AIP 모델을 응용한 균형적 공항 슬롯 배정 모델에 관한 연구 -인천국제공항 사례 연구- (A Study on Balanced Airport Slot Allocation Model Applying AIP Model -Focused on Incheon International Airport-)

  • This paper presents a new airport slot allocation model that uses AIP model to balance the use of airport slots within existing capacity based on the limitation of capacity expansion of airport slots. This new model is called a 'balanced airport slot allocation model', which integrates the airport facility usage system, which is applied independently without linkage, with the airport slot allocation system, introducing the market logical characteristic of 'administered incentive pricing. In this paper, we propose a new proposal to dramatically change the airport slot allocation system in the current situation where the expansion of facilities is limited in the urgent problem of the airport slot shortage, and it is necessary to balance the airport slot allocation. Airline paying for the use of an airport slot can determine the slot of the desired time slot based on the costs incurred by differentiating in the new airport slot allocation model. This is a system that allows the airlines that are willing to pay a lot of money in the market to use preferred airport slots.

지역균형발전의 의미와 정책 (Balanced Growth among Regional Economies : Its Implications and Polices)

  • 본 연구는 지난 십 여년간 우리 사회에서 중요한 주제로 대두되었던 지역균형발전과 관련하여 그 의미 및 필요성과 방법에 대하여 논의하였다. 이전의 연구와 달리 본 연구는 현재의 경제구조의 특징이 지역균형발전에 대하여 의미하는 바를 분석하였다. 최근의 경제구조는 과거의 산업사회와 달리 정보사회, 지식기반경제, 디지털 경제 등으로 정의되고 있으며, 지식 및 아이디어, 인적자본 등의 역할이 중요하다는 특징을 갖고 있다. 본 고는 그러한 새로운 경제구조에서 지역균형발전의 개념은 이전의 산업사회와 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 지역균형발전 조건에 필요한 물적 자본의 효율적 배분을 유지하기 위해서는 동시에 지역별 인적자본의 효율적 배분이 필요함을 지적하였다. 또한 지역의 불균형 발전이 발생시키는 사회적 비용을 추정하기 위하여, 지역들이 균형적으로 발전하는 경우에 비하여 불균형적으로 발전하는 경우에 경제성장률이 감소하게 되는 점을 의태모형실험을 통하여 보였다.

A Batch Sequential Sampling Scheme for Estimating the Reliability of a Series/Parallel System

  • It is desired to estimate the reliability of a system that has two subsystems connected in series where each subsystem has two components connected in parallel. A batch sequential sampling scheme is introduced. It is shown that the batch sequential sampling scheme is asymptotically optimal as the total number of units goes to infinity. Numerical comparisons indicate that the batch sequential sampling scheme performs better than the balanced sampling scheme and is nearly optimal.

  • 우리는 BMPA(balanced multimedia packet allocation) 기법을 제안했다. 이 기법은 OFDMA 멀티캐스트 시스템에서 서브캐리어의 최적 할당 문제를 고려했다. RT(real time) 패킷과 NRT(non-real time) 패킷이 송신 단에 동시에 도달했을 경우, BMPA 기법은 RT 패킷에 NRT 패킷보다 더 큰 가중치를 부여한다. 그리고 각 유저의 패킷 가중치 합에 따라서 서브 캐리어를 할당한다. 이 과정이 패킷 스케듈링과 서브 캐리어 할당 과정을 동시에 수행하게 되고 각 유저는 멀티미디어 패킷을 안정적으로 전송받을 수 있다. 시뮬레이션 결과를 통해 BMPA 기법이 기존의 멀티유저 워터필링 알고리즘에 비해 장기적으로 시스템의 전송 속도를 높이고 RT 패킷의 지연을 크게 줄인다는 것을 증명했다.

