The primary purposes of this study are to introduce knowledge management as a new paradigm and understand the knowledge management system that assists a company and its organization on the whole in adopting knowledge management. In order to do that, the studies associated with knowledge management are analyzed. Then, the concept of knowledge and knowledge management are examined. In addition. knowledge management process. tools, resources and services are explored as key components in designing a system. This study can be utilized as a basic material when knowledge management programs are designed.

Recently, the size of wind farms is becoming larger, and the integration of high wind generation resources into power gird is becoming more important. Due to intermittency of wind generating resources, it is an essential to predict power outputs. In this paper, we introduce the basic concept of curvilinear regression, which is one of the method of wind power prediction. The empirical data, wind farm power output in Jeju Island, is considered to verify the proposed prediction model.

Today the corporate environment is changing rapidly in a standpoint of politics, economics, society and technology environment. So corporates need a management strategy in another point of view. As a new menagement strategy it is introduced corporate culture. The corporate culture should be built with the core of CI, in order to be adapted to peripheral circumstances of the company. The purpose of this thesis is to contribute to manage the systematic management of corporate image by inquiring into corporate identity. Through the research of the deluxe hotels in seoul it is tried to find hotel CI-concept. As a result, the knowledge level of hotel managers is a little low and considered simply as the modification of basic elements and development of a visual idenification system. The emphasis must be on the coordination and integration to create a desired coroporate image and to communicate this image created for the target audience in a systematic and unified mannr.

This study dealt with approaches in architecture and music in the contemporary situation characterized by accidence and uncertainty through Pierre Boulez and Rem Koolhaas' works. First of all, we examined basic positions with starting from zero degree breaking from fixed ideas and with relative neutrality. Then, from a methodological aspect, we inquired into 1) anti-hierarchical objective approach, 2) accidental approach to form. 3) diagram of structure and event, and 4) the use of selective routes. Lastly, from a receptive aspect, we dealt with the space of pluralistic perspective and works in progress. The two persons used chaosmos approach that enables adjustment and control through structure defining the relationship with accidence or chaos. With the approach, they created works in progress or open works that have a pluralistic viewpoint working in the field of specific relation and the concept of endless regeneration.

By personally visiting a location, we have a much more complete and accurate feel and understanding of the interior design, then we can receive from pictures or descriptions. Because of this, in researching the history of interior design, it is impossible to experience the space in the design by not viewing it in persov. Instead, we must experience it indrectly through the use of descriptive language. Therefore it is important to deliver our meaning of the space in the interior design through clear and specific modern language rather than using classic language, which could be more confusing. In this study, the 7 most basic items of invariability among Bruno Zevi's modern language has been applied to describe the space in Wright's historical Prairie House. Thereupon, Wright's interior design concept and essential point is grasped through the analyzing of his space with modern language. Bruno Zevi's 7 items of invariability are suggested as an alternative which can deliver a clear and scientific meaning of interior desigv.

The worthness of life of an elderly person is a subjective thing that is based on the individual's sense of values, and it depends on what he or she pursues in life. Therefore, the quality of life is a relative concept and it varies according to individual tastes and changes of values resulted from changes of social framework. The purpose of this study is to furnish information about the basic plan for the increase of Q.O.L. There are three methods used in this study. First is to understand the structure and the factors related to Q.O.L by research and documents. Second, site survey and analysis of urban and rural areas, for example Seoul and Jochiwon, and third, study the condition of the old using SPSS. The result of study to enrich the Q.O.L of the old can be categorized into two ways. First, the old themselves has to satisfy the image of the old who has a high Q.O.L. Second, the community has to support the proper environment for the old to get worth of life.

In this paper, we investigate the insertion-of-factors-property (simply, IFP) on skew polynomial rings, introducing the concept of strongly ${\sigma}-IFP$ for a ring endomorphism ${\sigma}$. A ring R is said to have strongly ${\sigma}-IFP$ if the skew polynomial ring R[x;${\sigma}$] has IFP. We examine some characterizations and extensions of strongly ${\sigma}-IFP$ rings in relation with several ring theoretic properties which have important roles in ring theory. We also extend many of related basic results to the wider classes, and so several known results follow as consequences of our results.

Let R be a commutative ring with 1 ≠ 0. In this paper, we introduce a subclass of the class of 1-absorbing primary ideals called the class of strongly 1-absorbing primary ideals. A proper ideal I of R is called strongly 1-absorbing primary if whenever nonunit elements a, b, c ∈ R and abc ∈ I, then ab ∈ I or c ∈ ${\sqrt{0}}$. Firstly, we investigate basic properties of strongly 1-absorbing primary ideals. Hence, we use strongly 1-absorbing primary ideals to characterize rings with exactly one prime ideal (the UN-rings) and local rings with exactly one non maximal prime ideal. Many other results are given to disclose the relations between this new concept and others that already exist. Namely, the prime ideals, the primary ideals and the 1-absorbing primary ideals. In the end of this paper, we give an idea about some strongly 1-absorbing primary ideals of the quotient rings, the polynomial rings, and the power series rings.

The size of leisure space has been determined on the basis of the annual and peak day's number of visitor, turnover rate, and size per visitor. But the past models have no theoretical base and practical errors on the many cases. So, this study was carried out to build and test a new theoretical model for selecting a optimal size of theme park. The basic concept of the model building is the break-even point analysis of cost-volume-profit relation. That is, Gain-Loss of theme park is determined by marginal profit and fixed cost by size. YongIn Farmland was selected as a model test case.

The purpose of this paper is to study on the architectural value in Dom-Ino system. Dom-Ino system by Le Corbusier is a structural system for effective production in terms of physical reproductivity and a modeling system from the view of formal composition. It creates planar grid with a fixed ratio, manipulates the user group, and becomes the basic construction method. Form comes out of geometrical proportion system, and grid-based plan provides regularity and order to elevation planning. Production requires standardization. Indoor space is maintained by uniformed and integrated service facilities. Dom-Ino system was a transitional step of the Modulor system which was created by Le Corbusier in 1945 and composes of and equivalent proportional system. The fact that the numerical proportion system is the one of appropriate design methods implys a progressive concept that architectural configurations are controlled by the technology of that time. And also the system is one of the object type of Corbusier's housing architecture.
