아연도금 강판의 점용접재의 피로균형에 관한 연구 (Fatigue Behavior of the Single Spot Welded Joint of Zinc Galvanized Steel Sheets)

  • The behavior of fatigue crack growth in the single spot welded joint of zinc galvanized steel sheets was studied experimentally and analytically based on fracture mechanics. Axial tension fatigue tests were carried out with the BSxGAB specimen that the bare plane(GAB) of monogalvanized steel sheet was spot welded to the double thickness bare steel sheet(BS), and with the GAxGAB specimen that the galvanized plane (GA) was spot welded to the equal thickness bare plane (GAB) 1. The relation between maximum stress intensity factor, K sub(max) and the number of cycles to failure, N sub(f) has shown a linear relation on log-log plot in the spot weld of the zinc galvanized steel sheet. 2. The fatigue strength of BSxGAB specimens is about 23% higher than that of GAxGAB specimens at the fatigue strength of $1\times10^6$ cycles. And the fatigue life of BSxGAB specimens at the same load range increases 6~9 times higher than that of GAxGAB specimens. 3. The general tendency at the angle of bending($\theta$) in an applied load has changed rapidly at the initial 20% of its life. After then, it has changed slowly. The change at the angle of bending has increased linearly as the load range increases. 4. It has shown a linear relation between the location ratio of initiation ${\gamma}$ and fatigue life $N_f$ on the semi-log graph paper. Here $\gamma$ means that the crack distance between main crack and sub-crack, 2L is divided by the nugget diameter, 2r. $\gamma=a{\cdot}log N_f+n$ (where a and n are material constant.)

  • 본 논문에서는 인간의 행동을 컴퓨터에게 인식시켜 가상의 공간에 존재하는 에이전트(agent)들과 상호 작용이 가능한 시스템을 구현하였다. 이 시스템은 크게 행동을 인식하는 인식 시스템과 인식 정보를 통해 미리 구성한 가상 공간에 존재하는 여러 에이전트간의 상호 작용을 하는 시스템으로 구성되어있다. 인식 시스템은 동작자의 연속적인 행동을 CCD카메라로부터 입력받아 각각의 프레임에 대해 머리와 손의 특징을 추출한다. 그리고, 추출된 정보를 연속적인 시간의 흐름에 대해 해석을 한 후, 동작을 인식한다. 상호 작용 시스템을 위해 동작자의 분신인 아바타(avatar), 자율적으로 행동하는 퍼피(puppy), 그리고 비자율적인 객체인 탁자, 문, 창문, 공과 같은 이동이 가능한 오브젝트(object)들이 존재하는 가상 공간을 구현하였다. 인식된 동작은 상호 작용 시스템을 통해 가상 공간의 아바타에게 전달이 된다. 아바타의 동작 천이는 상태 천이도를 바탕으로 이루어진다. 상태 천이도는 각각의 동작이 노드로 정의되고, 그 노드들을 종속적으로 연결한 그래프로 구성된다. 아바타는 문과 창문을 여닫고, 오브젝트를 잡거나 이동할 수 있다. 또 퍼피에게 명령을 내리거나 퍼피의 동작에 대한 응답을 할 수 있다.

  • 오이, 마늘, 생강, 감자 및 무의 압축특성을 규명하기 위하여 식품물성 측정기로 압축 힘, 거리 및 시간을 측정하고 이들의 상관관계를 살펴보았다. 힘-거리 및 거리-시간 곡선은 비교적 간단한 형태를 나타냈고 변곡점들이 잘 나타나지 않았다. 파괴점까지의 시간은 감자가 압축속도 60mm/min에서 11.79, 압축속도 120mm/min에서 6.16초로 가장 길었다. 마늘은 각각 9.65 및 4.55초로 적게 소요되었는데 이는 시료의 압축강도에 따른 차이 때문으로 생각된다. 파괴힘은 무와 감자는 압축속도별로 16.64∼20.00N으로 가장 컸으며, 파괴시에 시료는 탐침 밑에 뭉개어지는 거동을 보였다. 압축시험시 파괴점까지의 힘-시간과 거리-시간에 대한 회귀분석 결과 상관계수 값이 0.96이상이었으며, 시료간의 차이는 작았다. 힘-시간 곡선의 기울기는 오이와 마늘이 1.772∼3.385로 가장 켰으며, 감자가 각각 1.743 및 3.338로 작았으며, 거리-시간 곡선의 기울기와는 반비례 관계를 나타냈다.

