Karyotype analysis and chromosomal localization of 5S and 45S rDNAs using multi-color fluorescence in situ hybridization (McFISH) technique were carried out in two Angelica species. The numbers of diploid chromosomes were the same in two same in two species as 2n=22, however the lengths of chromosomes were varied from 4.25 to 6.50 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ in A gigas and 4.95 to 8.50 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ in A acutiloba. The chromosomes of A. gigas were composed of five metacentric and six submetacentric pairs, while those of A. acutiloba were six metacentic, one submetacentric and four subtelocentric paris. In FISH experiments, the numbers and size of 45S rDNA signals were varied between two species, however dach signal of the 5S rDNA was observed in two species.

Concrete infill and reinforcement are one of the most well-known strengthening methods of structural elements. This study investigated flexural performance of concrete infill composite PHC pile (ICP pile) reinforced by infill concrete and longitudinal rebars in hollow PHC pile. A total four series of pile specimens were tested by four points bending method under simply supported conditions and investigated bending moment experimentally and analytically. From the test results, it was found that although reinforcement of infilled concrete on the pure bending moment of PHC pile was negligible, reinforcement of PHC pile using infilled concrete and longitudinal rebars increase the maximum bending moment with range from 1.95 to 2.31 times than that of conventional PHC pile. The error of bending moment between experimental results and predicted results by nonlinear sectional analysis on the basis of the conventional layered sectional approach was in the range of -2.54 % to 2.80 %. The axial compression and moment interaction analysis for ICP piles shows more significant strengthening effects of infilled concrete and longitudinal rebars.

본 논문에서는 배전지능화시스템과 정보 연계, 미래 지능형전력망 운용 및 태양광, 풍력, 연료전지등과 같은 신 에너지전원의 단지를 효율적으로 유지관리하기 위하여, 유 무선 네트워크 구성요소의 특성을 해석하고, 이를 바탕으로 원격 감시제어장치를 제작하였다. 이 감시제어장치는 한국기술교육대학교 캠퍼스 내에 설치되어 있는 50KW급 태양광전원장치를 대상으로 유 무선 네트워크 알고리즘을 기반으로 제작한(AutoBase) 감시장치, PLC를 이용한 제어장치로 구성된다. 본 연구에서 제안한 장치를 이용하여 태양광전원의 출력특성을 분석한 결과, 원격지에 설치된 대규모 태양광단지의 보수유지 관리에 필요한 유무선 네트워크를 이용한 원격감시제어기술의 대안으로, 스마트그리드 구축에 기여할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

본 논문은 최근에 휘도 영상 부호화를 위해서 제안된 에지 선 기반의 쿼드트리 영상 압축 기법을 기초로 해서 이를 컬러 영상을 압축하도록 확장하고, 확장된 알고리즘을 C-언어를 사용해서 실제로 구현한 쿼드트리 영상 코덱을 소개한다. 개발된 코덱의 부호율-왜곡 성능과 복원영상의 주관적 화질을 JPEG과 비교할 때, 컬러 영상을 고화질로 부호화하는 경우에 개발된 쿼드트리 코덱의 성능이 특히 우수함을 확인하였다.

본 논문에서는 중소형 전동차에 활용하기 위한 DC모터 구동회로를 설계하였다. 설계된 구동 회로를 활용하여 자체발진회로의 스위칭 신호를 갖는 트랜스포머를 이용하여 연속적으로 구동할 수 있다. 또한 DC 모터 최대속도 동작시, 제어회로의 기준전압 값을 삼각파보다 높게 유지할 수 있고 모터 구동 FET를 항상 온 값을 가지도록 하여 최대출력을 얻을 수 있도록 해준다. 설계된 구동회로를 장착한 250W급 DC모터속도 컨트롤러를 활용하여 소형전동차 구동시험을 실시한 결과, DC모터의 전진 및 후진 속도를 연속 가변 할 수 있음을 확인하고 그 특성을 검증하였다.

In PSR on the Kori 3&4 NPP, The low level radioactive waste resin from SGBD demineralizer is more than $65\%$ of total waste resin in NPP So, it needs to be improved. The secondary cooling water pH control methods are used ammonia-AVT from the first. According to changing ETA which is better than ammonia, SGBD cation load is increased about 2-3 times. Waste resin product is also increased in proportion to the SGBD cation load. To reduce the waste volume, new cation resin exchange criteria is confirmed that demineralizer is almost saturated.

HTS(High Temperature Superconductivity) Power Cable has a different characteristic with conventional distribution line, so installation and operation condition are different. In this paper, internal fault current characteristic s of HTS power cable was analyzed. For this, EMTDC model component of HTS power cable was developed. The developed EMTDC model component is applied to distribution line, then authors analyze internal current characteristics of HTS Power cable when fault occurred.
