Now, the goal of the third generation KTX project is to create a new species of high speed train in order to open a new era of high speed railway system in history by authentic Korean technology and innovative design. Now the third generation KTX, must go beyond the original stagnant paradigm and be positioned as an emotional resource which is creating a shift in the public's perspective of transportation and expanding the idea that transportation intersects the two distinct realms of culture and environment as well. In addition, the overall design should reflect the Korean culture and characteristics, simple yet resonant, both the interior space and the exterior fuselage should portray the dynamic heritage of Korea such as the powerful yet subdued energy of Jung Joong Dong. In short, through the symbolic in Korean, Dong(Dynamics), Mek(Pulse), Ryu(Flow), Gam(Sensibility), the third generation KTX design project aims to create an new identity of Korean high speed railway which can stand globally.

Motor is energy converting system to generate mechanical force from electrical power and there are various typed motors in home, office, factory, vehicles, aircraft, shipping, etc. Recently in compliance with performance and reliability and the applications of variable speed motors with invert driver are expanded. Almost high power inverter have IGBT and IGBT's fault cause motor system fault. If we can calculate and foresee troubles of IGBT, we can protect accident caused by motor system fault. In this paper, the deterioration test method of IGBT devices is proposed and the test results of proposed method are shown by evaluated equipment. The basic concept of proposed method is current-voltage characteristic curve test between drain and source of IGBT in open state. The applied voltage type is ramp and it is confirmed that the current-voltage curvet pattern of IGBT in open state represents IGBT's deterioration state.

Basic concept of a cold neutron source for a 30 MW heavy water moderated reactor (HANARO) is developed. The source is a cold bottle located in a vertical hole near the reactor core. Since the bottle does not have sufficient volume for cooling, the optimum liquid mixture ratio is studied between liquid hydrogen and liquid deuterium. We also studied the variation of the gain depending on the volume of the bottle. The calculation is performed by a coupled MCNP model and by a semi-analytic approach. For the current geometry, 80% liquid deuterium mixture with liquid hydrogen gives the highest gain at 10 A neutron wave.

Let R be a commutative ring with 1 ≠ 0, n be a positive integer and M be an R-module. In this paper, we introduce the concept of weakly quasi n-absorbing submodule which is a proper generalization of quasi n-absorbing submodule. We define a proper submodule N of M to be a weakly quasi n-absorbing submodule if whenever a ∈ R and x ∈ M with 0 ≠ aⁿ x ∈ N, then aⁿ ∈ (N :_R M) or a^n-1 x ∈ N. We study the basic properties of this notion and establish several characterizations.

In this knowledge based society, the circulation of knowledge and information is more and more increasing. Terms, as denominations of every specialized concept, has grown in quantity and there are considerable amount of foreign terminology coming to settle down in Korean language. Since terminologies quickly generate and be extinguished, it is important to translate in appropriate way at the very first phase of terminology implementation. This article aims to elaborate the typology of korean terminology translation forms, and propose some guidelines for terminology formation and translation methodology. ISO terminology principle and other institutes' propositions for term formation as well as translational theories constitute two basic columns of the guidelines.

In past patriarchal societies, childbearing was considered the sole possession of women. At a time when women were struggling to move into society, the concept of parenting as the mainstay of the capitalist economic society and the head of the family has naturally been taken for granted by a woman named "housewife." Since the role of male babies is as important as that of females, Fathers are trying to promote the importance of the effects of fathers due to active participation in childcare and help change old perceptions of the past. Men also know the importance of participating in childcare in early childhood, but often do not know what their children want or why they cry due to lack of basic child care knowledge and lack of education. We tried to give fathers the meaning of indirect experience and change their perception of parenting by producing interactive VR content, which is completed with dad's participation, so that they can experience the child in person. In addition, through familiar childcare professional product advertisement and 360 degree stereo sound. It is made to immerse in the game to gain persuasive effect, inducing fathers to have interest and interest in childrearing.

Stealth means the reduction of all signature including the reflection/emission of radar, infrared, visible light and audio signals. Stealth aircraft can significantly improve the penetration capability, the combat survivability and the mission effectiveness. This paper presents the basic concept, the key elements and the application examples of stealth aircraft technology. Also it briefly describes the effect of the modern stealth aircraft on the future air warfare.

The purpose of this study is to design and apply a simple game that can visually experience basic concepts of game mathematics in order to teach game mathematics effectively. To do this, simple games linked with game mathematical theory are to be developed by utilizing the functions provided by Unity so that students could actively learn game mathematics. To demonstrate the plausibility of this approach, "Bouncing Ball Game" was developed to understand the concept of periodicity of trigonometric functions. As a result, students were able to effectively learn how mathematical concepts related to ball movements applied to the game.

This paper proposes a new class of distribution using the concept of exponentiated of distribution function that provides a more flexible model to the baseline model. It also proposes a new lifetime distribution with different types of hazard rates such as decreasing, increasing and bathtub. After studying some basic statistical properties and parameter estimation procedure in case of complete sample observation, we have studied point and interval estimation procedures in presence of type-II censored samples under a classical as well as Bayesian paradigm. In the Bayesian paradigm, we considered a Gibbs sampler under Metropolis-Hasting for estimation under two different loss functions. After simulation studies, three different real datasets having various nature are considered for showing the suitability of the proposed model.

New business start-up in blue ocean area is boomed in Korea, because sedulousness of people and high household saving rate which are basis of the economic development are getting lower, and propensity of the consumption and debt in household are getting higher. This article is refers that what is success factors of new business start-up in blue ocean through investigating the theoretical concept and the success cases. As a result, the success factors of new business start-up are categorized as environmental factors, strategical factors, organizational factors, personal factors, and factors of growing-up stages. In order not only to identify the success factors, but also to avoid failure, it is important that the basic principle should be followed ; Specifying the objectives, Balancing the fund, Meeting good biz-partners, Analysis of the market and Advice of the experts.