  • 웹 앱의 요구사항이 복잡해지고 빠르게 변화하고 있어, 웹 앱의 유지보수가 더욱더 중요해지고 있다. 그렇지만, 웹 앱은 문서화가 충분하게 이루어지지 않아 유지보수가 어렵다. 그래서 효과적인 웹 앱의 유지보수를 위해 웹 페이지 생성 시 일어나는 내부 행위를 추상화한 모델을 추출할 필요가 있다. 기존 연구는 상호 작용하는 웹 컴포넌트(JSP, 서블릿 등)를 식별하지만, 웹 자원(이미지, CSS 파일, 자바스크립트 파일 등)을 식별하지 못하거나, 웹 컴포넌트와 웹 자원 사이의 의존 관계를 추출하지 못한다. 본 논문은 자바 웹 앱을 동적 분석하여 이러한 의존 관계를 추출하고, 그래프 모델로 표현하는 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 오픈 소스 웹 앱을 대상으로 실험하여 제안하는 기법의 활용 가능성을 검증한다.

3차원 가상환경에서 동작하는 지능형 에이전트의 구조와 경로 찾기 행위 (Architecture and Path-Finding Behavior of An Intelligent Agent Deploying within 3D Virtual Environment)

  • 본 논문에서는 대표적인 3차원 일인칭 액션 게임인 Unreal Tournament 게임과 이것에 기초한 지능형 에이전트 연구용 테스트베드인 Gamebots 시스템을 소개한다. 그리고 이들이 제공하는 3차원 가상환경에서 동작하는 지능형 NPC인 KGBot의 설계와 구현에 대해 설명한다. KGBot는 Gamebots 시스템 내의 하나의 보트 클라이언트이다. KGBot는 3차원 가상환경 안에 숨겨진 목표점들을 찾아 효과적으로 점령하는 임무를 수행한다. KGBot는 범용의 BDI 에이전트 구조인 UM-PRS를 제어엔진으로 채용하고 있으며, 복잡한 행위들을 여러 계층으로 표현한 계층화된 지식베이스를 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 미지의 월드를 효과적으로 탐색함으로써 숨겨진 목표점들의 위치를 빨리 파악하고, 흩어져 있는 이동점들과 경로들을 찾아내어 경로 그래프를 작성하며, 이것에 기초하여 특정 목적지까지 지적의 이동 경로를 계획하는 KGBot의 지능 행위들에 대해 자세히 설명한다. 그리고 끝으로 다양한 3차원 지도를 이용한 실험을 통해 KGBot의 월드 탐색 전략과 제어엔진의 성능을 분석해본다.

중소기업 환경에서의 합목적적 정보시스템 활용을 위한 최종사용자 피드백 탐색행위의 중요성 (Importance of End User's Feedback Seeking Behavior for Faithful Appropriation of Information Systems in Small and Medium Enterprises)

  • Small-and-medium sized enterprises(SMEs) represent quite a large proportion of the industry as a whole in terms of the number of enterprises or employees. However researches on information system so far have focused on large companies, probably because SMEs were not so active in introducing information systems as larger enterprises. SMEs are now increasingly bringing in information systems such as ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning Systems) and some of the companies already entered the stage of ongoing use. Accordingly, researches should deal with the use of information systems by SME s operating under different conditions from large companies. This study examined factors and mechanism inducing faithful appropriation of information systems, in particular integrative systems such as ERP, in view of individuals` active feedback-seeking behavior. There are three factors expected to affect end users` feedback-seeking behavior for faithful appropriation of information systems. They are management support, peer IT champ support, and IT staff support. The main focus of the study is on how these factors affect feedback-seeking behavior and whether the feedback-seeking behavior plays the role of mediator for realizing faithful appropriation of information systems by end users. To examine the research model and the hypotheses, this study employed an empirical method based on a field survey. The survey used measurements mostly employed and verified by previous researches, while some of the measurements had gone through minor modifications for the purpose of the study. The survey respondents are individual employees of SMEs that have been using ERP for one year or longer. To prevent common method bias, Task-Technology Fit items used as the control variable were made to be answered by different respondents. In total, 127 pairs of valid questionnaires were collected and used for the analysis. The PLS(Partial Least Squares) approach to structural equation modeling(PLS-Graph v.3.0) was used as our data analysis strategy because of its ability to model both formative and reflective latent constructs under small-and medium-size samples. The analysis shows Reliability, Construct Validity and Discriminant Validity are appropriate. The path analysis results are as follows; first, the more there is peer IT champ support, the more the end user is likely to show feedback-seeking behavior(path-coefficient=0.230, t=2.28, p<0.05). In other words, if colleagues proficient in information system use recognize the importance of their help, pass on what they have found to be an effective way of using the system or correct others' misuse, ordinary end users will be able to seek feedback on the faithfulness of their appropriation of information system without hesitation, because they know the convenience of getting help. Second, management support encourages ordinary end users to seek more feedback(path-coefficient=0.271, t=3.06, p<0.01) by affecting the end users' perceived value of feedback(path-coefficient=0.401, t=6.01, p<0.01). Management support is far more influential than other factors that when the management of an SME well understands the benefit of ERP, promotes its faithful appropriation and pays attention to employees' satisfaction with the system, employees will make deliberate efforts for faithful appropriation of the system. However, the third factor, IT staff support was found not to be conducive to feedback-seeking behavior from end users(path-coefficient=0.174, t=1.83). This is partly attributable to the fundamental reason that there is little support for end users from IT staff in SMEs. Even when IT staff provides support, end users may find it less important than that from coworkers more familiar with the end users' job. Meanwhile, the more end users seek feedback and attempt to find ways of faithful appropriation of information systems, the more likely the users will be able to deploy the system according to the purpose the system was originally meant for(path-coefficient=0.35, t=2.88, p<0.01). Finally, the mediation effect analysis confirmed the mediation effect of feedback-seeking behavior. By confirming the mediation effect of feedback-seeking behavior, this study draws attention to the importance of feedback-seeking behavior that has long been overlooked in research about information system use. This study also explores the factors that promote feedback-seeking behavior which in result could affect end user`s faithful appropriation of information systems. In addition, this study provides insight about which inducements or resources SMEs should offer to promote individual users' feedback-seeking behavior when formal and sufficient support from IT staff or an outside information system provider is hardly expected. As the study results show, under the business environment of SMEs, help from skilled colleagues and the management plays a critical role. Therefore, SMEs should seriously consider how to utilize skilled peer information system users, while the management should pay keen attention to end users and support them to make the most of information systems.

