  • In this article, we have done some analysis about the collision-avoidance specialty of “pressing complexion” and “pressing danger”in the meet process of two boats, and offered a mathematic model of differential coefficient countermeasure decision for collision-avoidance, which adapt to the right complexion. The basal idea is, in the right condition whatever do the coming boat do, and our boat will always adept dynamic, continuous and the best countermeasure. When both the controlling capabilities of two boats have advantage and inferior position, we can working-out with the qualitative differential coefficient countermeasure.

  • NMEA2000 international standards was developed for real-time communication among sensors and devices in ships. This paper describes analysis of NMEA2000 network protocols and implementation of a gateway for wireless data services in NMEA2000 networks. For scalability of the network, developed gateway didn't participate in NMEA2000 network but simply relayed data between wireless devices and the network.

  • For telecommunication system construction to minimize the casualty of fisher, we investigated the usability of TRS communication system and performance of GPS automatic position transmitter (APT) which can be utilized for the survival, search and rescue of the victims. The trial experiments were conducted at sea with TRS and CDMA in the East, West and South Sea of Korea from October to December. As a result, the usability of the TRS as an emergency communication system device was verified since it provided stable position and voice information to the boundary of 50km far from the coast. Therefore the system is expected to contribute to minimization of victims.

  • In this paper, a method to apply the simulated annealing method to three dimensional layout design problem which has multiple constraint conditions and evaluation criteria, was suggested. A program to support three dimensional layout design was developed according to the suggested method. This program was applied to the layout design of the wireless unmaned ocean space submergible boat. The layout result was improved 19.0% for the result of layout design expert. By this, it was verified that the suggested method has validity in supporting three dimensional layout design problem.
