커튼월용 2액형 구조용 실란트 혼합비별 물성 평가 연구 (Evaluation of 2 Part Curtainwall Structural Silicone Sealant)

  • Silicone structural glazing (SSG) is a method utilizing a silicone adhesive to attach glass, metal, or other panel material to the structure of a building. Windload and other impact loads on the facade are transferred from the glass or panel through the silicone structural sealant to the systems' framework. Silicone structural glazing systems are currently a very common method of glazing throughout the world. Locally, structural silicone glazing has become very common to achieve aesthetically pleasing and high utilization of small land for both residential and commercial building. Although structural silicone glazing has been utilized for approximately thirty years in Korea, the understanding of its technology was low and limited. Consequently, Korean projects experienced many quality issues during assembly and construction, even in very recently finished buildings. Adhesion loss and water infiltration occurred on more than one project, and the time and cost to repair these issues were substantial. In general, there are two kinds of structural silicones depending on fabrication methods. 1part structural silicone is for site glazing system and 2part structural silicone is for unitized factory glazing system. In this paper, 2part structural silicone which is very common for factory fabricating curtainwall systems was evaluated with regards to various mixing ratio. Since the structural performance of 2part sealant can be affected by mixing ratios, some extra ranges of recommended mixing ratio were evaluated to see any performance differences. Besides on cure profile, comparative evaluations for mechanical properties and adhesion develop on common building substrates were conducted.

공동주택의 난방용 도시가스 표준사용량 산정에 관한 연구 (A study on the Estimation of Standard Heating City Gas Consumption of Apartment Housing)

  • Our Housing culture continuously changes for the correspondence to social development and changes of economy, and be developing. A massive apartment complex continuously increased, and According to this in our country heating energy consumption of a residential building is continuously increasing at country me whom was limited in order to raise efficient residential land use and diffusion ratio of house. If confirm an element to be able to reduce use of a heating energy, and there is saving possibility to parts of energy saving, this study will present the standard amount used with bases to the gas amount used for heating and Field Test data about room temperature. Execute simulation with building balance (public area, a plain), the gas amount useds such as incense of a building, indoor setting temperature ($^{\circ}C$), a position of an apartment house etc. to affect the energy amount used of a valuation object building of a variable through Field Test and research on the actual condition. Calculate the standard amount used of city gas for winter season heating of a comparative analysis apartment house to data value getting the above results through Field Test and simulations with bases.

BIPV의 아파트 건물 적용 가능성에 대한 연구 (A study on the application of BIPV to the Apartment Building)

  • Regarding to the Domestic housing politics to improve residing environment and effective use of country land, apartment buildings have been constructed since early of 1970s. Now apartment is taking over 50% out of entire housing in Korea. In the view point of PV application to the apartment, PV has amny advantages because of the wideness of out-walls and high floors building in APT. Therefore, if APT could use the electricity produced by BIPV, we can solve more easily environment and energy problems caused by housing. The research conclusion by analysing conditions and application method to introduce BIPV application to APT in near future is as below. -The out look of APT has been developed periodically and recently gable roof or canopy is popular which PV installation is more favorable. -For Balcony part with double skin facade sassy window, It has a preferable condition to install on the wall depending on the window direction. -In case of shorter distance between buildings due to high ratio of outside measurement, it is more desirable to install PV on the roof than on the wall of Apartment by considering low solar altitude. -Also depending on the direction of APT building, it is more effective and productive in electricity in the broad surface of side wall of APT. -In case of superhigh floor APT where facade system is mostly double skin facade of curtain wall system, PV module can replace the traditional curtain wall and will reduce architectural materials and obtain various out look design thereof.

