  • The main purpose of the article is to study the features of the impact of social and digital changes on the system of government regulation of banking acitivity. The digital economy sets the vector along which socio-economic systems of micro-, meso-, macro-levels will develop in the long term, which necessitates research and a comprehensive analysis of digital transformation processes. Once a priority for individual innovative companies, today digital transformation has become a mass phenomenon, and the corresponding projects are vital for the success of not only individual companies, but also regions and countries. At the same time, this transformation itself is closely connected with the trend of servicing socio-economic systems and is largely implemented on its basis. Moreover, this relationship and the mechanism for its implementation remain insufficiently studied, which necessitates the development of tools for its identification, assessment and management. As a result of the analysis, the key aspects of the impact of social and digital changes on the system of state regulation of banking activities were identified.

  • Purpose: This study aims to measure how information quality, system quality, security, usefulness, and ease of use of Augmented Reality (VR) and Virtual Reality (AR) influence user satisfaction, motivating intelligent travel technology developers to improve VR/AR quality to meet customer requirements. Research design, data and methodology: This study investigates users interested in travelling in Ho Chi Minh City and Nha Trang City, Vietnam. The research model was implemented using an online questionnaire and face-to-face from 405 valid samples. To evaluate the scale's reliability, the study used the software SPSS 20. Test research hypotheses and evaluate measurement and structural models. This research uses AMOS 20 software. The proposed model is firmly grounded in the Information System Success model (ISS) and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), providing a solid theoretical foundation for our research. Results: Results show that consumer perceptions of information quality, system quality, security, usefulness, and ease of use have a positive impact on the perceived quality of VR/AR, thereby influencing tourists' travel intention. Conclusions: The results of this research enrich the theoretical understanding of consumer behaviour toward intelligent technology products in tourism, providing management implications for manufacturers to improve the quality of tourism products and satisfy user requirements in experience before considering choosing a destination.

Empirically, the study uses panel data in the form of annual data for 2005-2016. The method used Panel VAR. The result shows that financial inclusion affects the stability of the financial system in ASEAN 4. This indicates that financial development through financial inclusion can encourage stability of the financial system in ASEAN 4. In this globalization era, the integrated financial system is increasing, this research shows the importance of developing financial inclusion by eliminating barriers to financial exclusion.

And it also shows a theoretical basis on the financial IT system that will be progressed with regard to an empirical model on the basis of the transformation process of the domestic financial IT environment for the future. This paper can be summarized as follows: Firstly, I analyzed the life-cycle of financial IT system in Korea per 10years. Secondly. The life-cycle of core-banking model is analyzed by 11years on the average and the one of the long term model by 33years. Thirdly, from the earlier days, the models of a long-term survival core-banking have been designed and developed through the objective analysis and bench-marketing. Lastly, the financial IT field should be developed into the integrated industry, and systematization of core-banking model studies and more professionals need to be extended. This research has contributed to provide the new frameworks through the analysis of the core-banking model that has not studied obviously for a long time. • Due to the advance of Internet, offline services are expanded into online services and a financial transaction company provides online services using internet baning systems. However, security problems of the internet banking systems are caused by a lack of security for developing the internet banking systems. Although the financial transaction company has applied existing internal and external standards, ISO 20022, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 9789, ISO/IEC 9796, Common Criteria, etc., there are still vulnerabilities. Because the standards lack in a consideration of security requirements of the internet banking system. This paper is intended to explain existing standards and discusses a reason that the standards have not full assurance of security when the internet baning system is applied by single standard. Moreover we make an analysis of a security functions for the internet baning systems and then selects the security requirements. In this paper, we suggest a new protection profile of the internet baning systems using Common Criteria V.3.1 from the analysis mentioned above.

  • With the development of IT, the financial sector has grown dramatically in Non face-to-face channel. However, because the initial costs calculation model which reflects the characteristics of the financial system does not exist, deteriorating reliability of budget establishment and low-price booking competition appeared. This negative situation leads to degradation of Internet Banking systems and customers who use these financial products have many troubles. Therefore, this paper improves the Initial Costs Expectation Model based on FPA & Expert Judgement Model. And it verified the effectiveness of this model through the regression analysis. As a result, we developed the Initial Costs Expectation Model for Internet Banking systems based on FPA, which is increased in accuracy than existing Cost Expectation Models.

  • The letter of credit is quintessentially international. In the absence of international legal system, a private system based on banking practices has evolved, commanding the adherence of the international letter of credit community and providing the foundation of th reputation of this instrument. To maintain this international system, it is vital that international standard banking practice should not be subject to local interpretations that misconstrue or distort it. The UCP is a formulation of international standard banking practice. It is neither positive law nor a "contract term" in any traditional sense and its interpretation must be consonant with its character as a living repositary of international understanding in this field. As a result, the interpretation and application of specific articles of the UCP must be consistent with its evolving character and history and with the principles upon which sound letter of credit practice is predicated. This study, especially, focuses on article 13 of the UCP500 and 95UCC 5-108. Both articles introduce a standard of document examination to be used by banks to determine whether they comply facially with the terms of the credit. While, in the UCP, this standard is called international standard banking practices, in the UCC, this standard is called standard practices. I think that both standards are not same. Thus, first, this study look for categories of both standards and scope of application. the second subject is how can issuing bank act in the face of non-documentary condtion under this standard of document examination. Third is correlation between the principle of Strice Compliance and the standard.
