패션브랜드 판매원의 판매서비스와 조직구성원 관계가 직무성과와 직무만족에 미치는 영향 연구 (The Effects of Sales Services and Organizational Member Relationships of Fashion Brand Salesperson on Job Performance and Job Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study was to reveal the effects of sales services and organizational member relationships of fashion brand salespersons on job performance and job satisfaction, as well as how job performance, job satisfaction, salesperson services, and organizational member relationships differ according to the sales career and job position. The data were collected by administering a questionnaire to fashion brand salespeople in Gwangju from September to October 2020. Using 235 responses, the data were analyzed with SPSS 27.0 for frequency analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, factor analysis, and regression analysis. The research results were as follows. First, the basic services of the salesperson comprised factors such as 'consideration and convenience', 'appearance and dress', and 'kindness and greeting', which are considered better variables to explain job performance than job satisfaction. Second, the salesperson's professional service consisted of 'fashion product knowledge', 'professional self-management', and 'store display technology' factors, which are good variables to predict job performance. Third, the relationship between the members of a salesperson's organization consists of factors such as 'headquarters relations', 'colleague relations', and 'emotional labor', which was better for explaining job satisfaction than job performance. Fourth, depending on the position, professional salespeople exhibited significantly higher values in job performance, basic and professional services of salespersons, and 'headquarters relations' factors, whereas there were no significant differences in job satisfaction, 'colleague relations' and 'emotional labor'. Lastly, the more sales career, the higher the job performance, and the basic services, professional services, and 'headquarters relations' factors of salespeople were also good.

Influence of Dental Hygienist's Job Satisfaction, Psychological Ownership, and Job Engagement on Job Performance

  • Background: This study is to identify the factors that affect job satisfaction, psychological ownership, and job engagement of dental hygienists on job performance and use them as basic data for manpower management of dental hygienists. Methods: The survey was conducted by 344 clinical dental hygienists working in dental medical institutions. The collected data is PASW Statistics ver. 20.0 was used to analyze. Results: The job satisfaction level of the dental hygienist was 3.38±0.52, and the question that 'I feel that my ability to solve problems has improved compared to the past.' was 3.92±0.80. There were significant differences in job satisfaction, psychological ownership, and job engagement according to general characteristics in age, marriage, education, career, current work experience, and position. There were significant differences in job performance according to general characteristics in age, marriage, education, career, current work experience, position, and number of dental hygienists. Factors influencing job performance were practical activities, income, patient relations, absorption, vigor, dedication, and the number of dental hygienists. Conclusion: Finding different ways to use psychological ownership and job engagement through the job satisfaction of a dental hygienist, and to and to utilize it as basic data for efficient manpower management through job performance.

임상치과위생사의 포커싱적 태도가 직무수행능력에 미치는 영향 (The effect of focusing manner on job performance by clinical dental hygienists)

  • This study was undertaken to confirm the relationship between the manner of focus and job performance of clinical dental hygienists. A survey was conducted, and the results of the survey were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. As a result, in the correlation between job performance ability and focusing manner and appreciation of the experience process, which are sub-factors of job performance ability and focusing manner, r=.161 (p<0.1) and appropriate distance r=.229 (p<0.1) indicated a positive (+) correlation. Multiple regression analysis revealed that the factors that have the greatest influence on job performance are type of workplace (β=-0.381), focusing attitude (β=0.166), marital status (β=-0.156), and age (β=0.152). Therefore, by confirming the relationship between focusing and job performance ability, we intend to provide the basic data necessary to prepare measures to improve dental hospital management and job performance.

