Future battlefield domains are expanding to ground, sea, air, space, and cyber, so future military operations are expected to be carried out simultaneously and complexly in various battlefield domains. In addition, the application of convergence technologies that create innovations in all fields of economy, society, and defense, such as artificial intelligence, IoT, and big data, is being promoted. However, since the current Korean military C4I system manages warfighting function DBs in one DB server, the efficiency of combat performance is reduced utilization and distribution speed of data and operation response time. To solve this problem, research is needed on how to apply the 4th industrial revolution technologies such as AI, IoT, 5G, big data, and cloud to the Korean military C4I system, but research on this is insufficient. Therefore, this paper analyzes the problems of the current Korean military C4I system and proposes to apply the 4th industrial revolution technology in terms of operational mission, network and data link, computing environment, cyber operation, interoperability and interlocking capabilities.

Despite the increase internet use rate, there still appears a big difference in web usage rates depending on demographic variables, web usage environment variables. This study aimed to improve our understanding of perceived usage, attitude, affected factors related Web usage for schoolwork and research. This result will facilitate further understanding of perceived usage, attitude, affected factors related Web usage, thereby enabling researchers, practitioners, and policy makers to better design appropriate strategies to promote the Web usage.

In this paper, we prove that the Ricci tensor of a three-dimensional almost Kenmotsu manifold satisfying ${\nabla}_{\xi}h=0$, $h{\neq}0$, is ${\eta}$-parallel if and only if the manifold is locally isometric to either the Riemannian product $\mathbb{H}^2(-4){\times}\mathbb{R}$ or a non-unimodular Lie group equipped with a left invariant non-Kenmotsu almost Kenmotsu structure.

There is a good evidence that tabacco necrosis virus, lettuce big vein virus, and tabacoo stunt virus are transmitted by Oplidium brassicae, although absolute proof in aspetic condition is lakcing. Some evidence suggests that polymyxa graminis may be involved in transmission of wheat mosaic virus. One report claims that Synchytrium endobioticum can transmit potato virus X. The cultivated mushroom, Agaricus bisporus, is known to act as a hose of a virus and is apparently involved in the spread of the virus.

Let M be a compact almost $coK{\ddot{a}}hler$ 5-manifold with $K{\ddot{a}}hlerian$ leaves. In this paper, we prove that M is locally symmetric if and only if it is locally isometric to a Riemannian product of a unit circle $S^1$ and a locally symmetric compact $K{\ddot{a}}hler$ 4-manifold.

A new protection coordination algorithm in Multi-Agent based distribution automation system is proposed in this paper. Distribution network protection coordination is acted by normal state distribution operation. But, in more and more complex distribution network structure, it has a big problem that central server processed all measurement data, coordination setting and controls for operation. So, a algorithm to change coordination setting is proposed automatically in terminal devices which Recloser and OCR to include Multi-Agent concepts in distribution network.

We examined two kinds of problem posing, 'problem making' and 'problem modifying' to find which one is more effective for improving mathematical problem solving ability according to the student's learning-levels and sexes. The results showed that 'problem making' is more effective for high and middle-level groups than 'problem modifying'. There was no big difference according to the sexes. These facts implies that making a problem when a situation was presented is more effective to develop problem solving ability than modifying a problem ： modifying some conditions and contents of given problem.

2010 도쿄 국제 포장전(TOKYO PACK 2010)이 10월 5일(화)~8일(금)까지 4일간, 도쿄 빅사이트(Big Sight)에서 개최, 1966년에 제1회가 개최되어, 이번으로 제 23회째를 맞게 되었다. 이번 회에는 "성장의 힌트는, 포장에 있다"를 테마로 내세워, 포장의 최신기술이 다수 출품됐다. 출품사는 514사(단체), 1904부스의 규모로 포장자재, 포장기계, 포장가공기계, 식품 환경관련기재, 포장디자인 서비스, 유통 물류 시스템기기 등 포장에 관련되는 온갖 분야에서 최선단의 제품 기술이 전시됐다. 이번 전시회에서는 생산에서 물류까지 일관한 시스템 전시가 특징이다. 이러한 토탈 시스템 전시는 수많이 개최되는 국내외의 포장전에서도 유례를 볼 수 없는 것으로 양 질 모두 세계 최고클래스의 전시회로써 주목을 모았다.

글로벌동향브리핑(GTB)에서는 100여명의 국내 외 과학기술 전문가가 농림 수산, 생명과학, 보건 의료 등 19개 주제로 해외 과학기술동향을 소개하고 있다. 이를 바탕으로 식품분야의 최신 해외과학기술 주요동향을 요약하여 재정리 하고자 한다. 새로운 기술의 등장은 타분야 기술로 빠르게 파급된다. 최근 등장하는 기술 역시 농식품 분야로 전파되어 새로운 식품기술(Food Technology)의 등장을 견인하고 있다. 식품에 적용되기까지 많은 시간이 소요될 수 있으나 일부 연구자들은 발빠르게 움직여 관련 결과가 제시되기도 하고 있다. 따라서 이번 호에서는 3D printing, Big data, 영상기술 등 타분야의 신기술을 다루고자 한다.

The genes for ribosomal RNA in Rhizobium meliloti and Bradyrhizobium japonicum were analyzed by southern hybridization of BamHI, EcoRI, HindIII digested chromosomal DNA with purified 5' $^{32}P$-labeled 16S and 23S rRNA. The big differences in the hybridization pattern of both rhizobia were found. The comparative results were discussed in relation to the copy number and conservativity of restriction sites in the rRNA genes of both rhizobia.
