IEC 60300 series, the international standards on reliability management system are newly developed and introduced rapidly worldwide. In order to meet this fast-changing situation, it is necessary to apply them to the Korean industries effectively. It includes the establishment of the infrastructure such as documentation of Korean Standards, introduction of test equipments and test manuals, accreditation of the certification body and training of the specialists etc. IEC 60300 is upgraded management system of the ISO 9000 and ISO 14000. In this regard, the Korean companies which was certified with the ISO 9000 or 14000 should endeavor to find new strategies and methods to be certified with ISO 60300. This paper introduces a quantitative method of estimating the level of the reliability management system by applying the MIR(Maturity Index on Reliability) technique. This enables the estimation of the operation level of the system and can upgrade the maturity level of it.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the ADL and IADL of elderly in home. Method: This was a descriptive study. Data were collected from convenient samples of 76 elderly in home using ADL and IADL scales among MDS-HC V2.0 instrument from October to November. The data were analyzed using SPSS/Win 12.0 with frequency, t-test, and ANOVA at a significant level of=.05. Result: The elderly in home had performance with difficulty at bathing, locomotion outside of home, and transfer. On the other hand, the elderly in home had performance with easy at mobility in bed, dressing lower body and eating. Relation to the IADL the elderly in home had performance with difficulty at transportation, shopping, and managing finance. Conclusion; Based on the results, it is necessary to develop of a nursing intervention program and rehabilitation plan for the bathing and locomotion of the elderly in home.

Tilting trains could offer a low cost solution as they can be operated on existing track and attain higher speeds (as compared to conventional trains) thanks to a mechanism that tilts the vehicle body of the train when negotiating curves, thus giving it additional superelevation Also, the weight saving of the carbody structures of the tilting train is a significant problem to operate the tilting mechanism without failure and to minimize wear and tear on wheels and rails. Therefore, the TTX will be developed using hybrid design concept to match the challenging demands with respect to cost efficient lightweight design for carbody structures. Hybrid design helps to save production costs and to reduce the weight of carbodies.

In this study, various railroad geotechnical informations were standardized. The standardization was progressed by classifying the informations as basic properties, railroad vibrations and design plans. Basic informations included soil properties(27), dynamic property(1), geophysical prospecting(1), and elastic wave prospecting(4). Specification for 'human exposure to whole-body vibration' was used to construct the information of railroad vibration. And in the case of the information of design plan, the way to save by graphic files was chosen. Thus standardized informations examined their application by setting up database. Entity-Relation(E-R) model was used in the design of database and by this, the database system was constructed. This database system will be able to serve the performance enhancement of railroad system.

Concrete secondary product that use cement is increasing application from reason of shortening etc.. of construction period in construction site. Manufacture method of construction of this concrete secondary product there is hot-check method, direct spray method, press method, extrusion molding method etc.. Also, I am using reinforcement boating certainly in this process. In most case, We have used asbestos by reinforcement fiber until early 90s but use from human body hurtfulness controversy is felt constraint. Therefore, application of principal parts fiber is increasing. But, to replace asbestos, because must satisfy all lubricating ability, productivity etc.. class, it is the very difficult matter to replace asbestos. In this study, I wished to do Test about asbestos principal parts possibility at extrusion process to charge shape or form making test piece because mixs polypropylene fiber etc. by plan that replace asbestos in cement extrusion molding product and measures bending strength and elasticity.

Virtual manufacturing is a technology facilitating effective development and agile manufacturing of products via sophisticated computer models representing physical and logical schema and behavior of real manufacturing systems including manufacturing resources, environments, and products. Based on these models, virtual manufacturing supports decision making and error checking in the entire manufacturing processes from design to mass production. At first, we analyzed manufacturing preparation activities of the four major production shops such as press, body assembly, painting and final assembly, of a Korean automotive company. We then developed the workflow models out of the analysis by the IDEF methodology, and generated a strategic plan for the systematic application of the virtual manufacturing technologies. We identified many manufacturing preparation activities that can be improved by the application of virtual manufacturing technologies. Finally, we estimated the effect of improvement including time savings in car development processes and corresponding cost savings.

This article provids background information necessary to design orthopaedic physical therapy programs based on a patient's level of orthopaedic involvement during the acute, subacute, or chronic stage of soft-tissue healing. This approach was used whether the problem involved injury from trauma, insult from overuse, disease, surgical intervention. Soft-tissue lesions and clinical conditions were defined ; the stages of inflammation and repair were described with emphasis on how to manage soft tissues and joints with therapeutic exercise during each stage. A problem list with goals and plan of care was outlined to summarize each clinical situation. A list of clinical problems will be used as the foundation for designing exercise problems for each region of the body.

A questionnaire survey from 200 visitors and 100 residents was carried out to establish the management plan of the artificial structures constructed in valley within Bughansan National Park. According to the result of the survey respondents realized that the valley ecosystem could be damaged by artificial structures, but not pollutants of stream water. About 60 % of the respondents felt uncomfortable by artificial cement constructures and about 22 % was concerned about negative effect of valley ecosystem by the constructures. The results categorized by management body, management system and management cost indicate that the artificial constructures should be managed in terms of the safety and conservation of valley ecosystem.

Patients with chronic lateral ankle instability often experience a range of associated injuries. The well-known comorbidities include intra-articular pathologies (osteochondral lesion, soft tissue or bony impingement, and loose body), peroneal tendon pathologies, neural injuries, and other extra-articular pathologies. Surgeons should have a high index of suspicion for these associated pathologies before operative intervention, correlate the clinical findings, and plan the treatment. Despite the restoration of ankle stability following ligament repair or reconstruction surgery, a high prevalence (13%~35%) of postoperative residual pain has been reported. This pain can negatively affect the clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. This study examined the causes of persistent pain after surgical treatments for chronic ankle instability.

연구관리 전문기관은 정부부처와 연구수행기관간의 중간자적 역할을 담당하는 기관으로 연구수행기관으로부터 수집되는 연구기록물은 연구과제의 증거적 능력뿐 아니라 연구과제의 지식 정보 공유 차원에서도 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 연구관리 전문기관에서 수집하는 핵심 연구기록물의 현황을 알아보고 문제점을 분석하여 효율적인 핵심 연구기록물의 관리 개선 방안을 제시하였다.
