금연프로그램에 대한 인지도, 이용의도 및 영향요인 (Factors Related to the Recognition and Behavioral Intention for Smoking Cessation Programs)

  • This study was conducted to evaluate factors related to the recogniton and behavioral intention for smoking cessation programs. Five effective smoking cessation programs were considered: acupuncture, nicotine patch, clinic program, mass education, and alliance programs. To explain the health behavior for smoking and smoking cessation programs, a five-stage behavioral intention model was built, and 500 questionnaires were completed through a telephone survey. Stages of the model included recogniton of the programs, past experiences, present smoking status, intention for smoking, and behavioral intention for smoking cessation programs. The results showed that the recogniton rate of the programs were low in general, therefore strategies of education, public relations, and advertisement need to be pursued. Nicotine dependency resulted in the fact that success rates were low although trial rates of smoking cessation were high among smokers. The necessity for smoking cessation programs was suggested. And the significant factors related to the intention for smoking cessation were individual attitude and reluctancy to pay time and money. Others' attitude was insignificant to subjects' smoking cessation. Purchase rates for nicotine patches were 11.3% for male and 27.3% for female, those for acupunture were 7.6% for male and 10.0% for female. There were very low purchase rates for clinic, mass education, and alliance programs. In conclusion, evidence-based and effective smoking cessation programs need to be promoted by medical doctors. Strategies in education, public relations, and advertisement also need development. In addition, continuing legal and systematic support for smoking cessation would lower the smoking rate and ultimately contribute to the nation's health.

UTAUT 모델을 통한 여가스포츠 참여자의 스포츠몰입과 웨어러블 디바이스 수용 간의 관계 (Analyzing the relationship between Sports Commitment and Behavioral Intention of Sports Wearable Devices through UTAUT Model)

  • 본 연구에서는 여가스포츠 참여자 중 웨어러블 디바이스 사용자와 잠재적 사용자를 대상으로 하여 스포츠몰입(Sports Commitment)과 웨어러블 디바이스 수용의도 간의 관계를 UTAUT 모델을 활용하여 분석하였다. 편의표본추출법을 사용하여 표집된 239부의 설문지가 최종적으로 사용되었으며, SPSS 21과 AMOS 20 프로그램을 통해 분석하였다. 도출된 결과는 첫째, UTAUT 주요 4개 변인은 웨어러블 디바이스 수용의도와 사용행동에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나 스포츠몰입 변인은 수용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 스포츠몰입과 웨어러블 디바이스 수용의도 간의 인과관계 사이에서 UTAUT 주요변인의 완전매개효과가 검증되었다.

Behavioral Intention to Accept and Use Banking Service

  • Banking service is provided by a bank that allows its customers to conduct banking transactions and so the purpose of this study was to identify the factors that influenced the behavioral intention to accept and use banking services in Vietnam. The research methodology was implemented through two steps: qualitative research and quantitative research. Qualitative research was conducted with a sample of 30 people. Quantitative research was carried out as soon as the question was edited from the test results with a sample of 217 customers living in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The research model was proposed from the studies of the behavioral intentions to accept and use banking service. The reliability and validity of the scale were evaluated by Cronbach's Alpha, Average Variance Extracted (Pvc), and Composite Reliability (Pc). The model selection of AIC showed that the behavioral intention to accept and use banking service was impacted by four components. The outcomes showed that the model of research intended to accept and use banking services in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam showing the effects of 4 scales is built as perceived ease of use, trust, social norm, and innovation about banking services.

Applying the Health Belief Model to college students' health behavior

  • The purpose of this research was to investigate how university students' nutrition beliefs influence their health behavioral intention. This study used an online survey engine (Qulatrics.com) to collect data from college students. Out of 253 questionnaires collected, 251 questionnaires (99.2%) were used for the statistical analysis. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) revealed that six dimensions, "Nutrition Confidence," "Susceptibility," "Severity," "Barrier," "Benefit," "Behavioral Intention to Eat Healthy Food," and "Behavioral Intention to do Physical Activity," had construct validity; Cronbach's alpha coefficient and composite reliabilities were tested for item reliability. The results validate that objective nutrition knowledge was a good predictor of college students' nutrition confidence. The results also clearly showed that two direct measures were significant predictors of behavioral intentions as hypothesized. Perceived benefit of eating healthy food and perceived barrier for eat healthy food to had significant effects on Behavioral Intentions and was a valid measurement to use to determine Behavioral Intentions. These findings can enhance the extant literature on the universal applicability of the model and serve as useful references for further investigations of the validity of the model within other health care or foodservice settings and for other health behavioral categories.

중소기업의 소셜미디어에 대한 인식이 활용의도 및 실제 활용에 미치는 영향 - 기업특성의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (Impacts of Small and Medium Enterprises' Recognition of Social Media on Their Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior)

  • Recently, as the number of smart-phone users has been rapidly increased, enterprise managers have a keen interest in business application of social media. Most previous studies have focused on perspective of the individual unit of analysis instead of enterprise level unit. The study is focused on the relationship between the enterprises' recognition and behavioral intention (and use) about social media application. The purpose of this study is to develop the model of small and medium enterprises' social media application, and to find the factors affecting their behavioral intention or use behavior. The moderating effects of four corporate characteristics on the relationship between the enterprises' recognition and behavioral intention are also examined. We surveyed 900 corporate staffs and received 203 responses. After questionnaires with unreliable responses had been excluded, 182 effective samples were used in the final analysis. The findings suggest that Performance Expectation, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions significantly affect Behavioral Intention of social medea, and Behavioral Intention affects USE. Furthermore, some corporate characteristics have moderating effect on the relationship between recognition of social media and Behavioral Intention.

