Effect of a flux composition on weld metal toughness in submerged arc welding with 60kgf/$\textrm{mm}^2$ grade C-Mo type wires was investigated and interpreted in terms of weld metal microstructure and hardenability. Flux workability was also studied by characterizing a weld bead profile. Compared to other weld metals, .weld metal used alumina basic flux with nickel showed lowest oxygen content, highest hardenability and the most acicular ferrite. The highest impact toughness of that weld metal, however, was attributed to the tough matrix due to the nickel rather than to the larger amount of acicular ferrite. Manganese silicate flux had better workability than alumina basic flux, showing broader welding conditions resulting in a depth-to-width ratio of 0.5. The composition of oxides in the weld metal was dependent on the flux composition, showing MnO-SiO$_2$-TiO in manganese silicate flux and MnO-SiO$_2$-Al$_2$O$_3$-TiO in alumina basic flux. MnO-SiO$_2$composition in both oxides was similar to a tephroite.

The purpose of this study was to establish the proper amount of eases according to the body type of men's bodice basic pattern. The 3 subjects in 30's men were selected for developing fitted pattern for each type. And the results of the wearing test for individual subject by distributing ease amount are as follows. The wearing test is administrated by a division of 12cm, 15m, and 18cm areas respectively after separating the fitted pattern for each type in a vertical and horizontal ways. There exists a significant difference in ease according to the measures of chest circumference of subjects. Also, it is shown that the more comfortable in function, the better visible in appearance as the ease gets proper. As to regions, the amount and ratio of ease chest circumference are increased in proportion to the size of the chest circumference. The scye depth is affected by the ease of chest circumference, while the ease of the interscye and the back breadth are lessened due to the effect of their appearances. And the side breadth is required as a buffer to complement the shortage of the interscye and the back breadth because the ease of either the interscye or the back breadth is partially transferred in motion.

The women's apparel sizing system, currently used in the Korean industry, does not reflect measurement differences associated with varying body types and age. Forty five body meaqsurements were taken on 560 subjects, whoes eages ranged from 18-24. STatistical analysis of the data was coducted by using frequences, crosstables, correlation, oneway ANOVA, Regressio analysis. The results of this study were as follow. 1. Average height of women in their early 20's is 160cm, average bust girth 82cm, average hip girth 90cm and average drop 809. The correlation between height and grth items were low and the correlation of length items in the superior and inferior body were shown to bo high respectively. 2. The average Rhrer index is 1.28 and they ussually seem to be in the thin and standard body group. 3. body types were divided by differences between hip and bust sizes. N type(medium hip), A type (large hip), H type(small hip). A classification by body type showed that N type made up 58% while a type made up 24%. 4. The garment sizes for women in their early 20's were developed. 5. The new basic blocks and garment sizes for women in their early 20's were developed as follows : Bust girth (1/2) = 76N, 76A, 79A type($\frac{1}{2}$B+ 4cm) 79N type($\frac{1}{2}$B+ 3.5cm) 82N, 85N type ($\frac{1}{2}$B +3cm) Hip girth($\frac{1}{2}$) =N type($\frac{1}{2}$H + 2~2.5cm) Atype($\frac{1}{2}$H +1.5~2cm) Waist girth($\frac{1}{2}$)=$\frac{1}{2}$W + 2-3cm Back length =extimated measure -0.5cm Front length=76A, N (Back length + 2.2cm) 79A, N(back length +2.7cm) 82N(Back length +3.2cm) 85N(Back length + 3.7cm) Sleeve length=Sleeve length +3cm.

The purpose of this study is to classify the types of men's shoulders through the criteria which represent the characteristic of men's shoulders. In addition, we introduce new bodice patterns depending on our classification. We have the fo11owing conclusions based on our sample size of 200 men's shoulders: 1. The result of factor analysis indicates that six factors are extracted and they consist of 62.3% of total variance. We then choose three factors as standard items for our classification of the shape of men's shoulders. 2. We divide the shape of shoulders into three categories: bent, slopeness, and thickness. Each category is divided into three subcategories. (a) Bent: If one's shoulders are bent forward or backward, then we call them front or back-bent type. Otherwise, they are called standard-bent type. (b) Slopeness: If one's shoulders have an easy or steep slope, then we call them easy or steep slope type. Or else, they are called standard slope type. (c) Thickness: If one's shoulders are thick or thin, then we call them thick or thin type. Otherwise, we call them standard thick type. 3. According to the frequency based on our data entries of 200 men's shoulders, we introduce five new types of men's shoulders. 76.5% of examined men's shoulders belong to one of these five types: (a) 8.0% of standard slope and back-bent type: (b) 9.5% of easy slope and standard-bent type; (c) 45.5% of standard slope and standard-bent type; (d) 5.5% of steep slope and standard-bent type; (e) 8.0% of standard slope and back-bent type. 4. The suitability of new basic bodice patterns based on the types of men's shoulders are demonstrated by the high approval rate of the subjects who participate in testing.

The KSTAR (Korea Superconducting Tokamak Advanced Research) superconducting magnet system which consists of 16 TF coils and 14 PF coils. The magnet system adopt a superconducting CICC (Cable-In-Conduit Conductor) type. The KSTAR TF CICC uses Nb$_3$Sn superconducting cable with Incoloy 908 conduit. To prepare for TF CICC jacket defect, repair welding of TF CICC is studied. And to confirm join method of TF CICC joint part, the welding method and the joint part design are also discussed.

The analysis of interference and efficiency are important phases in the design of planetary gear train. Because most planetary gear trains contain internal gear called ring gear, interferences between ring gear and planet gear should be analyzed in the step of design and manufacturing. Addendum modification coefficient, pressure angle, speed ratio between ring gear and sun gear are governing factors for interferences. In this paper, the interferences of 2K-H I type planetary gear train based on various planetary gear trains are studied. As that results, the ranges of addendum modification coefficients which would not lead to interferences is analyzed. Based on these ranges, theoretical efficiencies are investigated as 6 configurations of 2K-H I type planetary gear train, which is based on basic efficiency, and optimal addendum modification coefficients which generate the maximum efficiency of planetary gear train are presented. To prove results of theoretical efficiency analysis, experimentations are performed.

This paper introduces a data storage transport protocol internet Advanced Technology Attachment (iATA) for ATA storage devices that can be accessed over (TCP/IP) networks. As the access speed of Advanced Technology Attachment (ATA) type storage is increasing, the importance of sharing the ATA type storages over internet is also increasing. We are proposing a protocol in which we have implemented the basic ATA command set to access the ATA type remote storage devices over the TCP/IP networks.In this paper, we give basic details of the protocol and discuss the existing storage protocols which are mainly used for accessing block storage like internet Small Computer System Interface (iSCSI) Hyper Small Computer System Interface (HyperSCSI) and ATA over Ethernet (AoE).

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of basic needs and demographic variables of adult woman on the modesty and aethetics In the selection of clothes. The results of the study were as follows: 1. There are factors which have effect on variables of need. School careers have effect on physical need. Age, marriage status and household type have effect on safty need. Native community and household type have effect on self-esteem. School career, native community, household type and frequency of contact with mass media have effects on need of self-actualizing and native community has effect on the aesthetic need. 2. Physical bleed, self-esteem, self-actualization, safety need, fiequency of contact with mass media, age, native community and income have direct effect on the modesty of clothing. 3. Aethetic and self-actualization need, frequency of contact with mass media and income have direct effect on the aethetics of clothing.