연속가변 ER 댐퍼의 제어 및 응답특성 (Control and Response Characteristics of a Continuously Variable ER Damper)

  • This paper presents control and response characteristics of a continuously variable ER(electrorheological) damper for small-sized vehicles. The ER damper is devised and its governing equation of motion is derived from the bond graph model. The field-dependent yield shear stresses are distilled from experimental investigation on the Bingham property of the ER fluid. The distilled data are incorporated into the governing system model and, on the basis of this model, an appropriate size of the ER damper is manufactured. After evaluating the field-dependent damping performance of the proposed ER damper, the skyhook control algorithm is formulated to achieve desired level of the damping force. The controller is then experimentally implemented and control characteristics of the ER damper are presented in order to demonstrate superior controllability of the damping force. In addition, response characteristics of the damping force with respect to the electric field with fast on-off frequency are provided to show the feasibility of practical application.

사출압축성형시 PMMA 재료의 성형수축거동 (The Behavior of Shrinkage on PMMA in Injection Compression Molding)

  • Molding shrinkage s variation is one of the problems to be solved in conventional injection molding. Despite many trying-out has been to solve these, intrinsic causes of shrinkage such as orientation and thermal exchange between melt and mold has yet not solved. For reducing shrinkage and residual stress on molding, injection compression molding process was invented. In this study, experiments about effect of injection compression molding's parameters on shrinkage of molding were conducted with PMMA and compared with conventional injection molding's shrinkage. Before the injection compression molding experiment, molding shrinkage rate was predicted by analyzing pvT graph and was compared with the results of experiment. The shrinkage rate of injection compression molding was lower than convention injection molding' one but was different from the predicted shrinkage. The reason was observed that experiment mold as not positive type, flowing backward of melt into nozzle and unreasonable mechanism of injection molding machine.

터널굴착에 타른 인접건물의 거동평가에 대한 모형실험연구 (Model tests for the behavior assessment of adjacent buildings in urban tunnelling)

  • 본 연구는 터널굴착 공사에 의한 지반거동을 평가하여, 구조물의 형상, 위치, 굴착공정 변화등의 다양한 조건과 지반/구조물의 상호작용이 고려된 모형실험을 기본으로 수행하였다. 굴착진행 단계에 따른 구조물의 손상 거동 평가시 인접 구조물이 밀집된 도심지 굴착에서는 보다 안전하고 보수적인 평가가 나타나는 각변위와 수평변형율에 의한 손상도표를 활용하는 것이 보다 안전할 것으로 판단된다. 모형실험시 구조물에 발생된 균열의 손상수준을 손상도표에서 평가해 본 결과, 균열손상 수준이 적용된 평가가 각변위와 수평변형율만 적용된 손상수준보다 안전측으로 평가되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러므로, 각변위와 수평변형율 뿐만 아니라 균열이 고려된 손상평가를 수행하는 것이 보다 바람직할 것으로 판단된다.

가상현실 기반에서 차량 운전자 거동의 가시화 (Motion Visualization of a Vehicle Driver Based on Virtual Reality)

  • Virtual human models are widely used to save time and expense in vehicle safety studies. A human model is an essential tool to visualize and simulate a vehicle driver in virtual environments. This research is focused on creation and application of a human model fer virtual reality. The Korean anthropometric data published are selected to determine basic human model dimensions. These data are applied to GEBOD, a human body data generation program, which computes the body segment geometry, mass properties, joints locations and mechanical properties. The human model was constituted using MADYMO based on data from GEBOD. Frontal crash and bump passing test were simulated and the driver's motion data calculated were transmitted into the virtual environment. The human model was organized into scene graphs and its motion was visualized by virtual reality techniques including OpenGL Performer. The human model can be controlled by an arm master to test driver's behavior in the virtual environment.
