  • In recent years, electronic commerce (EC) business has shown a tremendous growth, which put additional cognitive and time-consuming loads on the human users. Intelligent software agents are one key technology to support users doing real EC-business.We propose an Agent-based Business-to-Business(B2B) Marketplace on Internet, where constituent members cooperate or compete in order to get the best possible deals, with the aim of reducing user loads.In case of B2B deals, the good itself shows a complicated behaviour, e.g.price discounts depending o the lot, discounts for cross-buying and so on. It is impractical to concentrate all the knowledge about the goods and the trading strategies at the buyer/seller side. Instead, we include such information in the good itself, which allow us to model the goods as being agents.

  • Data dictionary is a collection of metadata about data defined, produced and consumed while performing business processes. Data dictionary is an essential element for business process standardization and automation. Data dictionary also has a fundamental role in ERP application management and customization. Finally, data dictionary helps B2B by gracefully integrating intra-enterprise business processes and inter-enterprise business processes. This paper gives some clues about the importance of data dictionary in ERP and B2B, and introduces data dictionary support of SEA+, a component-based scalable ERP package system.

  • With the rapid development of the Internet, e-business has been entering a new phase. However, there're still some problems to be settled and needs for breakthrough. The paper proposes an innovative approach to e-business models with the aim to resolve the problems. The paper reviews the exiting e-commerce models and points out some of the common weaknesses of the models, and presents the "Business Blogging e-Hub"model for e-business. With the characteristics of all-sided information, multi-dimensional interactivity and trans-model e-commerce platform, the proposed model is created and derived from the integration of the "classical"e-commerce models as B2B, B2C and C2C with the technology and essence of blogging, and is thus sure to meet rapidly changing business needs.

  • B2B EC는 그 시장규모와 기업, 사회전반에 미치는 영향이 커다란 주요한 연구 분야이다. 그런데, B2C EC와 달리 B2B EC에서는, 구매자의 전자시장에서의 구매기록은 ERP로 대표되는 기업내의 전자구매시스템과 통합되어야 한다. 이를 위한 구조로서 기존의 Inside-Out 접근방식과 Outside-In 접근방식, 그리고, 최근의 b-Cart 접근방식이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이들 3가지 방식에 대한 고찰과 비교 분석을 시도한다. 이를 통해서 기업간 전자상거래에 있어서 ERP와 전자시장과의 통합구조로 b-Cart 접근방식이 효율적인 프레임웍임을 확인한다.

  • Recently, the domestic e-commerce market has achieved remarkable growth through the spread of e-commerce throughout the industry. Nevertheless, the ratio of e-commerce use by our small and medium-sized enterprises has turned out to be very low. The reason for this low participation rate of SMEs in B2B e-commerce market is due to various reasons, but also the lack of empirical performance measurement and evaluation considering the characteristics of B2B e-commerce market in which SMEs participate. Therefore, this study was intended to analyze the effectiveness of B2B e-commerce use of B2B e-commerce to companies that are provided in conjunction with e-Marketplace by public credit guarantee agencies with experience in use. To this end, 14 items related to finance derived through prior research were used to conduct management performance analysis and hypothesis verification from a financial perspective. The implications of this study are expected to be that an empirical performance analysis from the financial perspective of a B2B e-commerce guarantee Utilized company can be used as a basis for policymaking for the activation of the B2B e-commerce guarantee in the future, thus contributing to the establishment of a stable business environment by supporting the expansion of e-commerce by small and medium-sized businesses.

  • The use of the internet to facilitate commerce among companies promises vast benefits. Lots of e-marketplaces are building for several industries such as chemistry, airplane, and automobile industries. This study proposed new B2B EC business model for the shipping industry which concerns relatively massive fixed assets to be fully utilized. To be successful the proposed model gives participants to support useful information. To do this the expert system is constructed as the hybrid prediction system of neural network (NN) and memory based reasoning (MBR) with self-organizing map (SOM) and knowledge augmentaton technique using qualitative reasoning (QR). The expert system supports participants useful information coping with dynamic market environment. with this transportation companies are induced to participate in the proposed e-marketplace and helped for exchanges easily. Also participants would utilize their assets fully through B2B exchanges.

  • This paper focuses on what the philosophy and methodology of the Theory of Constraints contribute to B2B e-commerce. Typical characteristics of TOC methods applicable to B2B are explored in comparison with traditional MRP, JIT, TQM and cost accounting. Addressed are expected changes in various backend business areas supporting e-commerce. TOC provides B2B management with the capability of logistics transparency, speedy decision making, and better cashflow.

  • To execute business collaborations, the business process specification is required and it is generated from the business process model. ebXML, which is the XML-based B2B standard framework for organizations over the Internet, recommends process analyst and modeler to use UN/CEFACT Modeling Methodology for modeling. All the artifacts of the modeling and transformed results between different business models may be registered in the business library for the share and re-use. In this paper, we implement the business process modeler including built-in registry client. It provides not only modeling the business process but also generating the specifications, exporting the metadata about the business model, and registering in the business library.

  • XML은 단순함과 융통성이라는 특징을 가지고 있기 때문에 Internet B2B(Business to Business) 메세지 송수신을 용이하게 한다. Internet B2B에서 메세지 송수신을 하는 데 있어서 보안이 점차 중요하게 대두되고 있다. 인터넷은 공용 네트워크이므로 도청과 위조와 같은 공격에 어떠한 보호장치도 있지 않기 때문에 메시지가 송수신되는 동안 자신의 중요한 정보가 다른곳으로 유출되거나 손실될 경우 B2B 메시지 송수신에 있어서 크나큰 손실을 가져올 수 있다. SSL(Secure Socket Layer)은 transport-level 보안 프로토콜이 제공하는 인증, 무결성, 기밀성을 제공하고 있다. 하지만 부인방지를 제공하고 있지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 하지만 XML-Signature를 이용하면 이러한 문제점을 해결할 수 있고 프로토콜 차원이 아닌 어플리케이션 차원에서 보안 시스템을 설계하므로 B2B 간 메시지 송수신하는데 있어서 서버와 클라이언트에 각각 XML-Signature 사용하여 안전하게 통신 할 수 있도록 해주는 보안모들 설계를 소개한다.
