10년령의 암컷 말티즈견이 지속성 심잡음을 주증으로 내원 하였다. 환축은 2차원 색채 도플러 심초음파 및 컴퓨터 단층촬영을 통해 동맥관개존증 (PDA)으로 진단되었다. 심혈관조영술을 통해 동맥관의 형태 및 크기에 대해 정확히 평가한 뒤, 동맥관 폐쇄를 위해 경도관 coil 색전술이 실시 되었다. 환자는 단일 coil을 이용하여 동맥관의 완전폐쇄가 이루어 졌으며, 폐쇄직후 지속성 심잡음이 사라지고 잔류혈류가 관찰되지 않았다. 시술 후 합병증은 발생하지 않았다. 임상증상, 심장검사 그리고 혈청 troponin-T 농도의 정기적인 평가를 통하여 환자의 상태를 관찰 하였는데, 변화가 없었다. 결론적으로 본 증례의 경우 coil색전술을 이용한 성공적인 동맥관개존증 폐쇄술에 대한 국내 첫 증례보고이다.

Two simple algorithm modifications are made to the THRASH data retrieval program with the aim of improving analysis speed for complex Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance (FTICR) mass spectra. Instead of calculating the least-squares fit for every charge state in the backup charge state determination algorithm, only some charge states are pre-selected based on the plausibility values obtained from the FT/Patterson analysis. Second, a modification is made to skip figure-of-merit (FOM) calculations in the central m/z region between two neighboring peaks in isotopic cluster distributions, in which signal intensities are negligible. These combined modifications result in a significant improvement in the analysis speed, which reduces analysis time as much as 50% for ubiquitin (8.6 kDa, 76 amino acids) FTICR MS and MS/MS spectra at the reliability (RL) value = 0.90 and five pre-selected charge states with minimal decreases in data analysis quality (Table 3).

In this paper, arm-type lifting mechanism which is attached under the frame of truck is analyzed. The three types of motions which are divided into rotation, pure lifting and automatic tilting motions are analyzed kinematically. These motions are visualized by computer graphics using Visual Basic. This program will be used for designer to demonstrate the arm-type lifting mechanism before making real machines. Also this program can change design parameter interactively.

Owing to the Vision Statement such as Million Solar Thermal Roofs Program Korean Solar thermal Industry also can bring another shinny days Especially the more solar thermal applications such as to the Apartment Housings and Green Villages could bring a sustainable Solar Society Korea The RPA Program by the 9 Major Non-Private Energy Corporal ions and the RPS Program for the Solar Thermal Energy shall be another useful policy for the realization of Million Solar Korea era.

All steps of the curing process are automatically controlled by preseted program according to stalk positions in flue-cured tobacco. The bulk curing experiment was carried out to evaluate the effect of the basic and modified curing program in curing time schedule of two bulk models in physical properties of cured leaves in a new flue-cured tobacco variety KF 114(Wicotiano tabacum L.). The curing process of KF 114 was prolonged in yellowing and quicker in browning stage than those of NC 82. There was no significant difference in physical properties and chromatic characteristics of the cured leaves between basic and modified program at two bulk models. The ratio of normal leaf color tended to increase and the greenish leaf decreased in the modified curing program of two models, but no difference in the brownish leaf ratio was olserved between two programs.

In this paper, we write about EDISON program. We study about where to use this program. We can use this program for FEA naturally. But we study that using this program in class. Many students can't understand many mechanics of materials' problem. They want to see image such as change of beam. It can help students to understand many problem. We can use ANSYS or Abaqus. But EDISON program is better for students because of it is freeware. In this paper, I write two problem. One is peak stress of basic beam, another is shearing stress flow of I-beam. On the basis of this, EDISON program will be widely used.

Generally, bridge designers must consider variable factors in design of bridge-structures. For this reason, it was difficult to make a design program till now. However, the rapid development of computers turns it into a possible one with considering complex factors and the advance of computer's language make us design programming. When we use the automatic design program including structural analysis(FEM), we can save the time and effort. Additionally, the automatic design program was generated to reduce the man' errors. Therefore, in this paper, the automatic design program of the Prestressed Concrete Slab Bridge was developed. This design program will support bridge designers with time that they can spend on a creative and efficient duty for development of design.

최근 전력규모의 확대에 따라 안정된 전력의 공급을 위협하는 전력계통의 고장이 급속히 증가되고 있으며, 그중 단락전류의 계산에 대하여 지금까지는 대부분 수작업으로 계산을 하여왔다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 종전의 수작업에 의존하여 단락용량 계산서를 작성했던 방법을 Visual Basic을 접목시켜 프로그램화하여 사용함으로서 전기설비에 대한 차단 용량 값을 정확하게 산출하여 계통도 안정 및 부하설비에 대한 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있도록 하였다. 앞으로 이에 대한 연구는 전기설비관련 분야의 설계 및 시공분야에서 폭넓게 사용하게 될 것이다.

이 연구의 목적은 발명교육을 운영하는 다양한 교육기관에서 발명교육 프로그램을 설계하고 준비할 때 활용할 수 있는 기초적 평가준거를 제시하여 발명교육의 효과와 효율성을 높이기 위함이다. 이에 따른 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발명교육 프로그램의 단계는 '계획(Planning), 준비(Preparation), 과정(Process), 산출(Product)'의 4단계로 '4P 단계'로 명명하였다. 둘째, 발명교육 프로그램의 계획 단계 평가 영역은 '목표 설정, 요구 분석', 교육과정 설계'이다. 준비 단계 평가 영역은 '발명교육 프로그램 개발, 인적 자원 확보, 물적 자원 확보'이다. 과정 단계 평가 영역은 '프로그램 운영, 프로그램 관리, 학습자 관리'이다. 산출 단계 평가 영역은 '교육 실적, 성취 결과, 교육 평가'이다. 이상의 발명교육 프로그램 평가준거는 발명교육 프로그램의 질을 제고하고 관리할 수 있는 역할을 할 것으로 판단된다. 또한, 다양한 발명교육 기관에서의 환류와 관계 전문가들의 타당화 과정을 통한 조정과정을 거쳐 최종적으로 발명교육 프로그램의 평가준거를 개발하는데 기초 자료가 될 것으로 판단된다.

Purpose: This aim of the present study was to assess a newly developed education program for HIV/AIDS counseling nurses. Methods: An education program was developed based on literature reviews, previous project analysis, focus group interview and expert meetings. The program comprised of 3 levels: basic, advanced, and intensive, which included 80, 70, and 60 hours of education, respectively. From May to December in 2012, 17 counseling nurses completed the program and we evaluated their learning achievements, attitudes towards AIDS, confidence in consultation, empathic ability, and training sessions. We also measured the nurses' satisfaction with the program before and after completion. Results: After completing a monthly education program lasting 12-15 hours, the nurses' mean learning achievement was 88.5%, 88.3% and 91.4% out of the basic, advanced, and intensive levels, respectively. Although the nurses' attitudes towards AIDS did not change, their confidence and empathic abilities increased following the basic and intensive components of the programs. Satisfaction with the educational sessions and program operation was 4.23 out of 5.0. Conclusion: This newly developed education program for HIV/AIDS counseling nurses promoted learning achievements as well as, confidence and empathic ability in consultation. HIV/AIDS counseling nurses should receive continuous education opportunities to enhance their potential.
