The purpose of the study is to give new aesthetic values of black dress one of the important items in contemporary women＇s fashion. Through the work, to give the new aesthetic characteristics that women really needed can be found. This study was processed by fashion books and articles, literal material with fashion photos which were related fashion trend from 1920 to the present. The results are as follows: In early 20th century, the black dress, which had simple form pursuing function like little black dress. In the middle of the 20th century, elegance and minimalism was represented by black dress, expressed erotic images together with see-through fabrics. In the end of the 20th century, body conscious style of black dress expressed sensual images of women. Modem black dress has design characteristics of the form: simple, close, exposure type and of the materials: matte, transparent and dazzling etc. Simple type emphasizes feminine elegance, while close type and exposure type disclose woman body curve to express erotic images. Matte materials made black dress express feminine elegance while transparent materials and dazzling materials made black dress express erotic and sensual beauty. The aesthetic characteristics of black dress were as followings: Sensualism expresses sexual attractiveness of women-close type and exposure type black dress and see-through materials and dazzling materials made black dress. Simplicity of extreme decoration effects are expressed through black dress having temperate and simple form. Femineity expresses traditional femineity to emphasize chaste, modest and elegant women images-the black dress, which is made of simple form, velvet and satin materials. Modernism combines black colour, which is called modem colour, with simplicity and function factors and pursues simple form. Ascetic practice controls mental and physical desire of the individuals, simple form without decoration covering up woman body and box type silhouette of black dress. Therefore, the study on image of the black dress, which have made appearance at modern fashion, is thought to help develop fashion trends and design, through which modern women express themselves and their beauty.

In this study, to enhance the applicability of the black current as a natural pigment and functional material, a jelly was produced by adding 0 %, 3 %, 6 %, 9 %, and 12 % of the black current powder. The pH and moisture content of the black currant jelly decreased with the addition of the black currant powder, while the sweetness($^{\circ}brix%$) of the jelly increased with the addition of the black currant powder. The chromaticity of the jelly was reduced as the black current powder was added, as the L value and b value increased. Texture measurement score in terms of hardness, chewiness and brittleness of groups with 3% and 6% black currant powder were significantly higher when compared to the control group. The contents of total polyphenol, DPPH radical scavenging activity, and NSA radical scavenging activity of groups by the addition of black currant powder were higher than those of control group. The anthocyanin contents increased proportionally with increasing levels of black currant powder. The sensory evaluation scores in terms of after swallowing, appearance, odor, taste, texture, and overall preference of groups with 6% and 9% black currant powder. Also, the anti oxidative activity and anthocyanine pigment in black current powder are highly visible even after the heating process, so it may be helpful to enhance the functionality of jelly by using natural colors that are highly antioxidants in jelly manufacture.

This study examines black images as 'the other' in history and aims to analyze images of black female fashion models which have been changed in modern society, particularly in $21^{st}$ century post-modern world. Black images, established historically as illustrated on the paintings in $19^{th}$ century, were disseminated in $20^{th}$ century throughout the world especially by way of TV and movies as several typical images such as 'Coon' the clown as the object of entertainment, 'Buck' wild and resistant black rascal, and 'Mammy' obedient and fat black woman servant. The result of image analysis of black female fashion models, can be summarized as following five images. The first is the image of 'powerful'. Black female models frequently represent healthy image which reflects black people's excellence in sports and also the traditional Image of black skin color as strength. The second is the image of 'sexy'. They are adored as having perfect ideal body shape. They show off their sex appeal with their body. The third image is 'multicultural'. Black models represent cultures besides the western. The fourth is the image of 'fantastic'. In contrast to the real, resonable things, black female models represent wild, fancy, ghost things. The fifth is the image of 'racial discrimination' By arranging them in contrast to whites, a metaphoric image of racial discrimination can be displayed. The result shows that tome of racial images still remain on the other way.

