강원도내 광견병 발생실태 (Report on The Incidence of rabies in Kangwon-do)

  • During the period of 2 years from 1993 to 1994, epidemiological investigation were carried out each time the outbreak of rabies suspected cases were informed and all specimens were transported to the Kangwon-do Veterinary Service Lab. At the Lab., autopsy and laboratory examinations were conducted as well. The results obtained as follows 1. The dogs and cattles were confirmed to be infected with rabies virus by routine histopathological findings, indirect flulrescent antibody technique, and mouth inoculation test. 2. The total numbers of rabies occured in dogs and cattles were 9, 5 heads, respectively. The regional distribution of total of 14 heads were 9 heads in Chulwon, 2 heads in Hwachun, 1 head Yangku, 2 heads in Inje and the highest number of outbreaks were orrured in Chulwon. 3. Most of dogs showed furious type and dumb type found in only one dog. 4. Cattles showed the symtoms of uneasiness feeling, excitement, disturbance howling, the change of voice, sexual accelaration, foreign body swatting and attacked to human and ani-mal and found to be died after two or four days. 5. In the seasonal outbreaks of rabies, 8 heads of the highest incidence were occured in win-ter followed by 4 heads in autumn, 1 head in spring and 1 head in summer. 6. The first outbreaks of rabies was reported in Chulwon and then transmitted into Hwachun, Yangku and Inje in turn. 7 The infectious source was supposed to be wild animals such as laccon dog, badger etc. living around the D. M. Z.

  • The important goal of urban renewal is not to reform only Physical environment but to improve people' life quality. people who have been lived in urban renewal area are grouped to owner and tenant. owner of land or house has substituent right but tenant has only house-moving money or rental house by urban renewal. But rental house condition is not good to tenant because tenant has large family, low-income and low grade and it is essential to provide rental house for low-income class and it is worth to analyze tenant house problem The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems of public rental house and to presents solutions. The study was done in following process. First, the literatures on this subject were investigated to seek the problems of public rental house. Second, Survey were done on the staff, who works in the cooperative housing redevelopment and whose jobs are officer, consultant, real estate introducer and designer, to seek problems and solution of public rntal house. survey which is made by three group. one group is made by people who already lived in tenant APT, second group is made by people who are waiting for moving in tenant APT. Third group is made by specialist who has many experience-more than 3years- to urban renewal. Third, the Correlation Analysis was used to analyze the relation between the Area and dwelling satisfaction. Fourth, tenant policy' altenative is presented to solve tenant APT' problem which is analyzed by this study The results are as follows : First, tenant APT' size Which is regulated to 30-$45m^{2}$ is enlarged to more than $45m^{2}$ because tenant family is made up averagely of 4.8 persons. Second, tenant APT' rental cost is reduced to 100 thousand won. Third tenant APT' arrangement is divided from owner because tenant and owner want to live in group by group. Fourth, tenant house type is changed to various house type because tenant is not familiar with APT

분홍색 아네모네화형의 분화국화 'Peace Angel' 육성 (A New Pot Chrysanthemum 'Peace Angel' with Pink-colored Anemone Type Petals)

  • 예산국화시험장에서는 노란색 포트멈 'Peace Yellow'를 교배친으로, 분홍색 포트멈 'Lompoc'을 화분친으로 2003년 인공교배한 조합에서 획득한 실생집단으로부터 다화성이며 주년생산성인 분홍색 포트멈 'Peace Angel'을 육성하였다. 2005년부터 2007년까지 주년생산성, 흰녹병 저항성, 분화수명 등 품종의 재배특성을 정밀 검정하여 2007년 최종 선발하였다. 이 품종은 10월 중순에 자연 개화하는 추국으로 차광과 전조시설을 이용한 주년생산이 가능하며 저온에서도 개화가 균일하다. 아네모네화형으로 설상화는 분홍색이고 화심부분인 통상화는 황녹색이다. 꽃의 직경은 5.6cm이며 착화수는 본당 23.0개 정도이다. 단일처리 후 개화소요 주수가 7주 정도이며 분화수명은 22.4일로 긴 편이다.

