The purpose of this study was to establish the concept of self-management in beauty service experts through two integrated research methods of open-ended questionnaires and focus group interview. For data collection, an open-ended questionnaire was conducted for 151 beauty service experts located in Seoul·Gyeonggi-do, and a focus group interview was conducted with 8 experts in beauty experts to collect data. Accordingly, the results derived through a series of research procedures are as follows. First, as a result of the inductive content analysis of the open questionnaire, the self-management of beauty service experts was derived into four types of intellectual management: health management, interpersonal management, appearance management, and technology management. Second, in the results of the focus group interview, the inductive content analysis was more validly supported, and the beauty service field-centered interview cases were dealt with in-depth, resulting in two additional attributes of contactless management and knowledge management. The results of this study can be used as basic data for establishing strategies for life as a successful professional of beauty service workers and developing self-management measurement tools for beauty service experts.

Analyzing the psychological and pedagogical literature, we found the researchers' interest in the problem posed. The concept of "culture of professional communication» is considered, which is interpreted as the level of realization of creative abilities, exchange of messages, organization of mutual understanding, mutual knowledge in the process of professionally directed interaction between subjects, in which interpersonal relationships arise, manifest and form. The concept of "professional culture of communication of a teacher" is interpreted. The motives that are socially significant in the professional communication of the teacher are highlighted. The necessity of forming a culture of professional communication among students, in particular by means of information technologies in the present, is clarified. The interactive component of professional communication is considered. The types of interactions between people in everyday life (ritual and entertainment interaction, joint purposeful activity, no interaction, game and interpersonal interaction) are identified. Traditional and specific forms and methods of teaching are written out. All interactive technologies carried out by means of information technologies are conventionally divided into four groups, depending on the form of educational activity appropriate for their use (pair (work of the subject with the teacher or peers one on one by means of Information Technologies); frontal (the teacher simultaneously teaches a group of subjects by means of Information Technologies); group or cooperative (all subjects teach each other by means of Information Technologies); individual (independent work of the subject using Information Technologies)). In the higher education institution, future specialists should learn knowledge, acquire skills on the basic rules of the culture of professional communication and methods of interaction and their effective use, which is possible with the use of Information Technologies. Recommendations for optimal professional communication have been developed that help you express your thoughts easily and beautifully, and conduct a dialogue in a relaxed and harmonious way.
This study differentiated it from previous studies by selecting Chinese lifestyle shops in the current situation where lifestyle shops are rapidly emerging due to the increase in single-person households in China and changes in consumption patterns. The purpose of this study is to present basic data for establishing VMD strategies for domestic lifestyle shops wishing to enter China through the analysis of the characteristics of VMD elements. The results of this study are as follows.The research results are as follows. In the display elements of the VMD of Chinese lifestyle shops-GAROSU, CH'IN, and Nome, the appliances and props used differentiated shapes and materials according to the product concept and design. There seemed to be a difference depending on the concept of the lifestyle shop. Also, there were differences in the form of VP and the presentation method of PP and IP in VP, PP, and IP according to the store product group and the amount of products displayed in the presentation element. In a follow-up study, it is considered meaningful to conduct a study on domestic lifestyle shops and a comparative analysis of VMD between Chinese and domestic lifestyle shops.
Matter is a basic concept that students should understand during their science classes. However, many difficulties are associated with understanding the concepts of matter due to its abstraction. In this study, the elementary school students' understanding of the concept of matter and the examples of matter and non-matter are investigated and analyzed by grade. The subjects of this study were 418 students from third grade to sixth grade. The survey was conducted using a free-response questionnaire comprising three questions. The results are as follows. First, the elementary school students' conceptions of matter were "materials that make up objects," "what can be seen and touched," and "solid, liquid, and gas." As the grade increased, the explanations for a material decreased and the explanations for the state of matter increased. Furthermore, only few students explained matter in terms of mass and volume. Second, solids were the most common examples of matter presented by the students, and liquids and gases were included in the upper grades. However, there were many cases in the upper grades where students were unable to distinguish between objects and matter. Third, non-matter was properly presented by the 6th graders as compared to the other graders, and in many cases, objects, liquids, and gases were mentioned as non-matter. Fourth, it was found that the students' conceptions of matter influenced the examples of matter and non-matter that they presented.
In the development of existing games, it is judged that virtual world production was done by arranging game elements one by one. What is noteworthy here is the question of whether quality virtual worlds were efficiently produced in preparation for investment. In this study, we propose a methodology that can build an efficient virtual world based on the concept of modularization in an unreal engine. First, precedents were analyzed and five reference elements for modularization were extracted. In addition, the concept of an instance production pipeline was proposed by dividing it into four stages, and the minimum-unit instance modules for urban virtual world production were compressed into four. Finally, an urban virtual world constructed based on the minimum unit module and reference elements was implemented and presented. In conclusion, research on the production method centered on this efficiency is thought to be able to focus the time that designers or artists had to spend on production only on ideas and creativity. The limitations of the research are that the basic minimum module is limited to the city, and the derived reference elements and production pipelines have not been verified when implementing them with an unreal engine. Therefore, it is expected that various virtual world creation plans will be derived through more advanced modular research.
