  • We need fundamental plan to develop Environment-friendly agriculture which has essential effect to agriculture and rural community. It should be avoided the structural problem that the farming corporations has gone through in present. Firstly, it needs to be systematized and constructed farming complex for the priority. The government initiated Environment-friendly agriculture business and expanded agriculture business as the part of the policy. There are some researches which have been studied the systematization and the construction of farming complex. It is suggested and mentioned various kinds of policies and directions so far. But, it is not mentioned any practical models. That means it seems to be various differences between each farming corporations in the structural cases. This research suggests the most optimized model of Environment-friendly agriculture by analyzing structural differences between 'Natur' farming Corp and 'Sancheong-gun' expanded Environment-friendly farming complex.

  • In order to investigate the influencing factors in flotation fractionation, flotations were performed at varied conditions. The selectivity of fines fractionation was mainly affected by long fiber flocculation degree and if there were not sufficient flocculation of long fibers, more loss of long fibers could not be avoided. The amount of flotation rejects were totally dependent on the stability of froth floated on the stock surface. Only small size fines could stabilize the froth as they hindered the drainage of liquid lamella in flotation-froth. More flotation reject and better flocculation of long fibers were two important factors for improving flotation. Changing a flotation flux or an air-mixing ratio to increase the flocculation of fibers increased long fiber ratio in the reject. In order to satisfy the both conditions of reducing long fiber loss and of increasing flotation reject, search of fractionation promoter is needed.

  • When emergency evasion during running is required, a driver sometimes causes a vehicle to drift, that is, a condition in which the rear wheels skid due to rapid steering. Under such conditions, the vehicle enters a very unstable state and often becomes uncontrollable. An unstable state of the vehicle induced by rapid steering was simulated and the effect of differential steering assistance was examined. Results indicate that, in emergency evasion while cornering and during which the vehicle begins to drift, unstable behavior like spins can be avoided by differential steering assistance and both the stability and control of the vehicle is improved remarkably. In addition, reduction of overshoot during spin evasion by the differential steering assistance has been shown to enable the vehicle to return to a state of stability in a short time in emergency evasion during straight-line running. Moreover, the effectiveness of differential steering assistance during emergency evasion was confirmed using a driving simulator.

  • Optimum reactons for the preparation of extra-light magnesium carbonate from magnesium chloride and sodium carbonate solutions were found by observing the difference of crystalline shapes under an electromicroscope. Reaction temperature the and washing temperature were main factors affecting the crystalline shapes, and drying temperature was found to be of secondary importance. Optimum temperatures for reaction and washing ranged from $20^{\circ}C$ to $30^{\circ}C$ and the temperature over $40^{\circ}C$ should be avoided for the reaction and washing. It was found that the higher the drying temperature, the lighter the crsytal of the produced magnesium carbonate. Reaction time, molar ratio (Mg$^{2+}/CO_{3}^{2-}$ ) and the concentrations of magnesium chloride and sodium carbonate solutions have only a slight effect on the form of the product.

  • Bode principle is applied to carry out traffic control for rate based ATM network, which guarantees the higher buffer utilization, buffer overflow-free, and well utilization of bandwidth. The principle confirms the relationship between the threshold of buffer queue and the network bandwidth, as well as the relationship between the threshold of buffer and source input rate. Theoretic warrant of the buffer threshold is proposed. The reference range of source input rate is provided in theory, which makes the source end respond to the change of network state rapidly and dynamically, and then the effect of time delay to the traffic control is avoided. Simulation results show that the better steady and dynamic performances of networks are obtained by Bode principle.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the concept, requirement and the effect of Force majeure and Hardship under the UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contract. Under the UNIDROIT Principles Non-performance by a party is excused if that party proves that the non-performance was due to an impediment beyond its control and that it could not reasonably be expected to have taken the impediment into account at the time of the conclusion of the contract or to have avoided or overcome it or its consequence. There is hardship where the occurrence of events fundamentally alters the equilibrium of the contracts and the events occur or become known to the disadvantaged party after the conclusion of the contract; the events could not reasonably have been taken ito account by the disadvantaged party at the time of the conclusion of the contract; the events are beyond the control of the disadvantaged party; and the risk of the events was not assumed by the disadvantaged party.

  • In this paper, a second order fuzzy sliding mode control that combines with a adaptive self-regulating technique is proposed for a nonlinear system with unknown dynamics. The chattering effect that is a representative disadvantage of the sliding mode control is avoided by using the second order sliding mode control instead of the first order sliding mode control. The proposed sub-controller is composed of the equivalent control that is approximated by an online rule regulation sheme and the hitting control that is used to constrain the states of the sub-system to maintain on the sub-sliding surface and used to guarantee the system robustness. Simulation results are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed controller

  • Clonidine, an antihypertensive drug, stimulates postsynaptic alpha-2 adrenergic receptors in the central nervous system and lowers arterial pressure through the effects on both cardiac output and peripheral resistance. However, many patients experience that sedation and xerostomia occur upon oral administration of clonidine. These side effects are due to high plasma peak concentration and can be avoided when clonidine is given transdermally. In this study, we tested the antihypertensive effects of trandermal administration of clonidine patch on spontaneously hypertensive rat (SHR) which is a model animal for human essential hypertension. Forty eight SHR (male) were divided into six groups according to the dose levels, respectively. After transdermal administration of clonidine patch of each dose, systolic blood pressure and heart rate were measured. Clonidine patch produced maximal antihypertensive and bradycardiac effects 48 hrs after administration and antihypertensive effects showed dose-dependency. We suggest that antihypertensive effects of clonidine patch are similar to those of orally given clonidine and clonidine patch can be used instead of clonidine tablet.

  • The nonlinear dynamic characteristics of a two-degree-of-freedom beam-mass structure is investigated. The flexible L-shaped structure with a two-to-one internal resonance is subject to a primary resonance and the resulting planar dynamic responses are examined. A quadratic damping, which has been avoided to use because of the difficulties in the analysis, is considered to take into account the effect of viscous damping due to the surrounding fluid. The method of multiple scales is used to determine first-order approximations to the solutions. Force-response and frequency-response curves are generated.
