본 연구는 디자인패턴 설계유형에 따라 Mobile 장치를 이용하여 현장의 농작물 중 벼의 생육 정보 및 생산 정보와 GPS를 이용하여 농작물의 위치정보를 서버에 있는 DB에 사용자의 권한별로 삽입/삭제/수정/검색을 할 수 있고, GIS를 이용하여 사용자의 위치 및 벼의 위치 정보를 수치지도 상에 보여 주는 시스템을 구축한다.

본 논문은 농작물 작황 정보의 의미를 보다 정확하게 이해하고 조작할 수 있도록 메타데이타를 정의하는 시멘틱스에 기반하여 정보를 검색하고, 사용자가 작황지역의 위치와 작물 특성을 제공함으로써 더 많은 정보를 획득하는 WebGIS기법을 제시하고자 한다. 그리고 이 논문은 작황정보를 WebGIS와 융합함으로써 위치정보를 획득할 수 있는 작황 정보 시스템을 구현하고자 한다. 사용자가 요청한 질의를 분석, 질의에 일치하는 정확한 지리정보를 제시하고 해당 지리정보와 연계되는 검색결과 서비스를 제공하고자 한다. 그래서 이 논문은 의미 기반 WebGIS정보를 시각화할 수 있는 시스템을 개발함으로써 편의성을 제공할 수 있다.

The Common Symptoms of insomnia are to be hard to sleep, not to get deep sleep, often wake up at night, be easy not to fall asleep again after waking up. In serious conditions, an insomniac can never get to sleep overnight. Herbal acupuncture therapy is especially used for patients who cannot take an oral medication. Another advantage of herbal acupuncture therapy is immediate effect of the herbal potency which is not destroyed during digestion. One patient who have taken western drugs for long time, was treated with Jahageo herbal acupuncture at BaekRo and AnMyen. effectively his insomnia was regulated. So We consider that Jahageo herbal acupuncture is useful in regulation insomnia.

The present study showed that a quantitative analogy of the fully developed laminar flows inorthogonally rotating rectangular ducts and stationary curved rectangular ducts of arbitrary aspect ratio could be established. In order to clarify the similarity of the two flows, the dimensionless parameters $K_{LR}$ =Re/√Ro and Rossby number Ro= $w_{m}$/$\Omega$d in a rotating strait duct were used as a set corresponding to Dean number $K_{LC}$ =Re/√λand curvature ratio λ=R/d in a stationary curved duct. Under the condition that the value of Rossby number and curvature ratio was large enough, the flow field satisfied the ‘asymptotic invariance property’: there were strong quantitative similarities between the two flows such as friction factors, flow patterns, and maximum axial velocity magnitudes for the same values of $K_{LR}$ and $K_{LC}$ .

A numerical study on the similarity of the developing laminar flows between in a straight duct rotating about an axis perpendicular to that of the duct and in a stationary curved duct was carried out. In order to clarify the analogy of two flows, dimensionless parameters K/sub LR/ = Re/(equation omitted) and Rossby number, Ro, in a rotating straight duct were used as a set corresponding to Dean number K/sub LC/ = Re/(equation omitted), and curvature ratio, λ, in a stationary curved duct. For the large values of Ro and λ, it is shown that the flow field satisfies the 'asymptotic invariance property', that is, there are strong quantitative similarities between the two flows such as flow patterns, friction factors, and maximum axial velocity magnitudes for the same values of K/sub LR/ and K/sub LC/ if they are correlated with dimensionless axial distances Z/sub R/ = z/(equation omitted) for a rotating duct flow and Z/sub C/ = z/(equation omitted) for a stationary curved duct flow.

After membrane fouling factors in acrylic wastewater were minimized by pretreatment process accompanied with $TiO_2$, it was utilized in MF/UF/RO process. After composing of ultrafiltration/reverse osmosis or microfiltration/reverseosmosiss module set according to types and kinds of membrane, the separation characteristics were examined with the variation temperature and pressure using pretreated acrylic wastewater by membrane module sets. The permeate of ultrafiltration or microfiltration module was sent to reverse osmosis module. It was found that final permeate flux of reverse osmosis module in module set 2 (MWCO 200,000 UF+RO) was excellent. It was shown that the removal efficiency of TDS, T-N and COD was very low and was not dependent on the variation of temperature and pressure in UF and MF modules. From the above result, the removal efficiency of TDS, T-N and COD was very excellent in RO module. The removal efficiency of turbidity in UF and MF module was very high (> 99% removal efficiency). Final water quality of acrylic wastewater treated by the membrane module set was satisfied with effluent allowances limit and membrane module sets were ascertained to reuse wastewater.

Our object is to offer results Service form search, to analyze question of user and to show the exact geographic information about question of user. So this paper can be provide convenience to users that can be show Semantic WebGIS system.

The fluid flow, heat transfer and the local mass fi-action of chemical species in the chemical vapor deposition(CVD) manufacturing process are numerically studied. The deposition of silicon from dilute silane is hydrogen carrier gas in a horizontal CVD reactor is investigated. The effect of inlet carrier gas velocity, mass fraction of silane, susceptor angle on the deposition thickness and uniformity was represented.

In this paper, we propose a automatic document summarization method based on Principal Component Analysis(PCA) which is one of the multivariate statistical methods. After extracting thematic words using PCA, we select the statements containing the respective extracted thematic words, and make the document summary with them. Experimental results using newspaper articles show that the proposed method is superior to the method using either word frequency or information retrieval thesaurus.

A simple finite element analysis is performed to simulate the thermal characteristics of a micro sensor package with thin film heater embedded in the glass wall of a micro-channel. In this paper, Electric characteristics of ITO sputtered heater were presented in this study, which can be used as a map of heater design in the range of available system temperature. The effects of thermo-physical properties of materials, geometrical structure and boundary condition on the thermal performance are also investigated. Finally, the design of micro-flow induced thermal sensor that is capable of measuring fluid flow with a lower flow detection limit of approximately 24pL/s is presented.
