본 연구는 지적장애영유아의 수학개념 발달을 위한 음악활동의 이론적 배경을 고찰하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 음악은 청각, 시각, 촉각을 자극할 수 있는 다감각적 매체로써 다양한 경로를 통해 인지능력을 향상 할 수 있는 방법을 제공할 수 있고, 영유아의 집중을 유도할 수 있는 요소를 가지고 있으며, 학습에 필요한 기본적 정보를 기억하는 것을 돕는 보조적 역할 및 동기부여의 도구로 사용될 수 있으므로, 지적장애영유아 치료 교육현장에서 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다. 음악의 각 요소들과 특성들을 파악하는 것은 수학개념 발달에 사용될 수 있는 음악활동의 종류에 대한 이론적 배경을 제공하며, 적절한 음악활동을 구성할 수 있는 방향을 제시할 수 있는 기초를 마련한다. 본 연구는 지적장애영유아 수학교육의 현장에서 음악활동이 적극적으로 활용되어야 한다는 필요성을 제시하며, 수학개념 발달을 위한 다양한 음악활동 개발의 필요성을 논의하였다.

방송 콘텐츠의 혼합 신호에서 배경음악 신호를 분리하는 확장된 합성곱을 이용한 멀티 밴드 멀티 스케일 DenseNet을 제안한다. 확장된 합성곱은 스펙트로그램의 다양한 스케일 문맥 정보를 학습하기 용이하도록 한다. 컴퓨터 모의실험 결과, 제안한 구조는 신호대잡음비(Signal to Noise Ratio, SNR) 0 dB, -10 dB의 환경에서 각각 0.15 dB, 0.27 dB의 신호대왜곡비(Signal to Distortion Ratio, SDR)를 개선하였다.

본 연구는 점포 내 배경음악과 광고사진이 소비자의 정서 및 행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구로서 비디오 시뮬레이션을 통한 실험적 방법을 이용하였다. 매장 내 배경음악의 템포 효과와 광고사진 분위기의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 국내 중 저가 영 캐주얼 의류 브랜드 매장 한 곳을 선택하여 비디오 촬영한 후, 2 (빠른 템포 vs. 느린 템포) ${\times}$2 (섹시한 사진 분위기 밝고 경쾌한 사진 분위기) 요인 설계를 이용하여 4개 의 자극물을 조작하였다. 또한 음악 및 사진 자극이 제공되지 않은 자극물을 포함, 통제 집단을 구성하였다. 총 289개의 설문의 수집되었으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 통제집단과 각 4개의 실험 집단과의 비교 분석 결과, 점포 내 배경음악과 광고사진이 없는 통제집단은 정서적, 행동적 반응 모두에서 가장 낮은 점수를 보였다. 따라서 배경음악과 광고사진의 유무는 소비자의 정서적, 행동적 반응에 영향을 미친다고 하겠다. 둘째, 점포 내 배경음악의 템포 및 광고사진 분위기와 소비자의 점포 내 긍정적 정서상태와의 관계를 분석한 결과, 배경음악의 템포에 의한 차이는 유의하지 않았으나, 광고사진의 분위기 차이에 따른 점포 내 소비자의 긍정적인 정서상태의 차이는 유의하였다 셋째, 소비자의 점포내 긍정적인 정서상태는 소비자의 긍정적 접근행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 상품 자체의 품질이나 다양성, 상품의 가격과 같은 직접적인 상품 요인 외에 배경음악과 광고사진 같은 점포 내의 분위기 요소들이 소비자들에게 즉각적이고 감정적인 반응을 불러일으켜 상품 자체 요인으로는 설명되지 않는 소비자들의 점포 내 구매행동에 영향을 미치는 중요 변수임을 발견하였다.

