'Beauty and the Beast' was generated as a novel in 1740 and descended to date with the musical movie in 2017. This study is to understand what contents has been derived and expanded from one story for 277 years upon analyzing 'Beauty and the Beast' with the background of the times. Due to the limitation to include all the folktales and stories, the subjects of this study are limited with the contents that had been known and recorded as 'Beauty and the Beast.' 'Beauty and the Beast' has been expanded to 7 types of contents including novel, fairytale, movie, drama, animation, musical and film opera. It was created as a novel in the eighteenth century, made as a fairytale, and developed as a movie by Jean Cocteau, a movie director. With Industrial Revolution and the development of science, 'Beauty and the Beast' which derived into animation, drama, and musical contents, has been developed as the film opera thanks to the new trial of Philip Glass and the development of music industry. 'Beauty and the Beast' is still regenerating with a variety of contents continuously upon the development of computer technology and the fad of global remake. With anticipation of further analytical studies on 'Beauty and the Beast,' it is expected that the data of this study can be contributed as a reference in the other studies.
The increase use of smartphones has paved the way for quick dissemination of online information. This has a huge influence on consumers' purchase decision making and the formation of a company's image. As such, this study focuses on product review from mobile beauty applications(apps); in particular, the perceived information authenticity. The purpose is as follows. First, to examine if there is any difference in perceived information authenticity based on the types of product review. Second, to analyze how perceived information authenticity influences brand attitude, purchase intention, and electronic word of mouth(e-WOM) intention. The study targets consumers in their 20s and 30s who have experience buying a product via a mobile beauty app. Three hundred responses are analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results reveal that, first of all, consumers derive higher perceived information authenticity from a multi-facet review rather than a double-facet review. Second, among the traits of perceived information authenticity, only a brand's perceived reliability has a significant influence on brand attitude. Third, this brand attitude has a positive influence on purchase intention and e-WOM intention. In conclusion, these findings can serve as an important discussion point for companies developing a mobile beauty app, drawing attention to perceived information authenticity, based on the types of product review.
This study is a study that analyzes the user experience of a virtual makeup application in the beauty industry where color or formulation testing is important. Recently, cases of beauty smart stores and beauty applications using AR and AI are increasing. However, since virtual makeup is different from testing a real product, it is necessary to derive needs through research from the user's side. In order to compare user preferences by using AR and AI cases, six factors based on the emotional interface model were analyzed through a questionnaire to identify items with statistically significant figures. As a result, the user felt comfortable with the virtual makeup function, but showed that it needs to be supplemented in terms of reliability. Since this study focused on the customer experience as a real user and identified the main experience factors and needs of virtual makeup through two types of comparison, it is hoped that this study will be useful as a prior study.

This study examined the relationship by empirically analyzing whether the suitability, importance, frequency, and difficulty of the job depends on the practical experience of medical skincare workers. The purpose of the project is to help efficiently perform the duties in the field. As analysis methods, frequency, factor, reliability analysis, and one-way ANOVA analysis were conducted. After looking at the suitability of the job according to the working experience of medical skincare workers, it was confirmed that skin beauty education was being used appropriately in the skincare job in medical skincare. The higher the frequency at the actual site of the job, the higher the importance, and the more difficult it was depending on the working experience. As the medical beauty industry grows, various studies on the jobs of medical skincare workers should be conducted to systematize them into professional jobs.

University students' interest in appearance management showed a difference of interest according to university students, male and female students in body composition management, skin care, hair care, and cosmetics use management except for interest in health care. In addition, students with a high level of interest in managing cosmetics use had a positive effect on the degree of interest in managing cosmetics usage in fashion styles, cosmetics style, skin care, and body management behavior factors that were converged with trends. And negative (-) influence on the use of health equipment. Based on the study of the trend management behaviors of college students, I will expect to utilize the reference materials for new product development research of the beauty industry and will continue to study the new management mode of appearance management.

A survey of 567 female consumers in their 20s and older was conducted. The collected survey data were analyzed for hypotheses verification through structural equation model analysis. First, the perceived usefulness and perceived ease to use of beauty care remote-manufacturing systems have negative effects on resistance to innovative technology. Second, resistance to beauty care remote-manufacturing systems has been shown to negatively affect acceptance intention. Third, perceived risk to beauty care remote-manufacturing systems have been shown to negatively affect acceptance intention. Through this study, it can be found that the significance of this study in that it derived factors that affect consumer' resistance and acceptance of innovative technologies and presented new trends and directions of the cosmetics manufacturing industry.
This study sought to investigate the effect of academic satisfaction on the dropout intention of cosmetology undergraduates. Analyzing the effect of academic satisfaction on career dropouts showed that the sub-factors of academic satisfaction-evaluation satisfaction, class satisfaction had a statistically significant part effect. Analyzing the effect of academic satisfaction on psychological factors for dropping out showed that the sub-factors of academic satisfaction have a statistically significant effect. Furthermore, regarding the effect of academic satisfaction on environmental factors, the sub-factors of academic satisfaction have a statistically significant effect on wealth. High satisfaction was shown to have no statistically significant effect on dropout intention. The results of the study showed that the higher the degree of satisfaction with the evaluation and the degree of satisfaction with the course of beauty majors, the more negative (-) the impact on dropout. For cosmetology majors, academic satisfaction is a subjective emotion felt through study at university and major. Students with high academic satisfaction are more likely to love their school and their work, and positively influence their intention to stay in school and reduce student dropout rates. Intention to drop out indicates the intention to lose interest and purpose in cosmetology college students. This is directly linked to the dropout rate of school students and requires steady research. Through this research, we hope that active discussions will be held on academic satisfaction and intention to drop out of university students specializing in cosmetology.

Second, it was verified that the goodness of fit of the structural model on the relationship between the awareness of the 4th industrial revolution and entrepreneurship intention was satisfactory. After analyzing the hypotheses on the structural model, it was discovered that all of them were adopted. In respect to the awareness of the 4th industrial revolution and entrepreneurship intention, the indirect effect of entrepreneurship knowledge and entrepreneurship mind were statistically significant. In conclusion, this study investigated the structural relationship between the awareness of the 4th industrial revolution and entrepreneurship in college students majoring in beauty, with the goal of providing basic data for entrepreneurship education.

As the cosmetics beauty industry grows into a key next-generation industry, the establishment of an industrialization center is needed, but failure to verify the adequacy and feasibility of the investment could lead to financial burdens. In this study, the project costs and facilities of an industrial center are reviewed to analyze its economic feasibility based on the cost estimates, revenue estimates, estimated profit or loss calculations, and estimated operating cash flows. The profit estimation criteria were analyzed by applying 90 per cent of expected orders for research projects (24 billion won) and 12 per cent of rental rates for testing equipment (4.5 billion won for construction), and the benefit/cost ratio is higher than 1.02 per cent and the net present value is higher than '0' won, and the internal rate of return is also more than 5.06 per cent for all three analytical methods. Therefore, in order for the construction of a cosmetics beauty industrialization center to be economically feasible, it is necessary to maintain research project orders of more than 90 percent and return on equipment rent of more than 12 percent, and a strategic approach is needed to diversify business profits.
