A total of 30 strains of Candida albicans were examined for susceptibility to amphotericin B and ketoconazole using Sabouraud's dextrose broth, Kimmig broth and Supplemented yeast nitrogen base broth media. Furthermore, the growth curve and colony forming units were checked for use of stationary-phase cells and 2-hour incubation cells in the absence of atifungal agents. The viable counts were determined periodically during incubation by standard plate count techniques. The minimum inhibitory concentrations of amphotericin B for use of stationary phase cells were as follows: SDB, $0.09{\sim}0.97mcg/ml$(0.39mcg/ml); Kimmig broth, $0.19{\sim}0.39mcg/ml$(0.42 mcg/ml) and SYNB, $0.19{\sim}0.39mcg/ml$mcg/ml(0.23mcg/ml). In ketoconazole, MICs were value SDB, $3.12{\sim}25.0mcg/ml$(12.5mcg/ml); Kimmig broth, $12.5{\sim}25.0mcg/ml$ (22.5mcg/ml) and SYNB, $3.12{\sim}12.5mcg/ml$(6.71mcg/ml). The MICs of amphotericin B(0.2mcg/ml cone.) for use of 2-hour incubation cells in absence of AMB were, SDB, $0.04{\sim}0.39mcg/ml$(0.11mcg/ml); Kimmig broth, $0.09{\sim}0.39mcg/ml$(0.18mcg/ml) and SYNB, $0.09{\sim}0.19mcg/ml$(0.14mcg/ml) and in KTZ, the value of MICs were SDB, $3.12{\sim}25.0mcg/ml$(12.22mcg/ml); Kimmig broth, $0.78{\sim}25.0mcg/ml$(11.01mcg/ml) and SYNB, $1.56{\sim}12.5mcg/ml$(3.90mcg/ml). The two-log reductions in CFU per milliliter observed when 2 hour preincubation cells were treated with 0.2mcg/concentrations of AMB and 25.0mcg/ml of KTZ. However, AMB treated cells were restored to growth activity, it suggested that the AMB has no active antifungal activity.

The $C_B$ statistic, a generalization of Mallows's $C_L$ statistic, is developed to determine the shrinkage parameter. Since not all cases in a data set play an equal role in forming $C_B$, a subdivision of $C_B$ into individual components for each case is developed. This subdivision is useful both as an aid in understanding $C_B$ and as a diagnostic procedure.

In this paper, we proposed an information fusion method for enhancement of automatic dependent surveillance - broadcast (ADS-B) system which is one of the next generation navigation system. Although ADS-B provides better performance than traditional radar, ADS-B still has error due to dependence of global navigation satellite system (GNSS) information. In this paper, we improved the ADS-B performance using information fusion of multilateration (MLAT) and wide area multilateration (WAM). Information fusion provides accurate data compared to original data. Mostly, information fusion methods use Kalman filter or IMM(interacting multiple model) filter as a subfilter. However, we used Robust IMM filter as a subfilter to improve the aircraft tracking performance. Also, we use actual ADS-B data not virtual data to increase reliability of our information fusion method.

In B2B e-Commerce market, many companies used in B2B e-Commerce Guarantee Service. Guarantee service raised the stability of collect debts for seller, and made purchase fund for buyer. In 2001, The first year of implementation, B2B e-Commerce Guarantee Cost was just a 19 billion, but in 2008 was significantly increased a 3 trillion 982 billion. In previous studies, however, there was no research on performance management. This study focus on design of KPI weighting for measuring performance of B2B e-Commerce Guarantee Intermediary Service. Through analysis for 'B2B e-Commerce Guarantee Intermediary Service', the study selected KPI and made the KPI weighing. the process of designing a KPI weighting is 5 phase. This study suggests the standard of measuring performance and guidelines on the focus management of KPI in B2B e-Commerce Guarantee Service.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccination in immunocompromised, especially transplant recipients, may induce a weaker immune response. But there are limited data on the immune response after COVID-19 vaccination in liver transplant (LT) recipients, especially on the comparison of Ab responses after different vaccine platforms between mRNA and adenoviral vector vaccines. Thus, we conducted a prospective study on LT recipients who received two doses of the ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 (ChAdOx1), mRNA-1273, or BNT162b2 vaccines compared with healthy healthcare workers (HCWs). SARS-CoV-2 S1-specific IgG Ab titers were measured using ELISA. Overall, 89 LT recipients (ChAdOx1, n=16 [18%]) or mRNA vaccines (mRNA-1273 vaccine, n=23 [26%]; BNT162b2 vaccine, n=50 [56%]) received 3 different vaccines. Of them, 16 (18%) had a positive Ab response after one dose of COVID-19 vaccine and 62 (73%) after 2 doses. However, the median Ab titer after two doses of mRNA vaccines was significantly higher (44.6 IU/ml) than after two doses of ChAdOx1 (19.2 IU/ml, p=0.04). The longer time interval from transplantation was significantly associated with high Ab titers after two doses of vaccine (p=0.003). However, mycophenolic acid use was not associated with Ab titers (p=0.53). In conclusion, about 3-quarters of LT recipients had a positive Ab response after 2 doses of vaccine, and the mRNA vaccines induced higher Ab responses than the ChAdOx1 vaccine.