우리나라 대중음악에서 소울음악은 뛰어난 가수로서의 평가기준이 되고 있다. 우리가 열광하는 소울음악을 이해하기 위해서 음악의 모태가 되어진, 흑인들의 피와 땀이 서린 광활한 대지에서 외치는 소리(Filed Holler)와 그들의 처량한 신세를 한탄하며 노래하던 송스터(Songster)음악인 블루스. 그리고 정신적 유일한 안식처인 교회 음악과 중요한 뮤지션들을 고찰하였다. 특히, 탄생시점인 1960년대 미국의 사회적 배경은 소울음악을 이해하기 위해 가장 중요한 요인이라 할 수 있다. 수많은 외세의 침략가운데 처절한 식민 지배를 받아온 우리나라는 자연스럽게, 노예역사를 가진 흑인들의 정서를 공유하고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 흑인들에게 소울음악은, 사회적 태도의 표현이며 분노표출의 음악인 것이다. 그러나 지금 우리나라에서 홍수처럼 쏟아지는 많은 음악 가운데 삶의 본질을 관통하는 음악이 너무나 부족하다. 흑인들의 처절한 삶의 투쟁으로 얻어낸 고귀한 결정체인 소울음악이 우리에게 단지 이성에 대한 구애와 화려한 보컬의 능력을 과시하는 수단으로 전락하고 있음이 안타깝게 느껴진다. 소울음악이 흑인들에게 정체성과 자존감 회복의 강력한 도구가 되었듯이 우리사회에서 약자들의 소리를 시원하게 외칠 수 있는 본질의 소리가 되길 기대한다.

본 연구의 목적은 한국십진분류법 제5판에서 특히 재전개된 679 한국음악 분류전개의 분석을 통해 문제점을 파악, 개선방안을 제시함으로써 다음 판의 한국음악 분류전개를 위한 토대를 마련하고자 한 것이다. 이를 위하여 한국음악의 지식체계에 대해 정리한 후, 한국십진분류법 초판부터 제5판까지의 679 한국음악 분류전개의 변천과정을 살펴보았다. 그리고 제5판의 한국음악 분류전개에 대해 세목의 1차분류와 2 3차 분류로 나누어 분석한 후 문제점을 확인하고 이에 따른 개선방안을 제시하였다. 제시된 개선방안으로는 분류항목명의 일관성, 다양한 음악자료의 수용, 한국음악학 및 작곡분야의 수용, 적절한 조기표 사용, 영어와 한자명의 병기, 색인의 누락 및 오류보완 등이다.

Background : The purpose of this study is to identify how the relaxation music listening during exercise influences body flexibility and stress. Methods : Twenty healthy adults 20s and 30s who lack of body flexibility were recruited and each subjects performed exercise during the relaxation music listening or no listening. Bach, aria of linear G was used as the relaxation music. The experiment was conducted for 4 weeks. In this study, PASW ver 18.0 was utilized to perform non-parametric tests for comparisons. Result : The result with respect to the dependent variables are as follows: When non-parametric tests were conducted to compare body flexibility at the test of the right ear touch behind head by left hand and the stretching hands test between the two groups after exercise, they showed significant differences in statistical terms (p<.05). Conclusion : From the above results of the study it was found that the application of the relaxation music during the exercise is effective, it improved the body flexibility of the right ear touch behind head by left hand and the stretching hands more than the exercise without the relaxation music did. The outcome of the experiment may provide basic data for developing an effective way to increase body flexibility.

Background: Many studies have pointed to strategies to cope with patient anxiety in colposcopy. Evidence shows that patients experienced considerable distress with the large loop excision of transformation zone (LLETZ) procedure and suitable interventions should be introduced to reduce anxiety. This study aimed to investigate the effects of music therapy in patients undergoing LLETZ. Materials and Methods: A randomized controlled trial was conducted with patients undergoing LLETZ performed under local anesthesia in an out patient setting at Ramathibodi Hospital, Bangkok, Thailand, from February 2015 to January 2016. After informed consent and demographic data were obtained, we assessed the anxiety level using State Anxiety Inventory pre and post procedures. Music group patients listened to classical songs through headphones, while the control group received the standard care. Pain score was evaluated with a visual analog scale (VAS). Statistical analysis was conducted using Pearson Chi-square, Fisher's Exact test and T-Test and p-values less than 0.05 were considered statistically significant. Results: A total of 73 patients were enrolled and randomized, resulting in 36 women in the music group and 37 women in the non-music control group. The preoperative mean anxiety score was higher in the music group (46.8 VS 45.8 points). The postoperative mean anxiety scores in the music and the non-music groups were 38.7 and 41.3 points, respectively. VAS was lower in music group (2.55 VS 3.33). The percent change of anxiety was greater in the music group, although there was no significant difference between two groups. Conclusions: Music therapy did not significantly reduce anxiety in patients undergoing the LLETZ procedure. However, different interventions should be developed to ease the patients' apprehension during this procedure.

