Buyer-carts to support the purchasing process in the B2B EC platform, can be categorized as s-cart, i-cart, and b-cart depending upon its residing sites : seller, intermediary, and buyer sites. In this paper, after proposing the desired features of buyer-carts in B2B EC as identification, collection, trashing, ordering, payment, tracking, recording, purchasing decision support, and transmission of records to e-procurement systems, we try to analyze each buyer-cart qualitatively from such viewpoints. Moreover, we propose an efficiency evaluation model for quantitative analysis. By setting variables from interview of employees in 30 listed companies In Korea, we try to evaluate the efficiency of buyer-carts in B2B EC. From this paper, we show that the b-cart platform is more efficient than other buyer-carts especially in B2B EC.

본 연구는 B2B (business-to-business) 비즈니스 모델 혁신(business model innovation, BMI)이 B2C (business-to-consumer) 비즈니스 모델 혁신 대비 혁신성과에 미치는 상대적 효과를 실증적으로 검증하고자 한다. BMI의 하위요인을 가치창출(value creation), 가치제안(value proposition), 가치획득(value capture)으로 나누어 각각의 요인 간의 관계를 구체적으로 분석한다. 본 연구는 실증분석을 위해 2022년 기업가정신 실태조사(기업편) DB의 3,120개 기업을 활용하였다. 분석 결과, BMI 중 가치창출은 B2B (vs. B2C) 혁신성과에 미치는 영향이 더 크며 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 반면 가치제안은 B2C (vs. B2B) 혁신성과에 미치는 영향이 더 크며 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 주 비지니스 대상에 따라 BMI가 혁신성과에 상이한 영향을 미친다는 것을 실증했다는 점에서 학술적 의의가 있으며, 기업 특성에 따른 차별화된 BMI를 추구하는 것이 중요하다는 실무적 시사점을 가진다.

As a radar based air surveillance hits the limit along with the growing air traffic needs, a new air surveillance technology called ADS-B has emerged. ADS-B provides more accurate position information with a shorter interval, and aircraft equipped with ADS-B transponders can check each other's location. However not all aircraft are equipped with ADS-B transponders, and aircraft with different ADS-B data links cannot check each other's location. To address these problems a TIS-B service, which broadcasts information that a radar is tracking, and an ADS-R service, which cross-broadcasts information of different ADS-B data links, have been emerged. In this paper, we design and implement a centralized TIS-B server for broadcasting air traffic situation which is capable of providing a TIS-B service and an ADS-R service at the same time. The implemented TIS-B server has been verified with a configured ADS-B ground system, by receiving ADS-B surveillance data and radar surveillance data followed by generating surveillance data for providing a TIS-B service and an ADS-R service and simulating broadcast of those generated surveillance data.

This study investigates the fundamental properties of the water-binder (W/B) ratio and fine aggregate-binder (F/B) ratio in the alkali-activated slag cement (AASC) mortar. The W/B ratios are 0.35, 0.40, 0.45, and 0.50, respectively. And then the F/B ratios varied between 1.00 and 3.00 at a constant increment of 0.25. The alkali activator was an 2M and 4M NaOH. The measured mechanical properties were compared, flow, compressive strength, absorption, ultra sonic velocity, and dry shrinkage. The flow, compressive strength, absorption, ultra sonic velocity and dry shrinkage decreased with increases W/B ratio. The compressive strength decreases with increase F/B ratio at same W/B ratio. Also, at certain value of F/B ratio significant increase in strength is observed. And S2 (river sand 2) had lower physical properties than S1 (river sand 1) due to the fineness modulus. The results of experiments indicated that the mechanical properties of AASC depended on the W/B ratio and F/B ratio. The optimum range for W/B ratios and F/B ratios of AASC is suggested that the F/B ratios by 1.75~2.50 at each W/B ratios. Moreover, the W/(B+F) ratios between 0.13 and 0.14 had a beneficial effect on the design of AASC mortar.

B2B EC는 그 시장규모와 기업, 사회전반에 미치는 영향이 커다란 주요한 연구 분야이다. 그런데, B2C EC와 달리 B2B EC에서는, 구매자의 전자시장에서의 구매기록은 ERP로 대표되는 기업내의 전자구매시스템과 통합되어야 한다. 이를 위한 구조로서 기존의 Inside-Out 접근방식과 Outside-In 접근방식, 그리고, 최근의 b-Cart 접근방식이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이들 3가지 방식에 대한 고찰과 비교 분석을 시도한다. 이를 통해서 기업간 전자상거래에 있어서 ERP와 전자시장과의 통합구조로 b-Cart 접근방식이 효율적인 프레임웍임을 확인한다.

