아동기의 자원 절약행동에 관한 연구 (The Resource-Saving Behavior of Children's stage)

  • This study examines the level of resource-saving behavior among children and attempts to identify the variables-among socio-demographic, socio-environmental, and consumer attitude variables-that are most influential on this behavior. The research was conducted in 2010, following a preliminary study, and the data was garnered from 500 questionnaires that were distributed to elementary students in Seoul. The data were analyzed using a number of statistical methods, including frequencies, percentiles, means, standard deviation, Cronbach's coefficient, ANOVA, and hierarchical multiple linear regression analysis, using SPSS 18.0. The major findings of this study were as follows. First, the average level of resource-saving behavior of children was found to be 3.6 out of 5, indicating relatively rational behavior. Second, the variables that were found to have the greatest influence on children's resource-saving behavior were lower allowance, higher levels of education on the role of consumption, and more active socialization in childhood. Therefore, these variables should be taken into account when teaching children how to establish resource-saving behavior in their daily living.

진성 리더십이 상사 신뢰, 자기 효능감 및 창의적 행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Authentic Leadership on Leader Trust, Self Efficacy and Creative Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study includes: Firstly, to examine the effects of authentic leadership on leader trust, self efficacy, and creative behavior. Secondly, to examine the mediating effect of the leader trust, self efficacy on the relationship between authentic leadership and creative behavior. In order to verify the relationships and mediating effect, data were collected from convenient sample of 323 employees at small and medium enterprises in Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongju city to test theoretical model and its hypotheses. All data collected from the survey were analyzed using with SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. This study reports findings as followed: first, the relationship between the authentic leadership and the leader trust is positively related. Second, there was also a positive correlation between the authentic leadership and the self efficacy. Third, there was also a positive correlation between the authentic leadership and the creative behavior. Fourth, the relationship between the leader trust and the self efficacy is positively related. Fifth, there was also a positive correlation between the leader trust and the creative behavior. Sixth, there was also a positive correlation between the self efficacy and the creative behavior. Finally, the leader trust and self efficacy played as a partial mediator on the relationship between authentic leadership and creative behavior. Based on these findings, the limitations of the study and some directions for future studies were presented.

대학생들의 개인정보관리 행태에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors Influencing College Students' Personal Information Management Behavior)

  • 정보의 급격한 증가와 정보기술이 발달함에 따라 개인에게도 정보관리의 중요성이 점차 커지고 있다. 본 연구는 대학생들의 개인정보관리 동기 요인과 방해 요인이 개인정보관리 행태에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 먼저, 선행연구 분석을 통해 개인정보관리 동기 요인과 방해 요인을 도출하였으며, 이러한 요인들이 개인정보관리 행태인 정보조직 활동과 정보유지 활동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 이를 위해, 서울 소재 대학교의 대학생들을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 진행하였으며, 총 593부의 유효한 응답지를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 개인정보관리 동기 요인과 방해 요인이 개인정보관리 행태에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 개인의 정보관리 행태를 분석하고 행태에 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출하였다는 점에서 학문적 의의가 있다. 또한, 연구 결과를 바탕으로 대학생들이 개인정보를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있도록 개인정보관리 교육을 제공해야 한다는 실질적 함의를 제시하였다.

건설업체의 정성적·정량적 안전경영활동과 근로자의 안전의식이 안전행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 조직신뢰의 매개 효과를 중심으로 (The Influence of Qualitative and Quantitative Safety Management Activities and Employees' Safety Awareness on Safety Behavior in the Construction Company: Focusing on the Mediating Effects of Organizational Trust)

  • 본 연구는 최근 안전을 중시하는 사회적 분위기 속에서 건설업체의 안전경영활동과 조직구성원의 안전의식이 실질적으로 안전행동에 미치는 영향에 대하여 연구하였다. '안전경영'에 대한 개인과 기업들의 인식이 바뀌고 있다. 산업현장에서 안전에 대한 물질적, 의식적 투자가 무의미한 비용이 아니라, 기업 경쟁력을 높이는데 꼭 필요한 요소라는 인식이 확산되고 있다. 최고경영자들은 일선 현장을 찾아 경영의 최우선 가치로 안전경영을 내세우고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 산업현장의 근로자들로부터 받은 설문지 300부를 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 기업(건설업체)의 안전경영활동, 근로자의 안전의식은 조직신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직신뢰가 근로자의 안전행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기업(건설업체)의 안전경영활동, 근로자의 안전의식은 안전행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 기업(건설업체)의 안전경영활동과 안전행동, 근로자의 안적의식과 안전행동에 조직신뢰의 매개효과가 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 보면 기업(건설업체)의 안전경영활동과 개인의 안적의식이 안전행동 간에 영향을 미치는 것이 확실하므로 기업(건설업체)의 안전에 대한 투자 등의 경영활동을 지속적으로 이어나가야 한다.