도시표면의 물리적 요소가 대기질에 미치는 영향 - 중국 창춘을 사례로 - (Effects of Physical Factors on Urban Surfaces on Air Quality - Chang Chun, China as an Example -)

  • 본 연구는 도시의 표면을 구성하는 물리적 공간요소 가운데 대기질에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인을 찾아 환경개선을 위한 단서를 제공하는 것이 목적이다. 중국의 산업도시인 창춘의 9개 측정소에서 2018년 1월 1일부터 2019년 12월 31일까지의 AQI 농도 자료를 수집하였다. 측정소를 중심으로 반경 300m 내의 지역을 구성하는 도시의 물리적 시설에 대한 유형과 분포 특징을 분석하였다. 측정소를 3개 그룹으로 나눠 계절별로 미세먼지 농도 차이를 분석한 결과, 봄과 겨울에 AQI 농도가 가장 높고, 다음으로 여름, 가장 낮은 계절은 가을이었다. 봄의 AQI 농도가 가장 높은 곳은 F(93.00)·D(91.10)·I(89.20), 여름 농도가 가장 높은 곳은 D(69.05)·A(67.89)·B(84.44), 가을 농도가 가장 높은 곳은 I(62.80)·G(60.84)·D(53.27), 겨울은 I(95.82)·H(95.60)·F(94.04)이었다. SPSS를 이용한 계열분석을 통해 직경 600m인 공간내의 대기지수는 임야, 초지, 나지, 수공간, 수고, 건축면적(평균치), 건물 체적(평균치)과 상관성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 오염이 심한 봄과 겨울의 수치자료를 통계분석한 결과, 임야면적(43,637m2, 15.44%)과 수면적(18,736m2, 6.63%)이 큰 비율을 차지하고, 건축평균면적(448m2, 0.17%)과 건축평균부피(10,201m3)가 가장 적은 그룹 1(A, B, C)구역의 오염 농도가 가장 낮았다. 반대로 그룹 2(D, E, F)구역은 AQI 농도가 가장 높은 구역으로 임야(1,917m2, 0.68%)와 수면적(0m2, 0%)이 적거나 없고 건축평균면적(1,056m2, 0.37%)과 건축평균부피(17,470m3)가 가장 높았다. AQI 농도가 가장 높은 지역의 특징은 가로수의 수고가 12m 이상인 경우가 다수 확인되었고, 나지면적의 비율이 적을수록 오염도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 동일한 방법으로 창춘의 9개 공간의 특징을 분석한 결과, 도시 공간의 물리적 특성에 따른 대기질은 위의 요인들과 밀접한 관련이 있음을 알 수 있었다.

기후변화에 따른 녹색건축인증제도의 외부환경 평가항목 개선방향 연구 (Improving Assessment of External Environment for Green Standard for Energy & Environmental Design Certification according to Climate Change)

  • In 1990s, as the extreme weather events according to the global warming climate change are occurred frequently all around the world and the scale of the damage increases, the developed countries are promoting various policies for reducing greenhouse gas emissions setting the goal of greenhouse gas reduction with the level of State and local government. Especially for the greenhouse gas reduction of buildings and the inducement of eco-friendly design, the green certification system is strengthened with the assessment of energy and greenhouse management, and recently, according to the policy change of climate and energy, the certification system expanded from the buildings to the level of city and district is piloted. So this research is to understand the main contents and the assessment system of domestic green building certification system implemented in March 2013 in response to the policy change of climate and energy and to suggest the basic data for the improvement of present domestic greenhouse certification standard through the analysis of actual certification and the main case analysis of international green certification system. Recently in developed countries, in 1990s, for the reduction of building's greenhouse gas emission and the inducement of eco-friendly design, from the building of LEED, BREEAM, DGNB to the level of city and district such as LEED Neighborhood Development, BREEAM Communities, DGNB Stadtquartiere, the system is expanded and piloted. On the contrary, as for the domestic standard of green building certification system, the distribution ratio according to the assessment items in each category consists of the assessment system based on the buildings, and just the simple adjustment of some items and the improvement of weighted value are performed. Actually, as a result of selecting the 30 districts of apartment housing with the most certification performance by use among the 49 buildings certified by Institute of Land & Housing from December 2014 to July 2016 and analyzing the assessment score, the certification level is determined by the sectors of high distribution like indoor environment and energy not by the ineffective sector of external environment with low distribution so this system has a limitation to perform the practical means for the policy change of climate and energy. Thus for the national green building certification standards, the assessment system in the sector of external environment is to complemented and furthermore, reflecting domestic reality, through the introduction of certification system and the assessment system with the level of city and district, this system should be improved to meet the international certification standard.

