Bacillus subtilis 균주의 기능성 분석 및 이를 활용한 고추 흰가루병 방제 (Functional Analysis of Bacillus subtilis Isolates and Biological Control of Red Pepper Powdery Mildew Using Bacillus subtilis R2-1)

  • 지자체 농업기술센터와 농과원에서 수집한 18개의 Bacillus subtilis 균주들이 보유하고 있는 기능성을 구명하기 위하여 항균활성을 비롯한 사이데로포아 생산, 질소고정능력, 인산가용화 능력 및 오옥신 생성능력을 조사하였다. B. subtilis 균주들은 대부분 입고병균(R. solani), 고추 탄저병균(C. acutatum), 채소류 시들음병균(F. oxysporum), 벼도열병균(M. oryzae), 고추 역병균(P. capsici)에 대하여 항균활성을 보였다. 대부분의 균주가 Siderophore와 오옥신 생성능력을 보였으며 질소고정능력도 함께 보유하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 인산가용화능은 조사한 Bacillus 속 균주 중 단 한 균주에서 활성을 보였다. 대부분의 B. subtilis 균주가 고추 흰가루병 억제효과를 보였으나, 균주 간에는 방제효과에 있어서 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. B. subtilis R2-1균주의 농업현장에서의 활용 가능성을 구명하기 위하여 2009년도에 강원도 화천의 유기재배농가에서 오이 흰가루병 방제용 미생물 농약으로 등록되어 사용되고 있는 '큐펙트'와 '탑시드'를 대조로 하여 방제효과를 검정하였다. 2009년도에 B. subtilis R2-1 처리시 방제효과는 37.7%로 '탑시드'(47.6%)보다는 낮았으나, '큐펙트'(25.7%)에 비해서는 높았다. 2010년도에는 B. subtilis R2-1의 고추 흰가루병 방제효과가 83.3%로 미생물 농약인 탑시드 보다도 높게 나타났다. B. subtilis R2-1균주의 발병억제 기작을 구명하기 위하여 B. subtilis R2-1균주와 미생물 농약(탑시드, 큐펙트)을 경엽 처리한 후 포자발아율을 계수한 결과, 미생물 농약인 큐펙트는 97.9%, 탑시드는 94.7% 억제하는데 비해서 B. subtilis R2-1균주는 84.2% 억제하는 것으로 나타났다. 앞으로 B. subtilis R2-1을 고농도로 배양할 수 있는 대량배양기술을 개발하고 항균활성 기능이 잘 발현되도록 제형화한다면 생물농약으로의 개발이 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

  • The purpose of this study is to determine the prevalence of Brachyspira hyodysenteriae from 43 swine farms with diarrhea or a history of diarrhea in Gyeongbuk province by PCR. The overall herd prevalence of B hyodysenteriae was 37.2%(16/43), and the average prevalence of B hyodysenteriae among all sampled pigs was 10.8%(50/462). Positive herds for B hyodysenteriae were distributed throughout Gyeongbuk province from 14.3~50%. Herd size had a effect on the frequency of B hyodysenteriae. The frequency of B hyodysenteriae in herds with less than 1,000 pigs was 47.4%, that of herds between 1,001 and 2,000 pigs was 41.7%. Also, the frequency of B hyodysenteriae in herds with more than 2,000 pigs was 16.7%.

  • 일반적으로 B2C가 불특정 다수에 대한 서비스라면 B2B는 특정 소수에 대한 서비스라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 특성으로 B2C와 B2B에서 고객의 구매의도는 다르게 평가되어야 한다. 또한 B2B는 협상이라는 단계가 있고, 이것은 B2C와 B2B의 구매의도 평가기준에 영향을 미치게 된다. 본 연구에서는 B2B에서 구매의도 파악을 위한 웹 로그 분석 모형을 제시한다. 제시된 모형을 통해 구매의도 파악을 위한 웹 로그 분석 데이터를 추출하고, 추출된 데이터를 기업의 레거시 시스템 데이터와 통합하는 과정을 보여준다. 또한 분석 데이터를 추출하기 위한 웹마이닝 과정과 추출된 분석 데이터가 데이터베이스에 저장되는 과정을 보여준다.

  • Effect of mixed gas and additional Mg powder in an annealing process of the $MgB_2$ is investigated. Four different type of samples were prepared, each in different annealing environment of Ar, $Ar+4%H_2$, Ar with Mg powder and $Ar+4%H_2$ with Mg powder. Different annealing environment did not affect the electron-phonon interaction which is reflected from the same superconducting transition of 36.6 K for all samples. The reducing effect of hydrogen is clearly depicted from the presence of excess Mg in sample synthesized in $Ar+4%H_2$ gas implying the reduced rate of reaction between Mg and B. This has manifested itself in terms of slightly increased high-field critical current density of the sample. In contrast, the sample synthesized in $Ar+4%H_2$ with Mg powder, has shown overall enhancement in the superconducting properties as presented by higher diamagnetic saturation and critical current density.