여자대학생의 외모에 대한 사회문화적 영향과 신체이미지가 외모향상추구행동에 미치는 영향 (Sociocultural Influence of Appearance and Body Image on Appearance Enhancement Behavior of Female College Students)

  • This study investigated the effects of sociocultural influence and body image on appearance enhancement behavior (facial management, clothing selection, and weight/figure management). For data collection, a questionnaire was administrated to 378 female college students in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do from May $23^{rd}$ to June $10^{th}$ 2013. A SPSS 18.0 statistics package was used to analyze data along with descriptive statistical analysis, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis and frequency analysis. The results were as follows. First, sociocultural influences were divided into three factors: media influence, peer influence, and parental influence. Overall sociocultural influences had positive effects on appearance enhancement behavior. Second, body image was divided into: appearances-management, body-satisfaction and body confidence. Sociocultural influences had a significant effect on overall body image. Third, body image positively affected overall appearance enhancement behavior.

  • The movement range and diurnal behavior of red seabream (Chrysophrys major) tagged by the ultrasonic pinger externally were measured by acoustic telemetry techniques in the marine ranch of Tongyeong on 20 March to 30 October, 2003. The movement of fishes was monitored with the radio-acoustic linked positioning (RAP) buoy system and VR2 receivers. The test fishes showed behavior. pattern going to deep waters and returning to shallow waters. They moved gradually to deep waters as time goes by. They had a tendency to move wider range in night-time than day-time. It was found that the test fishes rarely showed a significant response to the artificial reefs.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of DISC behavior pattern, stress-managing method, and the stress level on job attitude of hospital Employees, and to provide suggestions for effective human resources management in hospital settings. First, the research suggested emotional or aversive stress-managing method had significant influence to the stress level, whereas DISC behavior patterns did not. Second, to the job satisfaction, Influence, Compliance and Steadiness of DISC behavior patterns, challenging or aversive stress-managing method, and the stress level showed immediate meaningful effect. Third, for the system immersion, challenging or emotional ress-managing method as well as the job satisfaction showed direct influence. Especially, the challenging method had not only a direct but an indirect effect through mediating job satisfaction.

  • The research was to investigate the effect of trust in supervisor, organizational trust and perception on the shared value on innovative behavior. The data were collected from 334 nurses from University hospital of G city. Data were analyzed with frequency, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient and hierarchical regression, equipped with SPSS 21.0. The results showed that there was correlation among trust in supervisor, organizational trust and perception, and innovative behavior. Therefore, it is considered that the study is the basis to improve innovative behavior of nurses by providing alternatives for achieving trust in supervisor, organizational trust and perception, for sake of efficient management of human resource of nurse of University hospital. This study was supported by research funds from Chosun Nursing College 2013.

전문병원 역량이 고객 행동 의도에 미치는 영향 연구 (The Effects of Special Hospital Competencies on Customer Behavior Intentions)

  • This study aims to analyze how the competencies of specialized hospitals affect the customer behavior intentions. The research involved 14 specialized hospitals among 42 nationwide, which are selected by the Ministry of Health and Welfare in 2007. The results of the study are below. First, the competencies of specialized hospitals are emotional attachment and customer satisfaction proved to have the significant relationship. Second, the competencies of human resources and technology-related resources has a moderating effect with accessibility while the ability of material effect doesn't have such relation. Third, it was verified that the emotional attachment formed the customer satisfaction. Fourth, it turned out that the emotional attachment and customer satisfaction has the significant influence on customer behavior intentions. In conclusion, the competencies of specialized hospitals influences on the customer behavior intentions through the mediating effects of emotional attachment and customer satisfaction.

대학생들의 커피전문점 브랜드 인지도가 전환의도, 구매행동, 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Brand Awareness of Coffee shops on Switching Intentions, Purchasing Behavior, and Revisiting Intention)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the relationships among brand awareness, switching intentions, purchasing behavior, and revisiting intentions. Brand awareness consisted of three factors: brand image, physical environment, and affiliation of coffee brand. Good brand image was associated with reduced switching intentions, whereas negative images were associated with higher switching intentions. Consumer purchasing behavior was most affected by interior decoration, including furniture, decorations, etc. Switching intentions had a negative relationship with revisiting intentions. Finally, purchasing behavior and revisiting intentions showed a positive correlation. As limitations, the only participants were university students, who are not representative of all consumers at coffee shops. Moreover, this study did not divide coffee shops into franchises and individually owned.