The quality characteristics of bread with black rice flour were investigated to find the most preferred ratio of black rice flour. Its moisture, ash content, crude protein, crude fat, amino acids, and texture were analyzed. A sensory evaluation was also performed. The moisture and crude fat of bread with black rice flour were decreased in proportion to the added amount of black rice flour, but the crude protein and ash content were increased. The volume of bread decreased as the added amount of black rice flour increased. The pH value of bread increased in proportion to the added amount of black rice flour. The value of brightness and yellowness of the dough were the highest in the control. The added amount of black rice flour was negatively correlated with the brightness and the yellowness of the dough, but was positively correlated with the redness. Total free amino acids were found, and the dough with 5% black rice flour contained the highest amount, followed by 3%, 2%, and 1%. When evaluating the storage days, the springiness and cohesiveness of bread with black rice flour they decreased with time, but the chewiness and brittleness increased. Regarding the taste, preference was given to the bread with 2% black rice flour, which had the lowest rejection rate and was not affected by time in any meaningful sense. The bread with 2% black rice flour won the highest scores in the overall preference measurement.

This study aimed to reveal the concept and background of emergence of black leather jacket that began appearing in full-scale among youth sub-culture from 1950's, and to research its styles and aesthetic features on the basis of that. The researcher has intended to a theoretical frame to recreate black leather jacket which has been developing in youth sub-culture style as a resource of new design in modern fashion trend through this study There are 5 styles of black leather jacket in youth sub-culture after 1950's. Firstly, biker style black leather jacket showed ruined war heroes substituting for military uniform. Secondly, rocker style black leather jacket brought the conversion in definition of masculinity. Thirdly, greaser style black leather jacket showed the beauty of uncleanness expressing resistance and violence with tattered dirty materials and excessive metal ornaments. Fourthly, headbanger style black leather jacket was prominent in various and compound decoration due to combination of rocker and hippie features. fifthly, punk style black leather jacket was influenced greatly by Sex Pistols. There are broadly three ecstatic features oi black leather jacket among youth sub-culture. With regard to displaying terrorism, black leather jacket displayed threatening aspects with black color, formative beauty of inverted triangle, additional decoration, and animal & brutal feelings. Paradoxical trophyism showed Nihilism, disorder, and resistance through black color that symbolize bad luck and unstability, trophyism with bad flavor, tattered material effect, and destructive message painting. Masculine eroticism appeared in accordance with pursuing after pleasure and masculine sexuality through exposure of buttocks and focused penis due to jacket's short length, and fetish of black.

Since the ancient times, black has been the most valuable color. Also, it has played a more important role in a history of fashion than other colors. In general, black was regarded as a color of negative images. However, as people have recognized the aesthetic value of black color, they have expressed unique and various images of black through the medium of clothes. This studies on images of black dress for woman was based on reference to literatures and valid investigations. The images toward black clothing are categorized by study participants' perceptions according to age, marital status and education. The result was as followed. Dignity and modernity were the most frequently cited image of black dress among women followed by feminine, sorrow, sensuality, and abstinence. Age significantly affected the recognition of black dress images. Woman showed significant difference in recognizing dignity, modernity, sensuality, and sorrow in black dress according to their age. Woman more strongly recognize dignity and modernity in black dress when they are younger, while increasingly recognizing abstinence and sensuality in black dress as they become older. Marital status significantly affected woman's recognition of black dress. They showed meaningful difference in recognizing dignity, modernity, and abstinence in black color. In sum, single women recognized more easily dignity and modernity in black dress and less easily abstinence than married women. Women also showed the trend with relation to education level. In general, as women got higher education, they also increasingly recognized dignity and modernity in black dress.

이 글의 목적은 미국의 흑인 청년감독 라이언 쿠글러의 작품과 영화세계를 분석하는데 있다. 쿠글러 감독은 독립영화에서 출발하여 현재 할리우드에서 활동 중인 흑인 청년감독으로, 자신의 문화정체성을 바탕으로 흑인의 가치관과 내면의식을 영화로 재현하며 미국 '흑인영화'의 계보를 잇고 있는 청년감독이다. 이 글에서는 대표작 <오스카 그랜트의 어떤 하루>(2013), <크리드>(2015), <블랙 팬서>(2018)를 중심으로 그의 작품세계와 영화철학을 분석하고, 당대 미국 사회현실과의 사회맥락적 의미를 규명한다. 이 연구를 통해 쿠글러 감독은 흑인의 정체성과 흑인성(blackness)을 자기반영하는 '흑인영화'의 전통을 충실히 계승하고 있으며, 동시에 할리우드에서 내면화해 온 백인 남성가부장제 이데올로기를 전복하는 21세기 '새로운 할리우드 흑인영화 파워(New Hollywood Black Film Power)'를 상징하는 청년감독임을 확인할 수 있다.

