The formation flying of satellites has been identified as an enabling technology for many future space missions. The application of conventional thrusters for formation flying usually results in high cost, limited life-time, and a large weight penalty. Various methods including the use of coulomb forces have been considered as an alternative to the conventional thrusters. In the present investigation, we investigate the feasibility of achieving the desired formation using Coulomb forces. This method has several advantages including low cost, light weight and no contamination. A simple controller based on the relative position and velocity errors between the leader and follower satellites is developed. The proposed controller is applied to circular formations considering the effects of disturbances in initial formation conditions as well as system nonlinearity. Results of the numerical simulation state that the proposed controller is successful in establishing circular formations of leader and follower satellites, for a formation size below 100 m.

This study analyzed the major revision factors and revision contents for 'Construction-Standard-Production-Rate for Construction Works in 2018. Part 16. Pipe Laying Down and Connection" which was revised by the construction expense estimation standard's middle and long-term plans. The main reasons for the revision was analyzed to be unclear construction scope, limitations in applicable pipe material based on the facility type, labor force mainly composed of ordinary workers, limitations of labor force, and incomplete appropriation standard for the tool rent fee and equipment expenses. Through revision of factors, common items were newly established, organization was revised, the labor force was mainly composed of the technicians, and basis for appropriation of equipment expenses was arranged. In addition, through periodic revision, the appropriation standard for bend and special pipes was set. Consequently, more practical construction cost estimate standard is arranged through revision.

Apartment houses are now a popular form of general housing, and the construction techniques and materials quality used to construct apartments are also continuously evolving as if they were representative. However, issues concerning flaws are constantly being reported in the press. This study attempts to analyze the trend of conflicts related to defects and to analyze the types of defects received in the apartment building, to suggest the development of the integrated defect management system, and to develop the construction based on the development of the system.

OCHM(orthogonal code hoppging multiplexing) 방식은 시스템의 직교 부호 채널 수보다 훨씬 많은 숫자의 저 활성도 채널을 수용하기 위해 고안되었다. 본 논문에서는 OCHM 시스템에서 발생하는 심볼 충돌에 의한 열화를 줄이기 위해 직교 전확산(pre-spreading)에 기반한 충돌 분산 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 방식은 채널 복호 과정에서 요구 신호대 잡음비를 대폭 개선한다. 또한 본 방식은 OFDM에 기반한 주파수 도약인 OFHM 시스템에도 적용될 수 있다.

The existing data systems and structures scope primarily the data evaluation which is performed by only corresponding or Interesting bodies. And the bodies i.e. electricity and energy utilities' quarters don't exchange the data each other because methods, purposes, etc. of the collection are different. This paper presents a new integrated system of data collection, administration and evaluation on the power system. And the system is applied to PSS/E data structures.

This paper is part of an ongoing project of KEPCO; 'A Study on Criteria and Standards for Transmission System Planning', The objective of this project is to develop the standards and procedures for transmission system planning. This involves reviewing published literatures, other documents of existing criteria and procedures, and various case studies of advanced countries which are already under the competitive electricity industry. This paper presents the result of evaluating Korean Power System as a pre-study for developing the Planning Standards of Korean Power System. For this, WSCC/NERC's performance criteria for planning transmission system, and KEPCO's 'Long Term Transmission System Planning Criteria' are considered. By doing this, the level of performance criteria which should be applied to Korean Power System and the detailed procedures which would be used in system test were reviewed.

Fuzzy controller design consists of intuition, and any other information about how to control system, into a set of rules. These rules can then be applied to the system. It is very important to decide parameters of IF-THEN rules. Because fuzzy controller can make more adequate force to the plant by means of parameter optimization, which is accomplished by learning procedure. In this paper, we apply fuzzy controller designed to the inverted pendulum.

Fuzzy controller design consists of intuition, and any other information about how to control system, into a set of rules. These rules can then be applied to the system. If the rules adequately control the system, the design work is done well. If the rules are inadequate, the designer must modify the rules. Through this procedure, the system can be controlled. In this paper, we design fuzzy controller composed of two parts, one is balancing controller, the other is angle controller.

In this paper, fuzzy logic system equipped with the back-propagation training algorithm as identifiers for nonlinear dynamic systems is described. To improve its performance, Jacob's delta-bar -delta rule is adapted in adjusting stepsize ${\alpha}$, and only y and ${\alpha}$ updating algorithm is suggested. In identifying and predicting the chaotic time series, suggested method is better than Li-Xin Wang's method,[1]
