합금원소가 다량 첨가된 고합금강, 스테인리스강, Ni기 초내열합금 등은 용접시 혹은 후열처리 동안 열영향부 (HAZ: heat-affected-zone)에서 결정립계를 따라서 액화균열이 종종 발생한다. 이러한 액화균열은 급속한 가열시 HAZ의 결정립계가 국부적으로 용융되어 액상필름을 형성하고, 냉각시 수축으로 인한 인장구속응력에 의해 필름을 따라서 균열이 발생하여 생성된다. HAZ 결정립계 액화는 탄화물, 황화물, 인화물, 보론계 화합물 등이 급가열시 기지와의 반응에 의해 표피 액상을 형성하는 조성적 액화 (constitutional liquation)에 의한 액상의 결정립계 침투로 설명되거나, 결정립계 자체의 용융점을 상당량 낮추는 보론(B), 인(P), 황(S)등의 편석에 의한 국부적 입계 용융으로 주로 연관 지어 해석한다. HAZ 액화균열은 고온 입계균열 현상이므로, 결정립계의 특성에 따라 크게 영향을 받으며 결정립계 character 설계에 의해 액화균열 저항성을 개선시킬 수 있음을 유추할 수 있다. 한편, 본 연구자들은 최근 Ni기 초내열합금에 있어 입계 serration 현상을 새롭게 발견하였으며, 이론적 접근법을 통해 serration을 위한 특별한 열처리 방법을 개발하였다. 형성된 파형입계는 결정학적인 관점에서 조밀 {111} 입계면을 갖도록 분해 (dissociation)되어 낮은 계면에너지를 갖게 됨을 확인하였으며, 입계형상 변화뿐만 아니라 탄화물 특성변화까지 유도하여 크리프 수명을 기존대비 약 40% 정도 향상시킴을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 직선형 입계 대비 'special boundary'로 간주되는 파형입계가 도입될 경우, 보론 편석 및 HAZ 액화거동에 미치는 영향을 고찰하고자 하였다. SIMS (secondary ion mass spectrometry)를 이용하여 열처리 직후 결정립계 보론편석 정도를 비교하였다. 파형입계 시편의 경우, 일반직선형 시편에 비해 결정립계에 보론편석 저항성이 우수함을 확인할 수 있었다. 재현 HAZ 열사이클 시험을 통해 미세조직을 정량적으로 분석하였다. 파형입계 시편 및 일반직선형 시편 모두 최고온도 $1060^{\circ}C$이상부터 입계 탄화물이 기지내로 완전 용해되고 입계가 액화되기 시작하였다. 최고온도별로 입계액화비율을 정량적으로 비교한 결과, 파형입계가 직선입계 대비 훨씬 낮음을 확인할 수 있었으며, 때때로 액화된 필름이 입계를 따라 전파되지 않고 부분적으로 단락되어 있음이 관찰되었다. 액화시험 후 투과전자현미경을 이용한 EDS (energy dispersive spectrometry) 분석을 통해 결정립계 액화의 주요원인은 입계 $M_{23}C_6$의 조성적 액화반응 보다는 보론 편석 (원자 및 $M_{23}(CB)_6$)으로 인한 결정립계 국부용융이 더 유력함을 유추할 수 있었다. 따라서 상기 결과로부터 입계구조가 안정되어 계면에너지가 낮은 파형입계가 보론편석에 대한 저항성이 우수하였으며, 이러한 결과는 액화 저항성에 대응되어 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. 게다가 파형입계에 액상 필름이 생성되더라도 낮은 계면에너지에 의해 비롯된 상대적으로 낮은 적심성 (wettability)에 의해 필름이 쉽게 전파되지 않음을 'Smith 입계 wetting 이론'을 이용하여 해석할 수 있었다.

