On September 24, 2021, the new provisions(Article 38-2 of the Medical Service Act) mandatory CCTV installation in operating rooms where the unconscious patient is operating such as general anesthesia. The revised medical law aims to effectively prevent illegal activities that may occur in the operating rooms and to promote appropriate resolution to medical dispute. According to the law, medical institutions operating unconscious patients, such as general anesthesia, must install CCTVs in the operating rooms by September 25, 2023, and film surgical scenes only at the request of patients and their guardians, regardless of the consent of the medical personnel. The bill delegated the legislative device to minimize infringement of fundamental rights to subordinate statutes without stipulating it in the law.(Article 38-2(10)) The most realistic policy plan to minimize the infringement of the fundamental rights of patients is to prepare specific regulations. Therefore, this study examines the legislative background and main contents of the amended CCTV installation bill, and suggests issues to be reviewed when preparing subordinate statutes by analyzing major issues. It was reviewed based on compliance with the principle of minimizing infringement of fundamental rights of information subjects in the operating rooms. The information subjects of CCTV are health professionals and patients. Suggesting issues should be considered when preparing subordinate statutes so that the purpose of the CCTV installation law can be achieved while minimizing infringement of right of self-determination of personal information, personality rights, and human rights. It is hoped that this paper will be referred when discussing subordinate statutes and regulations to contribute minimizing infringement of fundamental rights.

Electronic bill of lading, Letter of Guarantee, Surrender B/L, Seaway Bill, etc. have been proposed as alternative tools to overcome the crisis of bill of lading, but the most useful of these is by far the Surrender B/L. However, since the Surrender B/L has various problems due to the absence of a legal basis, studies so far have been conducted focusing on these legal limitations or problems in use of the Surrender B/L. This study tried to empirically identify the factors that affect the spread of Surrender B/L by expanding this point of research view. A hierarchical regression analysis was conducted by acquiring 190 valid samples centered on member companies of the Korea International Freight Forwarders Association. In addition, the R program was used to diagnose the research data and analyze the degree of spread by region. As a result of the empirical analysis, it was found that the utilization of Surrender B/L increased due to the convenience and cost reduction effect of Surrender B/L and the apprenticeship training of forwarding companies. In addition, as a result of regional analysis, the spread of Surrender B/L was notable not only in neighboring regions but also even in areas far from Korea.

수주생산환경에서는 고객과의 주문 상담과정에서 여러 가지 정보(가격, 인도기간, 기호, 제품사양 등등)를 파악해야 된다. 본 연구에서는 고객의 요구에 부합하며, 최적의 제품구조를 가지는 우연한 BOM 시스템을 구성하고자 한다. 이러한 유연한 BOM 시스템을 위하여, 제공되는 정보를 분석할 수 있는 수리적 모형을 제시하고, 이를 객체지향적 패러다임을 이용하여 BOM 시스템 요소들을 UML로 구현한다. 또한, 이러한 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 주문형 컴퓨터를 위한 BOM 시스템을 실제로 구현한다.

본 연구는 생활습관 개선을 통하여 질병의 사전 예방과 조기진단을 목적으로 발의한 건강관리서비스 법안에 관한 방사선사와 치위생사의 의식을 분석하여 향후 건강관리서비스의 올바른 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 특히 정규 대학(교)에서 보건(의료)에 관한 교육을 이수하고 임상에서 지속적으로 이수하고 있는 일정 경력 이상의 보건직(방사선사, 치위생사 등) 인력의 포함은 필연적이라고 사료된다.

Flexible electronics devices such as plastic display, thin film battery, membrane switch, organic memory for smart card applications will be presented. The performance and power consumption of various display technologies will be compared for OTP requirement in smart cards. Wireless power transmission by RF coupling through an antenna provides a potential power solution to smart cards. Finally, the general trend of smart card future developments will be discussed.

We will report the latest developments in light emitting polymer (LEP) systems developed at CDT. Device performance for spin coated and ink jet printed systems will be described which are state-of-the-art. We will also report on novel driving schemes for both active and passive addressed LEP displays. These drive schemes extend system lifetime as well as lowering power consumption.

Recent technological innovations in include machinery for spatially -variable crop production , electronics for machine control and tractor-implement communications, low-emission and alternative fuel engines , flexible power transmission, and larger and more sophisticated equipment .