Microstructure, Mechanical and Wear Properties of Hot-pressed $Si_3N_4-TiB_2$ Composite

  • $Si_3N_4$-$TiB_2$ with 2 wt% $Al_2O_3$ and 4 wt% $Y_2O_3$ additives was hot pressed in a flowing $N_2$ environment with varying $TiB_2$ content from 10 to 50 vol%. Variations of mechanical (hardness, fracture toughness, and flexual strength), and tribological properties as a function of $TiB_2$ content were investigated. As the content of $TiB_2$ increased, relative density decreased due to the chemical reaction of $TiB_2$in $N_2$ environment. The reduction of density causes mechanical properties to be degraded with an increase of $TiB_2$ in $Si_3N_4$. Tribological properties were dependent of microstructure as well as mechanical properties, however, they were degraded strongly by the chemical reaction of $Si_3N_4$-$TiB_2$ during hot pressing in $N_2$ environment. SEM and TEM observations, and X-ray diffraction analysis that the chemical reaction products at the interface are TiCN, Si, and $SiO_2$. Also, the comparison of XRD patterns of the $Si_3N_4$-40 vol% $TiB_2$ composites hot pressed at $1,750^{\circ}C$ for 1 hour between in $N_2$ and in Ar gas was made. The XRD peaks of Si and $SiO_2$ were not found in Ar, but still a weak peak of TiCN was presented.

광-펜톤 산화반응을 이용한 Rhodamine B의 탈색 (Decolorization of Rhodamine B by Photo-Fenton Oxidation)

  • The photochemical decolorization of Rhodamine B (RhB) in water has been carried out by photo-Fenton process. The effect of applied $H_2O_2$, $Fe^{2+}$ dose, solution pH and UV dose have been studied. The influence of constituent processes of photo-Fenton such as UV, $H_2O_2$ and Fenton has been investigated. Comparison of RhB removal was made between the photo-Fenton and $UV/H_2O_2$ process. The results obtained showed that the optimum dosage of $Fe^{2+}$ and $H_2O_2$ were 0.0031 mmol and 0.625 mol, respectively. pH 3 is found to be the optimum pH of for photo-Fenton process. pH and UV dose strongly influenced the decolorization of RhB in photo-Fenton process. The photo-Fenton and $UV/H_2O_2$ processes showed similar decolorization and seem to be appropriate for the decolorization of dye wastewater.

PbO2 전극을 이용한 산화제 생성과 염료 Rhodaime B 제거 (Formation of Oxidants and Removal of Dye Rhodamine B using PbO2 Electrode)

  • This study has been carried out to evaluate the performance of $PbO_2$ electrode for the purpose of degradation of N,N-Dimethyl-4-nitrosoaniline (RNO, indicator of OH radical), generation of ozone and decolorization of Rhodamine B (RhB) in water. The effect of the applied current (0.2~1.2 A), electrolyte type (NaCl, KCl and $Na_2SO_4$), electrolyte concentration (0.0~2.5 g/L) and solution pH (3~11) were evaluated. Experimental results showed that RhB and RNO removal were increased with the increase of current, NaCl dosage and decrease of pH. Ozone generation tendencies appeared with the almost similar to the RhB and RNO degradation, except of solution pH (Ozone generation was increased with increase of pH). Optimum current for RhB degradation and consumption of electric power was 1.0 A. The RhB degradation with Cl type electrolyte were higher than that with the sulfate type. Optimum NaCl dosage for RhB degradation was 1.0 g/L.

실습선 새해림호의 선내 소음도에 대한 평가 (Evaluation of noise level in the training ship, Saehaerim)

  • The noise environment was evaluated using the ISO recommended NR evaluation curve and PSIL (Preferred Sound Interference Level) in order to investigate the onboard educational environment according to the noise in the Motor Vessel Saehaerim, a fishing training ship under making way. As a result, NRNs were measured at 37-61 dB in accommodation areas, 44-56 dB in work areas, 37-57 dB in educational and conference areas, 83-103 dB in engine areas and 65.3 dB and 51.2 dB in the work and education areas respectively based on PSIL. The NRNs, which evaluated the cabin of the experimental ship according to the purpose, exceeded all of the indoor standard noise recommended by the ISO, and the PSIL had a generally short conversational distance within 0.25-2.3 m and 0.75-1.3 m for teaching and work areas.
