  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the spatial characteristics of business-type-changed parcel in the Hongik-University commercial area, from the view point of commercial gentrification. A commercial gentrification occurs through a business-type-change in a spatial basic unit (microscopic spatial unit such as parcel) of an area which has not been considered in relavent policies and research. So, this study analyzed the spatial characteristics of business-type-changed parcels using the Cox's proportional hazard regression model. The main results of this study are as follows. First, as new developments in the adjacent area occur, the business-type-change probability increases. Second, by the commercial area division, the business-type-change probability is different. Finally, the accessibility is better, the probability is higher. These results could suggest that a consideration of the spatial characteristics form microscopic viewpoint is necessary to understand the commercial gentrification. And these could be used as basic data for a gentrification diagnostic and management system, which can predict gentrification from the view point of business-type-change on the basis of a parcel.

  • In this paper, we will introduce the notion of 𝜓-type and Jaggi type hybrid contraction in a bipolar metric space and show the existence and uniqueness of fixed point for such type of contractions. In the end, we will provide some corollaries and support our theorems by examples.

Preparation and Properties of A Novel Y-type Nonlinear Optical Polyester with Dioxybenzylidenecyanoacetate Groups

  • Methyl 2,4-di-(2'-hydroxyethoxy)benzylidenecyanoacetate (3) was prepared and polymerized with terephthaloyl chloride to yield a novel Y-type polyester 4 containing 2,4-dioxybenzylidenecyanoacetate groups as NLOchromophores, which constituted parts of the polymer backbone. The resulting polymer 4 is soluble in common organic solvents such as acetone and N,N-dimethylformamide. Polymer 4 showed thermal stability up to 280 ${^{\circ}C}$ in thermogravimetric analysis with glass-transition temperature obtained from differential scanning calorimetry near 108 ${^{\circ}C}$. The second harmonic generation (SHG) coefficient ($d_{33}$) of poled polymer films at the 1064 nm fundamental wavelength was around $3.54\;{\time}\;10^{-9}$ esu. The dipole alignment exhibited a thermal stability up to near $T_g$ and no significant SHG decay was observed below 100 ${^{\circ}C}$ due to the partial main-chain character of polymer structure, which is acceptable for NLO device applications.

Kinetics and Mechanism of the Anilinolysis of Dipropyl Chlorophosphate in Acetonitrile

  • The kinetic studies on the reactions of dipropyl chlorophosphate (3O) with substituted anilines ($XC_6H_4NH_2$) and deuterated anilines ($XC_6H_4ND_2$) have been carried out in acetonitrile at $55.0^{\circ}C$. The obtained deuterium kinetic isotope effects (DKIEs; $k_H/k_D$) are primary normal ($k_H/k_D$ = 1.09-1.01) with the strongly basic anilines while secondary inverse ($k_H/k_D$ = 0.74-0.82) with the weakly basic anilines. The steric effects of the two ligands on the rates are extensively discussed for the anilinolyses of the ($R_1O$)($R_2O$)P(=O or S)Cl-type chlorophosphates and chlorothiophosphates. A concerted mechanism is proposed with a frontside nucleophilic attack involving a hydrogen-bonded four-center-type transition state for the strongly basic anilines and with a backside attack transition state for the weakly basic anilines on the basis of the DKIEs, primary normal and secondary inverse with the strongly and weakly basic anilines, respectively.

로프 트롤 그물의 기본성능에 관한 모형실험 (A Model Experiment on the Basic Efficiency of Midwater Rope Trawl Net)

  • A model experiment on a midwater rope trawl net which is used in the North Pacific to catch alaska pollack is carried out in the circulating tank to examine the basic efficiency of the net. The prototype is the net used by M/S Hanil(1, 179GT, 2, 700PS), a Korean trawler. The model net was made according to the Tauti's Similarity Law of Fishing Gear in 1/100 scale by considering the condition of the tank. To measure the basic efficiency of the standard model net, the vertical opening and width between some points marked on the net were measured, and the hydrodynamic resistance were determined. Then the constructive conditions of the net were varied as follows and the factors were measured again to compare the efficiency of those nets with that of the standard net(A-1 type) front weight multiplied 1.5 times: A-2 type. buoyancy and depressing force multiplied 1.7 times: A-3 type. front weight multiplied 1.5 times on A-3 type: A-4 type. depressors rigged at ground rope: B type. cod-end stuffed with cashmylon wad: C type. The results obtained can be summarized as follows: 1. The vertical opening at the center of head rope was steeply decreased with the flow velocity increasing and the vertical opening H(m) can be expressed in H=1.2v super(-1.2)(v : flow velocity in m/sec). The width of the net varied a little when the flow velocity was over 0.4m/sec, and the width of net mouth showed about 37% of the distance between the fore tips of net pendant. The shape of net mouth was almost a circle at 0.2m/sec and then steeply flatted elliptically with the flow velocity increasing and the area of mouth S(m super(2)) can be expressed in S=(1.65-2.3v)$\times$10 super(-2). The hydrodynamic resistance of the net increased almost linearly with the flow velocity increasing and the resistance R(kg) can be expressed in R=3.2$\times$d/l$\times$abv. where d/l denotes the mean of d(diameter of netting twine) and l(length of a leg in a mesh) from wing tip to the end of bag-net except cod-end on the side pannel, and a denotes the strectched circumference of the net at the fore end of a meshed part and b the stretched length of the whole net from wing tip to the end of cod-end. 2. In the condition-varied nets, the vertical opening of head rope showed some increase in every type net except the C type, and the increase showed the greatest in the B type by 30~54%, whereas it showed decrease in the C type by 5~10%. Variation of the area of net mouth showed almost the same tendency as the vertical opening and the increase showed the greatest in the B type by 20%, whereas it showed decrease in the C type by 12%. Hydrodynamic resistance showed some increase in every type compared with the standard net, and the rate of increase indicated 5~10% in the A-2, A-3 and A-4 type, 22% in the B type and 3% in the C type.

가구주 근로유형과 가계저축: 예비적 저축행동 이론의 관점 (Householder's Working Type and Household Saving: A Perspective of the Precautionary Saving Behavior Theory)

  • 본 연구는 예비적 저축행동 이론의 관점에서 가구주 근로유형이 가계저축에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 근로유형별 가계저축에 미치는 영향 요인을 파악하고자 하였다. 실증분석 자료는 2009년도 한국복지패널조사(KOWEPS) 자료로, 가구주 근로유형이 상용직과 비상용직(임시직, 일용직, 공공근로)인 가계로 한정하여 2009년도 한국복지패널조사 가구 총 6,207가구 중 2,463가구를 본 연구의 실증분석에 사용하였다. 실증분석 결과, 가구주의 근로유형은 가계저축에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 예비적 저축행동 이론에서 제시하는 기대와는 일치하지 않았다. 즉, 상용직 가구주 가계가 임시직, 일용직 혹은 공공근로의 비상용직 가구주 가계보다 더 많은 예비적 저축을 하였고, 나아가 더 많은 예비적 자산을 축적하는 것으로 나타났다. 가구주 근로유형별 가계저축에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴본 결과, 가구주 근로유형별로 영향 요인 및 정도에 차이가 존재하기는 하였으나 주로 월평균 총소비지출, 부채 유무, 순자산, 빈곤 여부, 가구원수, 기초보장 유무가 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여기에서 특히 주목할 만한 것은 예비적 저축에 대한 기초보장의 정적 영향이었다.