The letter of credit is quintessentially international. In the absence of international legal system, a private system based on banking practices has evolved, commanding the adherence of the international letter of credit community and providing the foundation of th reputation of this instrument. To maintain this international system, it is vital that international standard banking practice should not be subject to local interpretations that misconstrue or distort it. The UCP is a formulation of international standard banking practice. It is neither positive law nor a "contract term" in any traditional sense and its interpretation must be consonant with its character as a living repositary of international understanding in this field. As a result, the interpretation and application of specific articles of the UCP must be consistent with its evolving character and history and with the principles upon which sound letter of credit practice is predicated. This study, especially, focuses on article 13 and article 14 of the UCP500. Article 13(b) of UCP500 stipulates that banks will have a reasonable time, not to exceed seven days, to examine documents to determine whether they comply facially with the terms of the credit. The seven-day provision is not designed as a safe harbor, because the rule requires the issuer to act within a reasonable time. But, by virtue of the deletion of the preclusion rule in the document examination article in UCP500, however, seven days may evolve as something of a safe harbor, especially for banks that engage in strategic behavior. True, under UCP500 banks are supposed to examine documents within a reasonable time, but there are no consequences in UCP500 for a bank's violation of that duty. It is only in the next provision. Courts might read the preclusion more broadly than the literal reading mentioned here or might fashion a common-law preclusion rule that does not require a showing of detriment. Absent that kind of development, the change in the preclusion rule could have adverse effects on the beneficiary. The penalty, strict estoppel or strict preclusion, under UCP500 and 95UCC differs from the classic estoppel. The classic estoppel rule requires a beneficiary to show three elements. 1. conduct on the part of the issuer that leads the beneficiary to believe that nonconforming documents do conform; 2. reasonable reliance by the beneficiary; and 3. detriment from that reliance. But stict preclusion rule needs not detrimental reliance. This strict estoppel rule is quite strict, and some see it as a fitting pro-beneficiary rule to counterbalance the usually pro-issuer rule of strict compliance.

As internet and mobile technology brings rapid transformation to this society of information, how relations are conducted between customers have become a critical factor influencing companies. Companies are creating Internet communities based on their brands, encouraging customers to actively form and develop brand communities. Thus, this report proposes a plan to analyze the effectiveness of community activities based on the customers active involvement and how to effectively manage and utilize it. The purpose of this research is to understand the effects on-line brand communities and their characters have on customer behavior. Also, it will study the effects community attitudes have on brand decisions and oral transmission communication when on-line brand communities choose a brand. This report was conducted to survey on-line university students to understand how communities' attitude affects the decision of on-line university brand and oral transmissions when students choose to study at a on-line university. According to research, those factors brought positive responses to character of the brand communities(confidentiality of information, interactivity, convenience, intimacy) and by doing so, on the customer's attitude side, positive results on intention of purchase and oral transmissions can be expected. In addition, the character of the brand communities affects intention of purchase and oral transmission communication. Based on this research, it is possible to propose a marketing strategy that revitalizes brand communities' activities.

This study is prepared to understand the filial story's communicative meaning from the aspects of Character's behavior. The filial story have typically didactic theme and it is not have enough room for another interpretations. But if we carefully analyze the filial story from the point of view of (1)the target of the filial duty[father/ mother]. (2) the actor of the filial duty[son/ daughter]. (3) the evaluator of the filial duty[witness/ recorder], we can understand the filial story's connotation. In "三國遺事"(Memorabilia of the Three Kingdoms) and "三國史記"(Historical Records of the Three Kingdoms), the target of the filial duty plays an important part and communicates with the actor of the filial duty but there's no more communication in "高麗史"(History of Corea). As the character's communication is lessened, the meaning of edification is emphasized.

"The Man Standing Next" was a 'anger-character movie' that shows a fierce psychological game between the characters. Inspired by this point, it was analyzed the narrative structure of this film based on scene unit applying the 'Five-stage Anger Model' formulated by Lakoff and Kövecses and others. The results showed that the causality and feasibility of the protagonist's anger behavior were highly reflected above the model. In particular, among the five steps, the film-maker spent the longest time on 'anger control' justifying the hero's motivation for punishment or retaliation, while giving the shortest time to 'loss of control' to maximize the urgentness of the punitive actions. The detonator causing his anger at each stage was disposed two to six times each stage with neglect, contempt, arrogance, ostentation, mockery, unauthorized intervention, etc. Sneering of "Chief Security Officer" and insulting of "The President" make the protagonist feel the scorn of a terrible friend-murderer each functioned as a "rage trigger." In conclusion, the film follows the above sophisticated model in its narrative structure. Though it was a political drama that sets up a lot of anger scheme caused from public reasons, it reflects ordinary people's routine anger, which corresponds to 24 percent of the list of Nobaco's Provocation Inventory (PI). The producers elaborately reflected the anger procedure theory and balanced the public and private drivers of rage. It was considered to be derived from the intention to enhance communication with the audience increasing their understanding and aspiration for political movie that are usually heavy and unfamiliar.