공기업 직무급여제도 전환 연구 (The Change of Job Wage System in Public Sector)

  • 직무급은 "업무를 수행하는 사람의 특징에 관계없이 직무의 가치에 따라 기본급이 결정되는 보상체계"이다. 2016년 근로자들의 정년이 60세 법제화의 영향으로 임금체계 개선을 시도하고 있다. 문재인정부에서는 전 정부에서 도입된 성과연봉제를 직무급제도로의 전환을 시도하고 있다. 즉, 연공급여에서 성과연봉도입, 그리고 직무급제도로의 전환이 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구는 최근 공공 기관들의 직무급여의 전환과 관련하여 사례기관을 조사 분석하였다. 즉, 성과연봉제 관련 직원들의 인식을 바탕으로 성과연봉제의 직무급제도로의 전환 관련 내용을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 성과연봉제에 전반에 대한 부정적 인식이 강한 점과 직무급제도로의 전환 또한 반대가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 문제의 개선을 위해서는 성과연봉제와 직무급의 부정적 인식전환을 위한 노력, 성과 및 직무에 대한 공정한 평가기준 마련 등 관련 문제 개선, 직무급전환에 반대하는 직원 설득 등의 노력이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

발달장애인의 직무수행도와 직업능력의 상관관계 연구 (A Study on the Correlation between Job performance and Vocational abilities of People with developmental disabilities)

  • 본 연구는 발달장애인의 수동휠체어 사후관리 직무수행도를 조사하고 직무수행도와 직업능력 간의 관계를 알아보기 위하여 실시되었다. 이를 위해 보조기기사후관리 직업훈련 프로그램에 참여한 발달장애인 9명을 대상으로 상황평가와 직업능력평가를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 비모수 통계처리하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 17개 직무로 구성된 수동휠체어 사후관리의 전체 직무수행도는 평균 80.87%였으며 발받침 세척, 팔걸이 세척, 앞바퀴 분해 및 조립 직무의 수행도가 비교적 높았다. 수동휠체어 사후관리의 전체 직무수행도는 시각폐쇄, 운동감각 통합, 기초개념과 양의 상관관계가 있었다(p<.05). 본 연구에서 확인된 직무수행도와 직업능력의 관련성은 발달장애인의 직업훈련 및 직무배치의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이며, 보조공학과 직업재활 분야의 융합으로 활성화되고 있는 보조기기사후관리 직무의 지역사회 확산에 유용할 것으로 기대된다.

초임 보건교사의 직무수행 어려움과 직무만족도에 대한 인식 (School Novice Health Teachers' Perception of Job Performance Difficulties and Job Satisfaction)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to determine the correlation between job performance difficulties and job satisfaction that novice health teachers experienced in a new school environment, and provide the basic data necessary for policy development. Methods: Data were collected from 196 novice health teachers without in-service training program for the qualification of 1st grade and with less than four years of work experience in Korea. The self-report questionnaire consisted of general characteristics, perception of difficulties in job performance, and job satisfaction. The data were analyzed using the x2 test, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Results: Novice health teachers had the most difficulty in health education during their job performance, whereas teachers without hospital clinical experience encountered difficulties in health management. Those with less than two years of teaching experience or no experience of being contract health teachers had higher job performance difficulties. The results revealed that the lack of experience in performance at a school site had a considerable influence on the difficulty in job performance. In terms of job satisfaction, novice health teachers had the highest satisfaction with status recognition and the lowest satisfaction with their tasks in charge. Additionally, as the difficulty in job performance increased, job satisfaction decreased. Conclusion: The study results indicated the need for training to provide novice health teachers with sufficient experience in job performance before being placed in a school. The provision of support to respond to difficulties in job performance will improve job satisfaction and contribute not only to the development of novice health teachers, but also to the improvement of the quality of school health.

임상간호사의 기본심리욕구, 셀프리더십, 직무스트레스가 간호업무 성과에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Clinical Nurses's Basic Psychological Need, Self-Leadership and Job Stress on Nursing Performance)