  • Lack of fine aggregate is adversely affecting the quality of concrete. Due to lack of land sand, EZZ sea sand has been used. However, the use of sea sand is also difficult because of the opposition of fishermen. The purpose of this study was to analysis the effect of slag fine aggregate to durability and compressive strength of concrete. The concrete compressive strength and durability were assessed to derive a proper mix ratio of fine aggregate.

대도시 외곽지역 논경작지의 토지이용 및 피복변화에 따른 온도 변화모형 연구 (A Study on Temperature Change Profiles by Land Use and Land Cover Changes of Paddy Fields in Metropolitan Areas)

  • 본 연구는 도시미기후 측면에서 냉섬 역할을 하는 논경작지의 대규모 택지개발로 인한 도시기온 변화량를 분석하여 논경작지 보존을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고 도시온도 상승을 줄일 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 인천시 부평구와 부천시의 개발 전 후 토지피복 변화를 분석하기 위해 1989년 5월 17일과 2000년 5월 7일 위성영상을 산림, 초지 및 식재지, 논경작지, 나지, 시가화 지역을 구분하여 분석한 결과, 기존 인천시 부평구와 부천시 중앙에 넓게 분포하고 있던 논경작지 대부분이 신도시 건설로 인해 시가화 지역과 개발 중인 나지로 변한 것으로 분석되었다. 토지피복변화 유형별 지표면 온도 변화 현황 분석 결과, 지표면 온도가 높아진 주요 유형은 논경작지에서 나지로 변화된 유형($+1.4939^{\circ}C$), 논경작지에서 시가화 지역으로 변화된 유형($0.9356^{\circ}C$)이었다. 논경작지 토지이용 변화에 따른 온도 변화 영향요인을 분석하기 위해 논경작지 변화지역을 대상으로 블록별 평균 지표면 온도차를 분석한 결과, 1989년 세부 연구대상지는 논경작지였기 때문에 $19{\sim}20^{\circ}C$ 사이의 균일한 온도분포를 나타낸 반면, 시가화 지역으로 변한 2000년 블록별 지표면 온도는 $19.1{\sim}23.9^{\circ}C$로 온도편차가 크고 분포가 다양하게 나타나고 있었다. 논경작지 토지이용 변화에 따른 도시기온 변화 원인 분석을 위해 지표면 온도 변화량과 도시기온 변화 영향요인간 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 녹지율 상관계수는 -0.662로 강한 음의 상관관계를 보였으며, 건폐율, 불투수포장율, 용적율은 지표면 온도 변화량과 상관계수가 +0.231, +0.226, +0.123으로 통계적 유의성이 인정되지 않았다. 논경작지 토지이용 변화에 따른 지표면 온도 변화모형을 구축하기 위해 녹지율을 독립변수로 지표면 온도 변화량을 종속변수로 한 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 기존 논경작지에서 시가화 지역으로 변화할 경우 녹지율 및 불투수포장율이 0%라 가정할 때 $+3.889^{\circ}C$의 온도 상승이 예상되며 녹지율이 10% 증가할 때마다 $+3.889^{\circ}C$에서 $-0.430^{\circ}C$ 만큼 온도저감 효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

Influences of the Residential Environment on the Apartment Remodeling: Involving the Expansion of Households and Dwelling Area

  • Space extension and the increase of the number of households are helpful to raise business value of the remodeling through the renovation of apartment houses that is required by residents of new cities and large-scaled apartment. However, in the case of accepting this demand, it could have a bad influence on the landscape of a complex in terms of the structure of apartment houses and the safety of construction and urban planning, and a problem occurs in the aspect of fairness for reconstruction. For the study, the current status related to the remodeling system through laws, related articles since 2000 and research data was analyzed. In addition, the individual quantitative analysis was conducted in the four aspects to judge whether households expansion for remodeling is plausible:1) Statistical data to comprehend the changes of population and social structure 2) Survey data of floor space index and the building-to-land ratio of new cities at the intial stage for the review of the effect of architectural planning and urban environment 3) Surveys of experts on structural safety in order to judge whether the demand of expansion is accepted or not. 4) Quantitative analysis of each item to compare fairness with reconstruction. Therefore, this study is intended to understand problems of the remodeling system that is currently operated. Moreover, it will be further reviewed that the expansion of households is feasible through the permission of expansion and it will be discussed that the revitalization of the apartment remodeling has a positive impact on the residential environment.