The purpose of this study is to develop liberal arts subjects for humanity education in Christian universities. Christian universities need to attempt Christian humanity education through Christian educational interpretation of humanity. This study defines the humanity not character or personality but rather humanity. Humanity is starting from an understanding of human conditions. And it is a perspective toward oneself and others based on human ontological questions and life style. Human is a being with developmental crises and are marginal being with existential anxiety. Therefore, humanity education of Christian universities should be a place to face the void of finite humans in order to understand what kind of existence they are and to transform their epistemology to understand self and the world. Christian humanity education will be realized by two approaches. The first is a theoria approach that extends from a two-dimensional understanding of the self and experienced reality to the speculative and introspective pursuit of the ultimate truth, The second is a praxis approach that consist of the interaction of reflection to human's act and reflective behavior. Therefore, this study develops a subject focused on a speculative and reflective understanding of humanity as an case of a liberal arts subject for humanity education in a Christian university, and a subject focusing on the understanding of reflexively participating in the actual social situation, which is the context of humanity.

The aim of this paper is to suggest some ways of moral education for the building of children's social awareness and relationship skills as social and emotional competencies. Based on the social and emotional learning(SEL), this paper is tried to provide the effective ways to develop children's social awareness and relationship skill. According to SEL, social and emotional competence is the ability to understand, manage, and express the social and emotional aspects of one's life in ways that enable the successful management of life tasks such as learning, forming relationships, solving everyday problems, and adapting to the complex demands of growth and development. And it is also the process of acquiring and effectively applying the knowledge, attitudes, and skills necessary to recognize and manage emotions. Five key competencies such as self-awareness, social awareness, responsible decision making, self-management, relationship skills are taught, practiced, and reinforced through SEL programming. Moral education and social and emotional learning have emerged as two prominent formal approaches used schools to provide guidance for students' behavior. social awareness and relationship skills are necessary for succeeding in school, in the family, in the community, in life in general. Equipped with such skills, attitudes and beliefs, young children are more likely to make healty, caring, ethical, and responsible decisions and to avoid engaging in behaviors with negative consequences such as interpersonal violence and bullying.

Recently, public interest in virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) has increased. Therefore, computer graphics-related research has been actively conducted. This has included research on virtual space related to human posture implementation. However, such research has focused on general posture in humans. This paper presents a system with reference to the basic posture in sports climbing and the inverse kinematics method for generating the positions and behavior of virtual characteristics in a three-dimensional virtual space. The simulation based on the inverse kinematics method, produced with an inverse kinematics solver and initial pose animation from motion capture, provides realistic and natural movement. We designed a simulation system to generate correct posture and motions similar to those in sports climbing by applying the basic procedure of sports climbing. The simulation system provides help for producing content about sports climbing, such as learning programs for novice climbers and sports climbing games.

In this research, we carry this study into effect on the basis of utilizing character of composite beam and developing applicable section to some of high strength steel. We evaluated flexural capacity of composite beam that is a unit member through experiments. The existing nominal strength formula of Composite Beam which is a previous method was reviewed and the experiment had been progressive by using each composite members as main variables though the result. Capacity evaluation of U-shape Hybrid Forming Beam(HyFo Beam) which is a new shape show as follow from the result. First, it is resonable to resist demand moment by couple moments which are occurred in concrete compressive-strength and steel tensile-strength. Second, the capacity was stably increased in proportion to the depth of beams and the thickness of steel plates. The last, HyFo Beam was showed as ductile behavior.

Security issues such as an illegal acquisition of personal information and identity theft happen due to using game bots in online games. Game bots collect items and money unfairly, so in-game contents are rapidly depleted, and honest users feel deprived. It causes a downturn in the game market. In this paper, we defined the growth types by analyzing the growth processes of users with actual game data. We proposed the framework that classify hard-core users and game bots in the growth patterns. We applied the framework in the actual data. As a result, we classified five growth types and detected game bots from hard-core users with 93% precision. Earlier studies show that hard-core users are also detected as a bot. We clearly separated game bots and hard-core users before full growth.