  • 본 연구는 임상간호사의 기본심리욕구, 셀프리더십, 직무스트레스가 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구다. 연구대상자는 2016년 2월부터 2016년 3월까지 P시와 D도에 소재한 3차 의료기관에 근무하는 간호사 160명을 할당표집 하였으며, 자료수집은 자가보고 설문지법을 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/WIN 18.0프로그램으로 t-test와 분산분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석의 방법을 이용하였다. 연구결과 간호업무성과는 일반적 특성 중 연령, 결혼여부, 임상경력, 직위, 근무형태에 따라, 셀프리더십은 연령, 결혼여부, 종교, 임상경력, 직위와 근무위형에 따라, 직무스트레스는 직위에 따라 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 간호업무성과는 기본심리욕구(r=.59, p<.001), 자율성(r=.31, p<.001), 유능감(r=.68, p<.001), 관계성(r=.48, p<.001, 셀프리더십(r=.58, p<.001) 및 직무스트레스(r=.19, p<.05)와 정적상관 관계가 있었다. 간호업무성과에 대하여 기본심리욕구(${\beta}$=.43), 셀프리더십(${\beta}$=.33), 직무스트레스(${\beta}$=.21)은 47.3%의 설명력을 보였다. 본 연구결과 기본심리욕구, 셀프리더십, 직무스트레스는 간호업무성과를 향상시키는 것으로 확인되었다. 그러므로 임상간호사의 간호업무 향상을 위한 간호사의 기본심리욕구와 셀프리더십을 증가시키기 위한 프로그램 개발이 요구된다.

사무직 근로자의 DISC 행동유형에 따른 직무만족, 조직몰입 및 직무성과 (The Effects of DISC Behavior Styles of Office Workers on Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Job Performance)

  • Purpose: In this research, we recognized the effects of DISC behavior styles of office workers on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job performance, and tried to present a basic data for designing an efficient working system and enhancing the quality of personal life by applying them in the real office work environment. Methods: A survey was conducted for 315 office workers in D city from Jan. 28th to May 30th 2010, and the collected data were analyzed with the SPSS/WIN 17.0. Results: 1. The differences on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job performance according to the general characteristics of subjects, were significant except for the gender in job satisfaction and education in organizational commitment. 2. Relationships in job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job performance of subjects, showed positive correlation. 3. Job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job performance according to the DISC behavior styles, were generally not significant. However, some questions were characterized by the DISC types. Conclusion: It is necessary to seek an efficient design method by identifying the differences of individual behavior types to enhance job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job performance of office workers, and such an effective job design should be made at the organizational level.

응급실 간호사의 공감피로와 간호업무수행 및 직무 스트레스 (Nursing Performance, Compassion Fatigue, and Job Stress in Emergency Room Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was a descriptive correlation research to identify the relationships between nursing performance, compassion fatigue, and job stress in emergency room nurses and to provide basic data on reducing job stress in emergency room nurses. Methods: For the research, this study collected data from August 4 to September 26 with 133 nurses who worked at emergency rooms at 3 general hospitals in Gyeonggi-do with 500 beds, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient with the SPSS 21.0 program. Results: Correlation analysis between nursing performance, compassion fatigue, and job stress demonstrated that the job stress had a significant positive correlation with compassion fatigue and nursing performance. On the other hand, there was no statistically significant correlation between compassion fatigue and nursing performance. Conclusion: The study results showed that the emergency room nurse experienced job stress due to intensive compassion fatigue and nursing performance. Thus, it is necessary to develop intervention programs to reduce job stress in emergency room nurses by alleviating compassion stress and having moderate level of nursing performance.

헤어미용 서비스 종사자의 긍정심리자본이 직무성과와 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 대한 융합적 연구 (A convergence study on the effects of positive psychological capital on job performance and job satisfaction of hair beauty service workers)

  • 본 연구는 헤어미용 서비스 종사자의 긍정심리 자본이 직무성과와 직무만족에 미치는 영향의 차이를 파악하여 헤어미용 서비스 교육의 활성화를 도모할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행하였다. 이를 위해 연구는 헤어미용 서비스 종사자의 긍정심리자본이 직무성과와 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하고자 광주·대구·경북지역 헤어미용 서비스에 종사하는 280명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과, 헤어미용 서비스 종사자의 긍정심리자본은 직무성과와 직무만족에 영향을 미치며, 긍정심리자본 하위요인 중 희망과 낙관주의는 직무성과와 직무만족 모두에서 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 헤어미용 서비스 종사자의 긍정심리자본을 강화하기 위해 직무성과와 직무만족을 증진할 수 있는 융합적인 프로그램 개발과 전략을 마련하여 헤어미용 서비스 분야에 적용해야 할 것이다.