This study is a descriptive research study conducted to find out the level of perception of the good death among nursing students and compare sub-factors among the perceptions of a good death. As for the research method, 102 people who explained the purpose of the study and agreed to participate were conveniently recruited. As a research tool, 'Measure of concept of a Good Death' by Schwartz et al. (2003) was translated by Lee (2017), and the research was conducted through online. For data analysis, statistical techniques such as descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, t-test, and one-way ANOVA of the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 program were used. Factors showing average differences in scores for each of the three sub-factors of good death awareness were derived from the experience of clinical practice. The mean of good death (3.13±0.36 points) of nursing students who experienced clinical practice was statistically significantly higher than that of students without clinical practice experience (2.90±0.31 points) (t=3.156, p=.002). In particular, the mean of good death for 'closure' was statistically significantly higher for those with experience in clinical practice (3.46±0.39 points) than those without experience (3.16±0.37 points) (t=3.476, p=.001). Through this study, it was confirmed that nursing students' perception of a good death differed depending on whether or not they were in clinical practice. The results of this study are expected to provide basic data for the establishment of effective educational strategies for the perception of good death in nursing students.
The purpose of this study is to develop community design evaluation factors for sustainable urban regeneration and to suggest considerations for sustainable community design by analyzing excellent community design cases. Through literature review, previous studies on the concept and core items of sustainable urban regeneration, and the concept and components of community design were considered. In addition, evaluation indicators for sustainable community design were developed in the socio-economic, physical, environmental, historical and cultural dimensions through the analysis of the linkage with the evaluation factors of community design through the analysis of previous studies. The evaluation index consists of 3 evaluation items and 9 items including social performance and participation at the social level, economic feasibility at the economic level, environmental characteristics at the physical and environmental level, accessibility, contextuality, locality at the historical and cultural level, identity, and artistry. Includes dog evaluation factors. Reliability and effectiveness are secured through the developed evaluation index and detailed description and expert verification. Exploratory factor analysis and expert interviews were conducted through the survey, and as a result of the analysis, the stability and Cronbach'α coefficients were verified, and the validity of the community design evaluation index considering sustainable urban regeneration was recognized through expert interview. The results of this study are considered meaningful in that they can provide basic data for the improvement of community design for sustainable urban regeneration in the future.

This paper aims to identify the characteristics implied in the process of change of Stephen Sondheim's musical style and to derive the structural communication tools that connect the creator and audience and the implications. The strategies that appear in Sondheim's musical works are the following. First, Sondheim's early musical works follow the principles of book musical and emphasize the integration faithful to the basic elements such as the rhythm and meaning of the lyrics. Second, in the era of early postmodernism, Sondheim attempts the principle of extreme deconstruction through the concept musical Company and pursues rational thought through fragmented dramatic flow. Third, while maintaining dramatic linearity to overcome the lack of immersion caused by extreme deconstruction, Sondheim realizes a more elaborate and formalized fusion style of the principles of integration and deconstruction through the choruses and the songs of the characters in Little Night Music and Sweeney Todd. Finally, Sondheim attempts multiple experiments to break down the boundaries of act and scene and to express new subject matters through his works such as Sunday Park with George and Into the Woods. In conclusion, Sondheim's fusion experiments and strategies are the process of finding a framework and a medium of communication to induce dramatic immersion of audience and at the same time create rational thinking about social problems to deliver the message of the creative work with the leading aesthetics of the modern musical's box-office success.
purpose of this study was to analyze high school chemistry teachers perception of the Chemistry I & Chemistry II in the 7th national curriculum and their demands on the revision of curriculum. A nationwide survey was administered to obtain the responses from 108 high school chemistry teachers. More than half of the participants thought the current curriculum of Chemistry I and Chemistry II needed revising. As the results, a major drawback of Chemistry I was a difficulty in explaining phenomena due to absence of basic concepts, and that of Chemistry II was an excess of the contents for high school science courses. Unfortunately, it was found out that inquiry activities existed only in name, especially in case of Chemistry II. Regarding the manner of content organization of Chemistry I in new curriculum, demand on a concept-based approach outnumbered theme-based approach. For revising Chemistry, the majority of participants demanded basic chemistry concepts to be introduced, without supplementation of quantitative approaches and deepening level of concepts. An urgent request for Chemistry II was reducing content by shifting relevant concepts to Chemistry I. Implications for high school chemistry education including revising curriculum were discussed.
Central Asia has great growth potential for cooperation as the Korean Official Development Assistance (ODA) program expands and diversifies. In the case of the forest sector, Korea's successful greening experience has attracted interest from countries in Central Asia. In particular, the depletion of the Aral Sea and a widespread environmental degradation should motivate regional cooperation as well as highlights the need to establish a multilateral cooperative system. The limitation of existing bilateral cooperation, which is the limitation of South-South cooperation, is underscored by the engagement of new donors or the multilateral cooperation and triangular cooperation of organizations is receiving new attention. In addition, Central Asia is suitable for implementing the basic concepts of triangular cooperation. Korea is able to make complementary regional agreements using friendly partnerships with Kazakhstan (the Emerging Donor) and Uzbekistan (the second South Korean Focus Country of ODA). To reinterpret the basic concept of triangular cooperation, three regional cooperation strategies for Central Asia are proposed in this study: windbreak forest development to guarantee resident settlement, resident income increase, and protection of the Aral Sea from further degradation.