An Analysis of the Impact of Building Wind by Field Observation in Haeundae LCT Area, South Korea: Typhoon Omais in 2021

  • In the Haeundae area of Busan, South Korea, damage has continued to occur recently from building wind from caused by dense skyscrapers. Five wind observation stations were installed near LCT residential towers in Haeundae to analyze the effect of building winds during typhoon Omais. The impact of building wind was analyzed through relative and absolute evaluations. At an intersection located southeast of LCT (L-2), the strongest wind speed was measured during the monitoring. The maximum average wind speed for one minute was observed to be 38.93 m/s, which is about three times stronger than at an ocean observation buoy (12.7 m/s) at the same time. It is expected that 3 to 4 times stronger wind can be induced under certain conditions compared to the surrounding areas due to the building wind effect. In a Beaufort wind scale analysis, the wind speed at an ocean observatory was mostly distributed at Beaufort number 4, and the maximum was 8. At L-2, more than 50% of the wind speed exceeded Beaufort number 4, and numbers up to 12 were observed. However, since actual measurement has a limitation in analyzing the entire range, cross-validation with computational fluid dynamics simulation data is required to understand the characteristics of building winds.

공간사용 규제가 택지가격에 미치는 영향에 대한 공간가중회귀분석 - 장유 신도시지역을 대상으로- (A Geographically Weighted Regression on the Effect of Regulation of Space Use on the Residential Land Price - Evidence from Jangyu New Town -)

  • 본 연구에서는 공간적 의존성을 반영한 공간가중회귀분석 방법을 이용하여 용도지역과 같은 공간사용규제가 택지가격에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 통제변수로는 도로접면, 토지의 형상, 면적 및 경과연수를 사용하였다. 본 연구는 신도시지역인 경남 김해시 장유지역의 토지거래 실거래가격을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 전통적인 회귀분석의 결과와 공간가중회귀분석의 결과는 크게 다르지 않았다. 그러나 공간가중회귀모형의 분석 잔차의 Moran's Index가 OLS모형의 잔차보다 26% 감소하여 잔차의 자기상관이 상당히 개선되었고 설명력도 약간 높아졌다. 전통적 회귀분석 및 공간가중회귀분석에서 점포 겸용 택지 더미변수는 음의 부호를 나타내 기준변수인 주거전용지역 택지보다 택지가격이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 점포 겸용 택지는 용적률과 건폐율이 높아서 토지의 공간적 활용성은 높지만 평지에 위치해 있어 택지로서의 메리트가 크지 못한 반면에, 전용주거지역은 산자락의 완만한 언덕에 위치하여 좋은 경관과 깨끗한 공기를 누릴 수 있기 때문으로 추정된다. 이와 같은 실증분석결과로 볼 때 단순히 용적률과 건폐율을 높이는 것보다는 녹지와 공원을 확충시키는 것이 택지의 가치 상승에 더 많은 기여를 할 수 있을 것으로 보인다는 지방자치단체와 건설회사에 대한 시사점을 제공한다. 근린생활시설용지 더미변수는 유의적인 양의 회귀계수를 나타내, 다른 용도지역에 비하여 택지가격이 높은 것으로 나타났는데, 이것은 근린생활시설용지가 용적률이 점포 겸용 택지와 전용주거지역보다 훨씬 높고 5층까지 건축이 가능하기 때문인 것으로 추정된다. 예상과 같이 택지 구매자는 중로에 접한 택지를 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 광로한면은 소음 및 매연으로 인해 주거환경이 좋지 않고 차량출입이 불편하다는 단점이 있다. 좁은 도로는 소음 및 매연이 적고 사생활이 보호된다는 장점이 있지만 도로 양쪽에 차량이 주차되면, 통행에 많은 장애가 발행하여 불편함을 초래할 수 있다. 경과연수는 음의 부호를 보여 시간에 따라 택지가격이 하락되는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 2008년 글로벌 금융위기 당시 장유지역의 택지가격이 김해의 다른 지역에 비하여 하락했기 때문으로 보인다.
