선박 엔진 베어링 거더의 유한요소해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on FEM of the Bearing Girder in the Large Vessel Engine Structure)

  • The purpose of this study is to show pressure distribution of the bearing girder in large vessel engine and to consider finite elements analysis using the pressure distribution. Various kinds of the exciting forces act on a bearing girder. And at the same time, it is necessary to consider the contact between a crankshaft and a bearing girder because a bearing girder supports a crankshaft. However it is to need the computer resource with much time if we apply the contact element to a complex solid model and perform a repeated analysis. Thus we have accomplished a contact analysis in the simplistic finite element model of the bearing girder. After that we take a pressure distribution, and apply this to actual finite element model and accomplish finite element analysis. The result of stresses and strains has been produced using superposition method. The concept of superposition method is to find the resultant deflection of several loads acting on a member as the sum of contributions of individual loads. The results were compared with measured results and were verified to be accurate. Resulting analyzed strain favorably coincides with measured strain. The experiment result justifies this paper method.

실내평가기법에 의한 새로운 격자지보재의 하중지지력 평가 (Load Bearing Capacity Evaluation of New Lattice Girder by Laboratory Test Techniques)

  • Load bearing capacity of new lattice girder has been evaluated with optimized spider for lattice girder utilized in the construction of tunnels. This newly developed lattice girder is different from existing lattice girder as its design is associated with existing spider with newly developed 2 types of form. The spacing of lattice girder's spider is linked with the weight and it decides the unit cost and construction therefore, different spacing of the developed spider has been produced to evaluate the measurement of load bearing capacity. As the result of the tests by producing the spacing of spider as 0cm and 4cm for developed lattice girder-2, the load bearing capacity of 0cm with spacing of 21%, and 4cm with 25% of increase when they are compared with the existing lattice girder, and the weight of specimen was decreased. As the result of the tests by producing the spacing of 1cm and 6cm for developed lattice girder-3, the spacing of 1cm with 42%, and the spacing of 6cm with 11% of increase which presented higher load bearing capacity in all newly developed forms, and there was a certain degree of increase in weight in case of 1cm of spacing. The result of evaluation regarding on the displacement by applying the evaluation method suggested by the German Railroad administration, the entire specimens were found to satisfy all the evaluation standard suggested by the administration.

Load Redistribution of Prestressed Concrete Girder Bridges during the Bearing Replacement

  • In the replacement of bearing system of bridges, the jacking work to secure work spaces may cause damage of the superstructure, hence the behavior of superstructure by the jacking force must be considered. Especially, in prestressed concrete I-type girder bridges, considering the stress concentration at the girder and the load redistribution of superstructure, the allowable jacking force and jacking sequence have to be determined. In this study, an analytical method is proposed to calculate the jacking force and overall jacking sequence for the replacement of bearing system without any damage to the superstructure. The stress concentration at the girder and load redistribution of the deck due to jacking force are considered to compute the allowable jacking force for each girder and overall jacking sequence for girders in the deck. Using the solution algorithm developed in this study, the optimum jacking sequence and required jacking force for the prestressed concrete I-type gilder bridge having the standard sections are calculated.

터널 지보재로서 격자지보의 하중지지력에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Load Bearing Capacity of Lattice Girder as a Steel Support in Tunnelling)

  • NATM 터널에서 강지보재로 이용되어지는 H형강은 그 동안 많은 단점이 지적되어 왔으며, 그 중 하나는 숏크리트 타설시 H형강 flange 배면에 발생하는 공동으로 인하여 숏크리트를 포함 한 초기지보재의 하중지지력 저감을 들 수 있다. 이와 같은 단점을 보완하기 위하여 유럽의 많은 나라에서는 H형강 지보재와 같은 plate girder 형태의 지보재에 비하여 많은 장점을 가진 fat twice girder(격자지보)라는 지보재를 개발하여 현장에 적용하고 있다. 터널 굴착시 격자지보를 초기 지보재로서 효율적으로 사용하기 위해서는 하중지지력에 대한 심도있는 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 격자지보의 하중지지력 평가 및 검증의 일환으로 격자지보에 대한 굴곡시험과 압축시험을 수행하였다. 그 결과 격자지보는 H형강 지보재에 비하여 우수한 하중지지력을 보유하는 것으로 나타났으며, 따라서 터널 시공시 지보재로서 효율적으로 적용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