본 논문은 문헌 고찰 및 이론적인 배경을 토대로 음악과 명상의 상호 관련성 및 음악 명상 이미지 연출에 관해 탐색하며, 테레민 악기와 음악 명상의 연관성에 관해 논한다. 또한 연구자의 음악적 연출이 음악 명상의 취지와 목적에 부합하였는지 감성적 접근을 통한 음악 창작의 과정 및 작품 분석을 중심으로 서술한다. 본 연구에서는 음악의 청각적인 특성과 명상이 갖는 내적 요소에 감성적인 측면들을 발전시켜 서로의 연관성을 찾고 명상에서 음악으로 인한 내면적인 감성유발이 음악의 연출로 어떻게 다가설 수 있는지 구체적인 방안을 마련하였다. 본 논문은 테레민 악기를 활용하여 멜로디를 통한 감성적 접근의 음악 명상 적용 방안을 도출하였고, 작품이 표현하려는 내적 의미와 방법론을 객관화하여 학술적으로 접근하고자 하였다. 이러한 시도가 음악 명상 프로그램의 개발 및 음악 명상의 확장성에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to find a solution to disputes in the process of producing digital music sources. At present, the center of the world music market including the domestic market has been completely transformed from the tangible musical record market to the intangible sound source market. Due to these environmental changes, the music production process becomes industrialized and specialized, causing conflicts of interest among the individuals in the process. First of all, this study examined changes in the music market which is the background of the dispute, identified the problems of the process and suggested solutions while summarizing the meaning and role of each process of producing a sound source that may arise during the sound production process. This study covers plagiarism between producers, copyright infringement of the creator against assistant creator caused by the industrialization and division of the production environment, issues related to the rights of sound engineers whose role and importance become bigger as acoustic technology develops and music genres become more diverse, and vertical hierarchy due to the formation of oligopoly by several distributors with huge capital. As a result of the study, it was concluded that Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) system is suitable for solving these problems. Specific methods of using ADR include activation of the dispute settlement system of the Korea Copyright Commission, active use of the arbitration clause specified in the standard contract, and recalculation of labor costs and earnings from copyright through mutual negotiations. This paper can be differentiated from previous studies in that it studied overall problems that might arise in the process of digital music source production and suggested ADR utilization as the solution.

스마트폰이 빠르게 보급되면서 음악을 생활 속의 배경음악처럼 항상 모든 곳에서 듣는 것이 일반화되어 개인의 상황과 조건에 맞는 추천을 할 수 있는 음악 데이터베이스를 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 소셜 미디어를 통한 음악추천 모델을 제안한다. 소셜 미디어의 데이터를 사용하여 음악 데이터베이스를 작성하고 기존의 음원 제공 플랫폼이 주로 사용하는 협업필터링과는 다른 방식으로 음악을 분류한다. 웹크롤링으로 음악 제목이 해시 태그로 달린 게시글을 찾아 해당 글에 함께 달린 다른 해시 태그들을 수집하고 분류하여 실제 청취자의 음악에 관한 의견을 데이터베이스에 사용한다. 소셜 미디어를 작성할 때의 감정, 상황, 시간대, 날씨 등 많은 조건이 해시 태그에는 포함되어 있으므로 다양한 사람의 의견이 집단지성으로 반영된 소셜 미디어 기반 데이터베이스를 구축할 수 있다.
