In order to identify the factors and problems in which military sexual violence is a continuous and repeated blind spot, this study conducted a content analysis focusing on articles of military sexual violence incidents covered in Internet news from January 2010 to June 15, 2021. carried out. As a result of the study, structurally unequal power relations, authoritarian and closed military organizational culture, internal military response system that is distrustful of passive responses to sexual violence, and enveloping family-friendly investigations and tolerant punishment of perpetrators are blind spots despite the Ministry of National Defense's efforts to improve. factors that exist. Underlying this, the compensatory spirit caused by the conscription system and the negative effects of the patriarchal system are embodied in the national sentiment, suggesting that the sense of crisis of division and an overly permissive attitude toward the military act as a factor that slows change. As an improvement plan according to the results, it is necessary to entail the establishment of a civilian-centered judicial institution, strong punishment of perpetrators, and limited pension payment, as well as honorable punishment such as 'class demotion' in the military culture with a clear hierarchical relationship. Taken together, we can see that most military sexual violence is caused by a hierarchy, and it strongly suggests that the main cause of sexual violence is unequal power relations.

The global automotive radar is regulated to use the 22GHz~26GHz band. However, it plans to move to the 77~81GHz band of a broadband radar in the millimeter wave for the high resolution of pedestrian sensing and blind spot. On the other hand, the 71~275GHz band is regulated to use a radio astronomy service. The interference is predicted between an automotive radar and a radio astronomy service. Therefore, this paper analyzed the interference impact of the automotive radar on the radio astronomy service and then obtained separation distance for the protection of the radio astronomy service.

Purpose: This study aims to investigate consumers' demand of and perspective on drug information domestically available and uncover hurdles that they faced while utilizing information. Methods: We conducted a survey of 101 consumers, face-to-face after obtaining informed consent. Chi-squared, or Fisher's exact tests, and multivariate logistic models were used to investigate the association between participants' perceptions and characteristics. Results: As results, participants showed the highest demand for "Adverse effects >90%"; "Drug interactions/Dosage/Drug-food interactions/Indication >80%", and utilized package inserts (52%), doctors (41%) and pharmacists (36%) most often as information sources. Generally, the most common difficulty consumers suffered with was that "it is hard to understand (51%)". With public sources of drug information, sixty one percent of participants were "unaware of the provision of information", resulting in strikingly low usage rates (5~11%). Subgroup analyses indicated that the older (${\geq}50$ years) and the disadvantaged might have been placed in the blind spot of information mostly developed online (p<0.05).Conclusion: In conclusion, public sources of drug information that have been developed online might fail to meet consumers' demand. Greater efforts should be made to balance the development of the information sources between online and offline, and to increase accessibility of the established information sources.

Necessity of security reinforcement has been increased these days. As a result, surveillance systems using CCTV and the patrol system by person have been applied to security zone. However, CCTV has a blind spot and CCTV itself cannot handle emergency situation. Patrol system by person is economically expensive. To overcome these disadvantages, this paper presents an image-based surveillance system using unmanned aircraft. As a default, unmanned aircraft traces lines installed on ground which represents path for patrolling. If the aircraft detects objects, then it keeps a constant distance between object without missing the object in the image. Simulation results show that the proposed system can be operated even with unmanned aircraft with low specification.

Social media is utilized in both personal and public domains in various ways, with a value on being the recorded evidence of modern day's culture and history. Recently, social media is being utilized very actively-domestically and abroad-as an organization's information service domain and as a public communication pipeline. Also, there are case studies released regarding the capturing and archiving of social media records. This research highlights the value that social media has, with an, objective of presenting the implementation of an archival method that captures the social media records in the blind spot of the Central Administrative Organization's Record Management.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing the happiness according to gender of the elderly living alone. Methods: This cross-sectional study used the raw data from the 2015 Community Health Survey. The subjects of this study were 14,705 elderly people aged 65 years or older, of which 2,198 were male elderly and 12,507 were female elderly. Results: The factors influencing the happiness of both male and female elderly were household income, depression, subjective stress level, subjective health level, quality of life, and lack of required medical service experience (p<.05). In addition, the male elderly were affected by the age, and the female elderly were affected by education, sleep time, walking and breakfast practice, and health screening (p<.05). Conclusions: It is necessary to develop and apply programs that can reduce the stress to increase the happiness of the elderly living alone, and efforts should be made not to cause a blind spot in terms of the health and welfare of the elderly living alone.

Most cyber breaches are caused by APT attacks using malware. Hackers use the email system as a medium to penetrate the target. It uses e-mail as a method to access internally, destroys databases using long-term collected vulnerabilities, and illegally acquires personal information through system operation and ransomware. As such, the e-mail system is the most friendly and convenient, but at the same time operates in a blind spot of security. As a result, personal information leakage accidents can cause great damage to the company and society as a whole. This study intends to suggest an effective methodology to securely manage the APT attack by strengthening the security configuration of the e-mail system operating in the enterprise.

Based on the survey of the parks in Tai'an by questionnaire survey, on-the-spot investigation and in-depth interview, the paper analyzes the tendencies of visitors in modern landscape lighting design forms and methods from two terms: primary attributes and the preferences of artistic lighting design. To increase the safety of the parks is a pressing need for visitors. Visitors have a pressing need for increasing the safety of the parks' lighting and artistic quality. Most visitors think the parks' lighting has blind spots and the brightness is not enough. Visitors' night activities in the park will be insecure. As to artistry aspects, people prefer strong artistic style of lamps and lanterns to the common, such as ethnic style and animal image; Tourists prefer to use white light and yellow light to illuminate trees, because these colors make people feel more warm and amiable. This research provides basic data for lighting design of parks.

this study was to investigate the perception gap on nursing service between consumers and providers. Method: the questionnaire founded on the SERVQUAL was developed and distributed to 300 patients and 210 nurses at the three subjected general hospitals in three provincial city, Korea during February to March, 2001. For data analysis, Cronbachs' Alpha, frequency, t-test, and paired t-test were used. Result: 1. In the gap analysis on the 20 properties constituting nursing service, providers almost all perceived higher than consumer in quality. Among them, the number of properties being statistically significant was 7 in the expectation, 18 in the important and 7 in the performance. 2. In the comparison analysis of the perception gap on the expectation-performance and the important-performance, it turned out that the subjected hospitals had to improve their equipment and facilities immediately. It was suggested a good strategy to strengthen the responsiveness factor and the assurance factor of nursing service. Conclusion: it could be concluded that nurses have to recognize the blind spot of their perception and endeavor to take away the perception gap between consumers and providers.

The monitoring system using a surveillance camera, has the advantage that can be observed in real time the blind spot of the crime, case to be mounted is increasing. However, surveillance camera, is used for the purpose of verification of the crime later than risk detection of crime before advance. Therefore, in this paper, in order to supplement the weak information collection monitoring system using the monitoring camera, by using the position information of the smartphone, infers the person monitoring region, the movement path of the image information other event occurs it is a fusion iT monitoring system that provides information of the user who judged. Result of the experiment, the proposed system confirmed the improved efficiency and usability than conventional systems.
