed by estimating the costs and effects of daisy reading auxiliary machine development project. The development cost of a Daisy player device, hardware/prototype and software, with only essential functions and with low price was estimated to be \307,101,664, and the production cost for a player was calculated to be \112,000. The development of Daisy viewer software and input/output assistive devices, application, was estimated to be \284,294,08, and an input/output device was set a price of \6,600. Based on these results, we looked at the economic ripple effects on the people with disabilities by promoting daisy - reading assistive device development project. The results of this study could be used to determine whether the project is to proceed. It is expected that it provides valuable information to actively cope with the changing business environment in the future.

Volatility Index is the index that represents future volatility of underlying asset implied in option price and expected value of market that measures the possibility of stock price's change expected by investors. The Korea Exchange announces a volatility Index, VKOSPI, since April, 13, 2009. This paper used daily data from January, 2002 through December, 2008 and tested power of Volatility index for future returns of portfolios sorted by size, book-to-market equity and beta. As a result, VKOSPI has the predictive power to future returns and then VKOSPI may be determinants of returns. Also if beta is included when sorting portfolio, the predictive power of VKOSPI is stronger for future portfolio returns.

By decreasing in CPU price and development of computer assembling technology, personal computer fake a good chance to accelerate its supply. Recently, as being introduced new computing technology so called multi media, teaming assist system which is based on single media such as studying book, cassette tape, video tape, or something else is rapidly being replaced by new assist education system based on multi media in which it is operated by the personal computer. In the computer assist education system, there is an evaluation module which appraise learner's study level into the next study strategy. At the view of this point, this part is very important. In this part, there are some factors like Importance, complexity, or difficulty which commonly include fuzzy factors in our surrounding. But until now, we are still out of the level to handle the evaluation module adequately among the some studies. In this study, we would like to suggest a new module that evaluate learning achievement of ICAI which have a variety of fuzzy environment. We combine Independent fuzzy environment like importance, complexity, difficulty into making total evaluation of learner's achievement. By the result, with expressing by linguistic form, this study can provide the theoretical basis in which we will be able to carry out sentence toward evaluation among elementary school.
