제품 및 제조공정의 친환경 정보관리를 위한 Green-BOM 개발 (Development of Green-BOM to Manage Eco-friendly Information on Products and Manufacturing Processes)

  • The world has faced with various environmental problems such as climatic change, global pollution, and depletion of natural resources. Conventional economic development continues not only to intensify the magnitude of the problems but also to damage growth potential of future generations. Therefore, recent manufacturers are highly required to accommodate themselves to sustainable development that aims at preventing the loss to the future generations. Moreover, the manufacturers are under heavy pressure from various environmental regulations. This paper proposes green bill of material (Green-BOM) which conforms to the environmental regulations to restructure eco-friendly manufacturing system. Green-BOM is useful for managing green product and process information to satisfy several environmental regulations by recording energy consumption, recycle rate, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), substance information, and so on.

선박 배관 설계를 위한 Enterprise BOM의 설계와 구현 (An Implementation Enterprise BOM for Marine Vessel of Pipe Equipment)

  • Both enterprise information systems and CAD utilizes the BOM (Bill of Material) as the means of collaborative integration during the product design and production since the BOM has been commonly used for design, production planning, procurement, and production works. Therefore, BOM can be the referential data when it expresses not only the part lists but also product information required by product development process. Outfitting design is one of major design works in marine vessel design since marine vessels have various outfitting systems and huge number of parts. Also, the outfitting BOM has the evolutional forms that change from the initial design to the production design. In order to express the product information and part list in the enterprise BOM and the evolutional BOMs in each lifecycle, enterprise BOM of outfitting that consists of structure BOM and display BOM is suggested. Thereafter, we have developed the prototype of enterprise BOM in which some features of the outfitting BOM are implemented.

The application package of integrated detail management is based on management of estimation, management of account. management of tax bill, management of on the spot, management of equipment and management of labor. 전동차 유지보수를 위한 BOM 체계 구축에 관한 (A Study on BOM System Constructing for Rolling Stock Maintenance)

  • The most important part of RIMS(Rolling Stock Information Maintenance System) project is to construct BOM(Bill of Material). BOM is a listing or description of raw materials, parts, and assemblies that define a product. To construct BOM for RIMS is not a easy task due to several reasons such as data base scale and flexibility, proper integration between physical BOM and functional BOM, interoperability with other systems, etc. In this study we show several principles that Seoul Metro takes to get over the difficulties mentioned above. Based on these principles we propose the methodology Seoul Metro employs to construct BOM efficiently. We also discuss the applicability of BOM in several fields.

  • Material Requirement Planning(MRP) has been the most widely implemented large scale production management system in the manufacturing industry. Computerization of MRP systems involves, in general, Bill Of Material(BOM) explosion algolithms which usually takes heavy computation time. In order to improve the effectiveness of the MRP systems, we propose to build a logical BOM database in advance, which reflects the Join operations for the BOM explosion. It reduces the response time for the BOM indented explosion. It reduces the MRP processing time. It also increased main memory utilization.

  • 소비자의 요구가 다양해지면서 많은 기업들이 관리해야 할 제품의 종류가 지난 몇 년간 급격히 늘어났다. 이에 한 제품에 대해 다양한 품목군을 유지해야 할 필요성이 제기되었으며, 전통적인 BOM(Bill of Material)으로 다양한 제품을 표현하기에는 막대한 양의 데이터가 발생하여 관리상의 어려움이 생기며, 데이터의 구성에도 중복성의 문제가 발생하게 되는 등의 한계가 드러남에 따라 다양한 제품군을 자체적으로 반영할 수 있는 Variant BOM의 개념 및 설계 방법론이 주목을 받고 있다. Variant BOM은 동일한 제품군에 대해 일부 구성품을 달리하여 구현한 다양한 제품을 반영하는 BOM의 한 종류로서 산업에서의 활용도가 높은 편이나, 여기에도 데이터의 중복성이나 Variant의 정도가 많아지면 관리에 어려움이 생기는 등의 몇 가지 단점을 내포하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Variant Bill of Material을 대상으로 기존 연구들의 문제점을 분석하고 이를 해결하기 위하여 BOM에 좌표개념을 도입한 새로운 접근법을 제시한다. 이를 통해 BOM의 Structure와 Part를 분리시켰고, Linking Table을 통해 Structure와 Part를 연결하여 기존의 Variant BOM에 있던 문제들을 해결하였다.

  • The purpose of this research is to discuss the excepted perils of carriers, to expose moot points arising from the applications of the excepted perils of the carriers, and then to suggests improvements them. The methodology of this research depended largely upon a combination of the related precedents, international treaties related to the excepted perils of carriers. The excepted perils of carriers in marine carriage begin with extremely limited perils based on the receptum liabilities and the absolute liability principle in English common law. Proceed via the intemperate expansion of the excepted perils by the widespread diffusion of the principle of free contract. but via the American Harter Act, The Hague Rules, The Hague Visby Rules, and The Hamburg Rules Came contracted. This study conducted an analysis of the excepted perils for the carriers and suggests improvements in them but it remains regrettable that we are not in a position to sustain them since we are lacking is precedents connected with The Hamburg rules.

영국(英國)의 선하증권법(船荷證券法) (The U.K. Bills of Lading Act 1855)

  • The U.K. Bills of Lading Act 1855 had sought to circumvent the problems arising from the doctrine of privity of contracts. Among the principal factors in the introduction of the Act was the exceptional decision of the court in the case of Grant Norway. The Act 1855 was intended to reverse Grant Norway, but has no effect whatever. As it was not properly drafted, there had been a lot of situations where the Act 1855 was not applicable. In those cases, the courts have implied a contract between cosignee and carrier. This is the effect of the common law Brandt v. Liverpool doctrine. With the enactment of the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act 1992, all of the problems shall be resolved. It repeals the Act 1855 and replaces it with provisions covering not only B/L but also sea waybills and ship's delivery orders. According to the new law, title to sue is now vested in the lawful holder of a bill of lading, the consignee identified in a sea waybill or the person entitled to delivery under a ship's delivery order, irrespective of whether or not they are owners of the goods covered by the document.