Ninety five patients of rectal cancer treated with surgery with or without adjuvant radiation therapy since January 1982 to December 1990 at the Chonnam University Hospital were analysed retrospectively regarding local failure. Of these 95 patients 72 patients were treated with surgery alone and remaining 23 patients received postoperative radiation therapy to pelvis. There were 45 men and 50 women with 53 years of median age. Minimum follow-up period was 19 months and median was47 months (range, 19-125 months). Kaplan-Meier method was used to calculate actuarial risk of local recurrence and survival rate. Comparison between two groups was evaluated by Log rank test. Of total 95 patients twenty seven patients ($28.4\%$) developed local recurrence and 13 patients ($17.3\%$) developed local and distant metastasis concomitantly. Eighty nine percent (24/27) of patients developed local recurrence within 24 months. Pelvic organ adjacent to the primary tumor area was the most common site of initial local recurrence. Of 72 patients treated with surgery alone local recurrence developed in 24 patients. Of 17 patients with stage A and 81 (Gunderson-Sosin modification of Dukes' staging system) 6 patients experienced local recurrence ($31.2\%$). The local recurrence rate of B2 and B3 group was $29.9\%$ (7/33) and that of C2 and C3 was $54.7\%$ (11/19), respectively. There was statistically significant difference between two groups (p<0.05). Of 23 patients treated with definitive surgery and radiation therapy $10\%$ (1/10) recurred in B2 and B3 patients. This was slightly lower than C2 and C3 patients ($22.2\%$, 2/10) of similar policy, but revealed no statistically significant difference (p>0.05). In the patients of B2+3 local failure rate decreased when radiation therapy was added ($29.9\%$ vs $10\%$, p>0.05) and also similar results in C2+3 group ($34.7\%$ vs $22.2\%$, p<0.05). The local failure rate in relation to distance from the anal verge had no statistically significant difference.

Two types of single crystals of the title compound [6-(2-pyridyl)-3, 5-hexadiyn-ol, PyHxD] were obtained by solution of n-hexane/CH2C12 and n-hexane/Et2O, and their molecular conformations are proved identical in spite of different of space groups; C22H18N2O2 (I), Mr=343.70, Monoclinic, Pa, a=14.595(2), b=5.413(2), c=12.218(2)Å, β=96.86(1)°, V=958.3Å3, Z=2, Dx=1.19 Mgm-3, λ(MoKα)=0.71069Å, μ=0.072mm-1, F(000)=360.0, T=292K, R=0.104 for 756 unique observed reflections. An asymmetric unit contains a dimer connected by two N-H…O intermolecular hydrogen bonds. C11H9NO (II), Mr=171.85, Monoclinic, P21/a, a=14.611(2), b=5.423(6), c=12.191(2)Å, β=96.89(1)°, V=959.0Å3, Z=4, Dx=1.19 Mgm-3, λ(MoKα)=0.71069Å, μ=0.072mm-1, F(000)=360.0, T=293K, R=0.066 for 824 unique observed reflection. The structural asymmetric unit contains a molecule, but two N-H…O hydrogen bonds related by controsymmetry make the molecules form a dimer. In both structure, the dihedral angle between the planar pyridyl ring and the plane defined by C(10)-C(11)-O connected by linear diyne chain is approximately normal, and the molecules are stacked along b-axis with the unit repeat of b-axis.