Most expressed HLA (human leukocyte antigen) loci exhibit a remarkable degree of allelic polymorphism, which derives from sequence differences predominantly localized to discrete hypervariable regions of the amino terminal domain of the molecule. In this study, the HLA-B genotypes were determined in twenty students unrelated koreans using the PCR-SSP (polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primer) technique. Several specific primer pairs in assigning the HLA-B gene were used ($B^{\ast}4001/4007$, $B^{\ast}4901/5001/4501$, $B^{\ast}3701$, $B^{\ast}5801$). The results of PCR-SSP, the HLA-B3701 primer was detected one (5%), the $HLA-B^{\ast}5801$ were detected four (20%), the $HLA-B^{\ast}4001/4007$ were detected nineteen (95%) and the $HLA-B^{\ast}4901/5001/4501$ were detected twenty. This study shows that the PCR-SSP technique is relatively simple, fast and a practical tool for the determination of the HLA-B genotypes. Moreover, these results genotype frequency of the HLA-B gene could be useful for database study before being applied to individual identification and transplantation immunity.

The effects of vitamin B6 deficiency on energy utilization during fasting or underfeeding were studied in rats. Fifteen rats were fed a vitamin B6 deficient(-B6) diet and another 15 rats wee fed a control (+B6) diet. These rats were fed for 5 weeks with respective diet, and then subdivided into 3 groups : non-fasted group, fasted group, underfed group. Rats of the fasted group were fasted for 3 days and those of underfed group for 6 days. At the respective time (non-fast, 3 day-fast, 6 day-underfeed at 5 weeks), animals were sacrificed. Feed efficiency ratio of - B6 rats was significantly lower than that of +B6 rats. In - B6 rats, the liver and kidney weights were significantly heavier than those of +B6 rats but spleen and heart weights were not. In non-fasted group, liver protein and triglyceride level of - B6 rats were significantly higher than that of +B6 rats. After - B6 rats were fasted for 3 days, plasma free fatty acid level was significantly lower but liver glycogen level was higher than that of +B6 rats and muscle protein level of +B6 was decreased while that of - B6 was not changed. Vitamin B6 deficiency had little effect on the energy utilization with 6 days underfeeding. These results suggest that vitamin B6 deficiency may impair the utilization of stored fuel during fasting.

This study is related to the laser weldability of AZ31B magnesium alloy, an all-purpose wrought alloy with good strength and ductility. In general, AZ31B is classified into AZ31B-H24 and AZ31B-O depending on temper designation. Thus, in this study, the laser weldability of AZ31B-H24 and AZ31B-O was investigated and compared. CW Nd:YAG laser was used to produce bead and butt joints. And the effects of welding conditions on the weldability of these joints were examined in detail. As a result of this study, AZ31B-H24 was found to have thinner oxide film and smaller grain size compared with AZ31B-O. Due to such difference, in bead welding, AZ31B-H24 had more wide welding range for full penetration compared with AZ31B-O. Furthermore, it was also confirmed that AZ31B-H24 and AZ31B-O have different welding conditions to obtain stable keyhole in butt welding.

It is expected that the role and market share of B2B Electronic Commerce between countries increase in the future. To motivate this new type of marketing, civil-leading flexible regulation frame is needed than any other factors including its legislation and administration for activating each companys cooperation mind and friendly relationship also. Government policies should focus on coordination of competing circumstances and participating to international standardization working scope In addition, domestic situation of B2B Electronic Commerce and political perspectives are to be analyzed and proposed that contribute to broaden market share. These aims are obtained by scrutinizing some critical factors of current B2B market: companys trading characteristics, possibility of introducing to trading scope, and B2B Electronic Commerce Policy etc.

This study conducted an empirical analysis through the Kaplan-Meier method, which is mainly used for clinical experiment analysis, on the survival rate and the survival duration of small and medium-sized enterprises using B2B e-commerce guarantee provided by credit guarantee institutions for activating B2B e-commerce transactions. The variables presented in this study are analyzed by the subdivision of the survival characteristics of enterprises using B2B e-commerce guaranteee by year, enterprises attribute, representative attribute, and guarantee use amount based on the variables tested through previous studies. According to the empirical analysis, SMEs using B2B e-commerce guarantees have a higher survival rate compared to general enterprises Simply by year and have a variety of survival characteristics, and most of the variables have a significant effect except for some variables. The implication of this study is that the researches conducted on enterprises participating in B2B e-commerce for a long period of time to support the establishment of stable business environment of SMEs and the results of empirical analysis on the survival characteristics are useful information to the stakeholders of B2B e-commerce And it can contribute to enhance the survival rate of related enterprises.