한과류에 대한 소비자의 구매행동 연구 -소비자태도, 구매의도 및 구매행동 - (A Study of Consumer Behavior Associated with Han-Gwa - Consumer Attitude, Behavioral Intention and Expense -)

  • The purposes of this study were to explain consumer attitude, behavioral intention and behavior(expenses) in the purchase of Han-gwa and to explore the influencing factors on them. To achieve these purposes, the Heckman two-step model was utilized to utilize the recursive system of attitude, behavioral intention and behavior. The results of this study were as follows: 1) Seventy-six percent of consumers presented their favorable altitudes to purchase Han-gwa, while $47\%$ of consumers had behavioral intention for purchasing Han-gwa. In addition, purchasing expense of Han-gwa per year as a proxy variable of behavior was less than 100,000 won for most consumers. 2) First, consumer attitude was found to be significantly influenced by the type of family and food safety. Second, the behavioral intention for purchasing Han-gwa was found to be significantly influenced by consumer attitude, age, income, education and price. Finally, consumer behavior(expenses) of purchasing Han-gwa was found to be significantly influenced by the behavioral intention, income and purchasing place.

The Impact of Food Quality on Experiential Value, Price Fairness, Water Park Image, Satisfaction, and Behavioral Intention in Context of Water Park

  • The purpose of current study is to develop and estimate a proposed model that explains the potential relationships among food quality, experiential value, price fairness, image, satisfaction, and behavioral intention in context of water park. In addition, the study will verify how these factors link to each other. Results show that food quality is a significant antecedent of experience value, price fairness, water park image. Also, the experiential value and water park image influence on visitors' satisfaction. Last, the satisfaction is critical predictor of behavioral intention. These findings will contribute to understand the consumers' perception about water park, and how derives the customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. In sum, present study will serve insights for industry marketers and managers in water park segment.

위치기반서비스에서 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인: 프라이버시-신뢰-행동의도 모형을 중심으로 (Effect of Purchase Intention of Location-Based Services: Focused on Privacy-Trust-Behavioral Intention Model)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 위치기반서비스에서 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 프라이버시-신뢰-행동의도 모형을 이용하여 분석하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 위치기반서비스, 프라이버시-신뢰-행동의도 모형, 프라이버시 염려의 측정모형(CFIP)에 대한 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 연구모형과 가설을 설정하였다. 본 연구의 조사기간은 2014년 1월 21부터 3월 20일까지이며, 위치기반서비스 이용자들을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하였다. 설문지는 231개가 회수되었고, 이 중 불성실하게 응답한 21개를 제외한 210개의 설문지를 분석에 이용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 위치인지는 프라이버시 염려에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 프라이버시 염려는 신뢰에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 마지막으로, 신뢰는 구매의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 위치기반서비스에서 프라이버시 염려 및 구매의도에 관한 다양한 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

확장된 기술수용모델을 적용한 외식업체 배달앱 이용의도 연구 (The Study of Behavioral Intention of Delivery Application by applying the Extended Technology Acceptance Mode)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship between environmental factors, personal factors, ease of use, usefulness and behavioral intention of delivery application by applying the extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). An online survey was conducted based on a self-administered questionnaire to a selected sample who had an experience of using delivery application at least once. The survey was conducted in September, 2017. The data obtained was analyzed using SPSS 24.0 for windows and AMOS 24.0. The findings of the study showed that among environmental factors, social influence had a significant effect on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use and facilitating conditions had a significant effect on perceived ease of use only. Among personal factors, anxiety had a significant effect on perceived usefulness, while innovation had a significant effect on perceived ease of use. Both of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use had a significant effect on behavioral intention. This study suggests the importance of environmental and personal factors for increase of behavioral intention of delivery application.

기내 안전정보 인지가 안전행동 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Passenger's Safety Communication on Safety Behavioral Intention)

  • 본 연구는 기내안전정보에 관한 승객 인지에 대해 행동이론을 적용하였으며, 이를 통하여 안전행동 의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 또한, 대표적인 소비자 행동이론인 계획된 행동이론과 트라이앤디스 행동이론의 비교를 통해 기내안전정보 인지에 따른 안전행동 의도를 설명하기 위한 모형의 특징파악을 목적으로 하고 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 선행연구를 토대로 연구모형과 가설을 수립하였으며, 370명의 항공여행을 경험한 승객을 대상으로 설문을 통해 경로분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 계획된 행동이론은 태도와 지각된 통제가 안전행동 의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 트라이앤디스 이론은 사회적 영향과 습관이 안전행동 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 두 모형의 비교를 통해 기내안전정보 인식과 안전행동 의도의 관계에서 인식과 감정의 심리적 과정이 모두 동반된다는 점을 확인하였다.