흑임자를 찌는 방법으로 처리 조건을 달리하고 각각의 쌀가루(찹쌀가루, 찹쌀현미가루, 찰흑미가루)에 찐 흑임자의 첨가 비율을 달리하여 흑임자죽을 제조한 후 측정한 실험 결과는 다음과 같다. sesamin 함량은 591.919 mg/100g seed, sesamolin의 함량은 550.081 mg/100g seed, lignan 총 함량은 1142.000 mg/100g seed이었다. SOD 유사활성은 15분 쪄서 처리한 흑임자 시료는 천연항산화제인 tocopherol보다는 활성이 다소 낮았지만 천연항산화제인 sesamol보다는 활성이 높게 나타났으며 생 흑임자 시료의 활성보다 다소 높았다. 지방산 분석 결과 15분 쪄서 처리한 흑임자 시료는 생 흑임자에 비하여 myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, arachidonic acid의 함량이 높았다. 고형분의 함량은 찹쌀 흑임자죽은 찐흑임자 70%, 찰흑미 흑임자죽은 50%이상 찐 흑임자를 첨가했을 때 높았다. 찹쌀 현미 흑임자죽 고형분 함량에는 유의적인 차이가 없었다. L값은 찹쌀 흑임자죽, 찹쌀현미 흑임자죽, 찰흑미 흑임자죽 모두 찐 흑임자의 첨가량이 증가할수록 유의적으로 감소하였다. a값의 경우 찹쌀 흑임자죽, 찹쌀현미 흑임자죽은 대조군에서 가장 낮았고, 찰흑미 흑임자죽은 70%에서 가장 낮았다. b값은 찹쌀 흑임자죽과 찰흑미 흑임자죽은 대조군에서 낮았고, 찹쌀현미 흑임자죽은 40%이상 찐 흑임자를 첨가하였을 때 낮았다. Texture는 찹쌀 흑임자죽, 찹쌀현미 흑임자죽, 찰흑미 흑임자죽 모두 hardness, cohesiveness, springiness, gumminess, adhesiveness가 찐 흑임자를 60% 이상 첨가하였을 때 전반적으로 높은 경향을 보였다. 흑임자죽의 관능검사 결과 전반적인 기호도는 찹쌀 흑임자죽은 60%, 찹쌀현미 흑임자죽은 $60{\sim}70%$, 찰흑미 흑임자죽은 찐 흑임자를 60% 첨가한 시료에서 기호도가 좋게 평가되었다. 이상의 연구 결과 찐 흑임자를 죽에 이용하기 위한 최적 조건은 찐 흑임자의 첨가 비율을 찹쌀 흑임자죽에서는 60%, 찹쌀현미 흑임자죽에서는 $60{\sim}70%$, 찰흑미 흑임자죽에서는 60% 첨가하는 것이 전반적으로 가장 적절할 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this experiments were investigated on the physical properties of rubber com-pounds containing two types carbon black. Bound rubber and interaction coefficient for com-pounds with pure carbon black were higher than those for the compounds with dual phase carbon black. Slightly higher values in 300% modulus and tensile strength indicated that the ratio of rubber-filler bound to rubber-rubber bound of pure carbon black were higher than those of com-pounds with dual phase carbon black. It was founded that dynamic properties, that is rebound, heat build-up, 0 & $60^{\circ}C$ tan $\delta$, and cut and chip loss of compounds with dual phase carbon black were better than those of compounds with pure carbon black, but abrasion property of dual phase carbon black was lower than those of pure carbon black because of low reinforcing ability.

This study investigated the physiological and antioxidant activities of green, oolong, and black tea extracts. The crude catechin extract yields of green, oolong, and black tea were 4.9%, 3.4%, and 2.5%, respectively. Total phenol contents of green, oolong, and black tea were 40.9%, 43.0%, and 38.5%, respectively. The order of the electron donating abilities of green, oolong and black tea were green tea>oolong tea>black tea extracts. The SOD-like activities of green, oolong and black tea extracts at 5,000 ppm were 21.2%, 17.5% and 13.9%, respectively. The nitrite-scavenging abilities of green, oolong and black tea extracts were higher than that of ascorbic acid (p<0.05). Antioxidant activities in soybean oil substrates at 500 ppm were in the order of green tea>oolong tea>black tea${\geq}$BHT (200 ppm). Therefore these results showed that the physiological and antioxidant activities of green tea were better than those of oolong and black tea.