미취학 자녀를 둔 기혼 취업여성의 시간사용 유형에 관한 연구 (Typology of Time Use of Married Working Women with the Preschool Child(ren) in Korea)

  • This study explored a typology (or time allocation), investigated personal and work characteristic differences among time allocation types, and identified determinants of time allocation types of married working women with a preschool child. The data source for this research was the 2014 Time Use Survey conducted by Statistics Korea. We analyzed 368 time diaries (184 for weekdays and 184 for weekends) using frequency, mean, cluster analysis, chisquare, analysis of variance (ANOVA), Duncan's test, and multinomial logistic analysis. The results of this research are as follows. Time allocation of married working women with a preschool child was classified into three different types of 'work-centered,' 'work-family balanced,' and 'family-centered.' The work-centered type accounted for 14.7% of total respondents, and compared with other types, this type of people spent more time working, and less time doing house-work, caring for family, and having leisure. The work-family balanced type represents more than half of the total, and spend more time working on weekdays and house-working, having leisure on weekends. The family-centered type represents 28.8%, and spends most of the time doing house-work and caring for family on both weekdays and weekends. Occupation, employment status, monthly income, and weekly hours of work were different for each type. Occupation, employment status, perception of lack of time, health condition, and weekly hours of work were identified as determinants for each type.

An Allocation Problem in a Certain Class of Flexible Manufacturing Systems

  • We study the optimal allocation of machines and pallets in a class of manufacturing systems. The FMS is modeled as a closed queueing network with balanced loading of the stations. An Algorithm is developed, which exploits the properties of the throughput function and solves the allocation problem for increasing concave profit and convex cost. We also study the more general case of allocating machines and pallets among a set of FMSs. A dynamic programming approach is developed, which solves the problem with O(M$^{3}$N$^{2}$) operations.

긴급서어비스 시설의 적정소요 및 배분 (A Study on an Optimal Requirement and Allocation Planning of Emergency Service Facilities)

  • This paper considers urban emergency service systems that dispatch vehicles (facilities) from fixed bases with the objective of finding an optimum allocation of emergency facilities. A case study of fire station problem of Seoul city is conducted to analyze the deployment of fire-fighting resources and develop a class of improved deployment strategies with Parameteric Allocation Model (P.A.M.). The study shows a long term plan leading to balanced fire protection for most fire hazardous districts as well as low alarm districts.

노인의 시간배분 유형에 따른 시간사용만족도의 차이 (Differences in Time Use Satisfaction by Time Allocation Types of the Elderly)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore a typology of time allocation, investigate determinants of time allocation types, and analyze differences in time use satisfaction by the types of time use of the elderly. The data source for this research was the 2009 Time Use Survey conducted by the Korea National Statistical office (KNSO). The 4,699 time diaries (3,552 for weekday, 1,147 for Sunday) completed by the elderly over the age of 60 were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, chi-square, cluster analysis, ANOVA analysis, Duncan test, and multinomial logistic regression analysis. Time allocation of the elderly was classified into four types: personal care oriented, work oriented, leisure oriented, and balanced type. Gender, age, education, employment status, income, and the presence of spouse were identified as determinants for each type. According to the types of time allocation, time use satisfaction was different on week days.

  • 본 논문은 OFDMA 시스템에서 이종 트래픽의 QoS를 보장하기 위한 자원할당 기법을 제안하였다. OFDMA 시스템에서 NRT(non-real time), RT(real time), 멀티캐스트 패킷이 송신 단에 동시에 도달할 경우, 각트래픽이 요구하는 QoS를 각각 반영하는 OFDMA 자원할당 기법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 BMPA (balanced multimedia packet allocation)기법을 바탕으로, 채널용량이 가장 놓은 서브캐리어를 멀티캐스트 패킷을 전송하기 위한 멀티캐스트 채널로 설정하는 advanced BMPA 기법을 제안하였다. 본 기법은 RT 패킷과 멀티캐스트 패킷에 NRT 패킷보다 더 큰 가중치를 부여하여 각 사용자의 패킷 가중치 합에 따라서 서브 캐리어를 할당한다. 시뮬레이션 결과를 통해 advanced BMPA 기법이 기존의 멀티캐스트를 고려한 멀티유저 워터필링과 BMPA 기법에 비해 장기적으로 시스템의 전송 속도를 높이고 멀티미디어 패킷 지연을 줄인다는 사실을 증명했다.

  • By implementing the Systems Engineering process for the aircraft preliminary design, functional analysis study is performed, hence Functional Interface Data Flow(FIDF) and Functional Flow Block Diagram(FFBD) are generated. Based on FIDF and FFBD, allocable and non-allocable design/performance/RM&S requirements are allocated to the appropriate levels. Weight and cost tracking and design margin management methodologies are studied and implemented for the balanced aircraft design.