지점부 부재의 부식손상에 따른 강거더 단부 지압강도 평가 (Evaluation on Bearing Capacity of End Girder Member with Local Corrosion)

  • 강교량은 유지관리가 충분히 이루어지지 않거나, 해안 과 같이 가설위치의 환경이 고온 다습한 경우 단면에 국부적인 부식손상이 발생할 수 있다. 특히 강거더 교량 의 지점부에서는 교대부와 강거더 단부의 공간이 협소하여 상대적으로 습도가 높고 신축이음부로부터의 강우 및 동결 방지제가 누수되어 침전물을 습윤상태로 유지하게 되므로, 복부판과 지점부 보강재에 집중적으로 부식이 발생되고 있으므로 이로인한 구조성능 변화를 확인하여야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실제 발생할 수 있는 강거더 단부 복부판과 보강재의 국부부식손상을 모사한 강재 실험체를 제작하고 이에 대한 단부 지압강도 변화를 실험적으로 평가하였다. 실험결과, 국부적 부식손상은 강거더 단부의 지압강도에 영향을 주며, 특히 수직 보강재에 의한 영향이 크게 나타남을 확인하였다.

  • 최근 건설되는 터널의 심도가 깊어져 난공사 구간이 증가되며, 초장대 터널의 증가로 터널 기술 개발이 필요해지고 있다. 터널의 기술개발의 하나로 터널 강지보재로 사용되는 높이 95mm 격자지보재에 사용되는 스파이더를 최적화하여 U자형과 보강재스파이더를 개발하였다. 개발된 격자지보재의 하중지지력을 평가하기 위하여 국내에서 사용되는 4절점 휨강도 실험을 실시하였으며 실내 실험을 위해 기존 격자지보재와 개발된 격자지보재의 시편을 직선으로 제작하여 실시하였다. 실험 결과 새로운 격자지보재는 기존의 격자지보재에 비하여 하중지지력이 높게 나타났다. 지지력 평가에 의한 시편의 응력-변형 거동을 분석한 결과 기존 격자지보재는 탄소성 거동이 나타났고, 새 격자지보재는 응력연화의 거동이 나타났다. 새 격자지보재는 하중이 가해지는 지점의 위치에 따라 지지력 거동이 달라짐을 알 수 있었다.

  • Form the application of long rail system the non-ballast steel plate bridges, fatigue strength increase and rail noise reduction can be expected. This is mainly form the reduction of the rail impact at the rail joint locations which already made to behave together from welds. In the high speed rail, application of long rail system is essential because without long rail system, the required serviceability level can not be achieved. But even with this long rail systems, the thermal expansion from the girder can not be absorbed in the normal bearing systems, and these expansion cause between girder and rail. Also unexpected rail buckling and fracture through rail thermal tension may happen. It was found through numerical analysis and field measurement that these problems can be avoided by semi-fixed bearing system. In this study, the benefits of non-ballast plate bridge through long rail system, especially at the point of girder stability, girder stiffness increase and bearing maintenance will be reviewed.

  • This study was performed to evaluate about load bearing capacity of continuos IPC Girder Bridge under and after Construction. This is Ichi-1 Bridge that is 2-40m span continuous bridge on a extension road through the Ichun and the Naesa. The result of static loading test to use a 25ton truck after construction, deflection ratio is 0.64 that is $35\%$ and average of response ratio is 0.48$\~$0.89 that is less than theoretical value. The result of dynamic loading test, the number of proper vibrations is 3.06Hz that is like theoretical value 3.61Hz, the modulus of impact is 0.235 that is bigger than specification 0.19. the load bearing capacity is minimum DB-40 that is so big value. In the result, continuos IPC Girder Bridge is safe in short period. we will evaluate long period behavior of continuos IPC Girder Bridge.
