Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccination may non-specifically alter the host immune system. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of COVID-19 vaccination on hepatitis B surface Ag (HBsAg) titer and host immunity in chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients. Consecutive 2,797 CHB patients who had serial HBsAg measurements during antiviral treatment were included in this study. Changes in the HBsAg levels after COVID-19 vaccination were analyzed. The dynamics of NK cells following COVID-19 vaccination were also examined using serial blood samples collected prospectively from 25 healthy volunteers. Vaccinated CHB patients (n=2,329) had significantly lower HBsAg levels 1-30 days post-vaccination compared to baseline (median, -21.4 IU/ml from baseline), but the levels reverted to baseline by 91-180 days (median, -3.8 IU/ml). The velocity of the HBsAg decline was transiently accelerated within 30 days after vaccination (median velocity: -0.06, -0.39, and -0.04 log10 IU/ml/year in pre-vaccination period, days 1-30, and days 31-90, respectively). In contrast, unvaccinated patients (n=468) had no change in HBsAg levels. Flow cytometric analysis showed that the frequency of NK cells expressing NKG2A, an NK inhibitory receptor, significantly decreased within 7 days after the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine (median, -13.1% from baseline; p<0.001). The decrease in the frequency of NKG2A+ NK cells was observed in the CD56dimCD16+ NK cell population regardless of type of COVID-19 vaccine. COVID-19 vaccination leads to a rapid, transient decline in HBsAg titer and a decrease in the frequency of NKG2A+ NK cells.
ADS-B can provide high accurate position information and faster update rate than Radar system and it is a technique that can supplement or replace the Radar. Recently ADS-B has been applied to the actual aircraft operation because to increase air transportation traffic and required to high accurate surveillance. In this study, we surveyed analysis of position deviation distribution analysis and received actual ADS-B trajectory data for conformed precise surveillance on the near airport area using ADS-B message. For that, we received the precision instrument approach ADS-B trajectory data using instrument landing system, and can analyse about target deviation distribution on the final approach segment about precision instrument approach. The result of analysis is mean distance of target deviation -0.04 m and standard deviation 6.71 m on between ADS-B target and extended runway centerline. Also that is to conformed the ADS-B message trajectory available to provide relatively exact surveillance information.

In this paper, we have designed a low-noise amplifier for the down-converter to apply the K-band Mu-kung-hwa satellite downconvertion. We have designed on three-stage to satisfy the property of low-noise amplifier for the down-converter required at least 30dB gain. The simulaition results for the designed three-stage Low-noise amplifier are measured that 33dB, gain and 0.93dB, noise-figure From 19.200 to 20.200, and The experiment results of the fabric are measured that 25dB, gain and 1.5dB, noise-figure. Since Input reflection coefficient and otput resection coefficient are -25dB and -28dB, respectively, and VSWR is lower than 1.5, this amplifier can be used as a low-noise amplifier for the down-converter to apply the K-band Mu-kung-hwa satellite downconvertion.
Chiropractic is very similar to Oriental Medicine in philosophy on the cause of diseases and in utilization of spinal articulations for diagnosis and treatment. In this paper the spinal area used to treat liver dysfunction in S.O.T. technique, one of chiropractic techniques, was compared to the acupncture points used to cure the same conditions. Because both Oriental medicine and Chiropractic are dealing with autonomic nervous system in regulating abnormal conditions, also the innervation of spinal nerves to those areas was checked. The spinal area that S.O.T. technique utilizes to correct liver dysfunction is transverse processes of T8, which corresponds to B16. Acupncture points from this level down to T12/L1, which are B16, B17, B18, B19, B20, B21, B45, B46, B47, B48, B49, B50, GV6, GV7, GV8 and GV9, all have been applied to control liver function. Apparent discrepency exists in therapeutic areas for liver malfunction between the two natural healing arts. According to the neurology texts, liver is innervated by sympathetic fibers from the 7th-10th thoracic segments and by parasympathetic fibers from vagus nerve. Sympathetic afferent nerves from the liver reach the 7th-12th thoracic spinal cord segments. It can be said all the 7th-12th thoracic spinal cord segments are related to liver function. Therefore the areas used for liver dysfunction in both natural medicine are appropriately selected. However, B16, the Oriental medical equivalent of the main spinal area which is used for lowered liver function in C.M.R.T. Technique, is not utilized as frequent as in Oriental medicine.

Recently, demand for digital image processing devices increases rapidly, more clear images have been required. But, in the process of digital image acquisition, processing and transmission, image degradation occurs due to various external reasons and researches about noise reduction are on the rise. Therefore, this study suggested the algorithm to process AWGN(additive white Gaussian noise) by separately processing as three levels according to the pixel distribution in the mask in order to remove AWGN(additive white Gaussian noise) which is added in the image. Regarding the processed results by applying Barbara images which were damaged by AWGN(σ = 15), suggested algorithm showed the improvement by 2.87[dB], 2.95[dB], 2.88[dB], 1.52[dB], 1.49[dB], 1.58[dB] and 1.25[dB] respectively compared with the existing MF(5 × 5), A-TMF(5 × 5), AWMF(5 × 5), MF(3 × 3), A-TMF(3 × 3), AWMF(3 × 3), GF(5 × 5).

In order to obtain the fundamental data on the auditory thresholds of fishes for marine ranching, the auditory thresholds of black rock fish Sebastes Schlegeli were measured in the presence of masking noise in the spectrum level range of 73 - 83dB (0dB re $1{\mu}Pa/{\sqrt{Hz}}$) with a classical cardiac conditioning technique. Critical ratios were about 19 - 30dB at 80 - 300Hz and 46 - 54dB at 500 - 800Hz. The ratio increased almost linearly with increasing frequency to 500Hz. The noise spectrum level at the start of masking was about 70dB within the frequency range of 80 - 800Hz excepting 65dB at 300Hz. This suggests that hearing of the black rock fish is masked in the natural environment with the noise spectrum level above 65dB. The sound pressure level of which the signal sound of 100 - 200Hz is recognized by black rock fish under the ambient noise is above 90dB and the critical ratio of them is above 20dB.
In the present paper we introduce a new subclass of analytic functions in the unit disc defined by convolution $(f_{\mu})^{(-1)}*f(z)$; where $$f_{\mu}=(1-{\mu})z_2F_1(a,b;c;z)+{\mu}z(z_2F_1(a,b;c;z))^{\prime}$$. Several interesting properties of the class and integral preserving properties of the subclasses are also considered.