오대산국립공원의 야생동물 로드킬 특성 (A Study on the Characteristics of Road-kills in the Odaesan National Park)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 오대산국립공원 내 도로를 대상으로 2003년에서 2007년까지 로드킬 현황을 조사하고 종별 발생특성, 월별 발생분포, 토지이용 현황별 로드킬 특성을 분석하여, 로드킬 저감을 위한 기초자료를 제시하는 것이었다. 로드킬은 총 427건이 발생하였으며, 대부분 소형포유류인 것으로 나타났다. 포유류와 파충류에서는 다람쥐와 누룩뱀, 조류는 노랑턱멧새의 발생빈도가 높았다. 포유류와 파충류는 여름철과 가을철, 조류는 봄부터 여름사이의 발생빈도가 높게 나타났으며, 로드킬은 야생통물의 활통시기 및 번식시기 그리고 차량 이통량 증가와 밀접한 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 야생동물 로드킬 빈도는 도로변 토지이용형태에 의해 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났으며, 도로 양측이 밭인 경우에 가장 높았다.

  • 사계성 딸기의 년중자묘생산을 위한 자묘생산시기별 자묘증식효과와 묘령에 따른 작형별 수량성을 검토한 결과 노지월동모주에 대한 봄 자묘증식 방법은 보온+전조+GA처리+화방제거시 주당 22.3본으로서 대조(보온) 보다 13.1배의 우수한 효과를 보였고 하절기 GA처리에 의한 가을 자묘증식효과는 20 ppm 처리시 주당 12.0본으로서 대조(무처리) 보다 1.7배의 효과를 보였다. 또한 춘식재배 및 하식재배시 당년생 봄자묘의 묘령별 포장생육은 40일묘 보다 60일묘가 생육초기의 화방수가 다소 많아 유리하였으나 당년생 자묘로서는 수량성이 너무 저조하여 특히 사계성 딸기 춘식 재배시에 적합한 자묘는 전년 가을생산된 월동자묘를 이용하여야만 할 것으로 사료된다.

결정면 적용 광선반 채광성능 평가 연구 (A Study on Lighting Performance Evaluation of Light-Shelf using Crystal Face)

  • Recently, many research studies have been carried out on the efficiency of light-shelf daylighting systems, especially comparing performance improvements and the limitations of reflective surfaces and their lighting performance. In this study, a crystal face reflective surface is proposed. The objective of the study is to evaluate the lighting performance of a crystal face light-shelf through a performance study. The performance study was carried out in a full scale test-bed in order to calculate the light distribution and energy consumption utilizing the standard indoor illumination as an index. The conclusions of the performance study are as follows. 1) The optimal angle of incidence for daylighting for both the operable flat type light-shelf and the crystal face light-shelf are taken in the natural environment on the dates of the winter and summer solstices, as well as the autumn and spring equinoxes. 2) The application and installation of the crystal face light-shelf can produce a 29.9%~34.3% increase of light distribution within the indoor space. However, the increase of light distribution can also lead to a decrease in the uniformity ratio, a design challenge that should be considered when applying a crystal face light-shelf. 3) It is possible to achieve a 7.98%~13.3% greater reduction in energy consumption when applying a crystal face light-shelf than when applying a flat type light-shelf. The increase in the number of crystal faces should concur with the analysis of the energy reduction. A limitation of the study is that only one predetermined pattern was performance tested for a crystal face light-shelf. In order to carry out further research on crystal face light-shelves, additional performance studies are needed based on alternative patterns and designs.

A New Spray Chrysanthemum Cultivar, 'Snow Bowl', Resistant to White Rust, Long Vase Life and Single Type with White Petals for Cut Flower

  • A new spray chrysanthemum cultivar 'Snow Bowl' was released by National Institute of Horticultural & Herbal Science(NIHHS), Rural Development Administration (RDA), in 2008. The cross was made in 2005 between '03B1-230', breeding lines of NIHHS and 'Sei-Alps'. Trials were conducted from 2006 to 2008 for the evaluation and selection of this cultivar, including shading cultures in summer and retarding cultures in spring. The natural flowering time of 'Snow Bowl' is late October, but year-round flowering is possible by photo-periodic control. It has single type flowers with white petals. The growth of plant is very vigorous and it is resistant to white rust. The diameter of flower is 6.3cm. Number of flowers per stem and petals per flower are 12 and 31, respectively. Days to flowering under the short day treatment is about 59 and its vase life is 24.1 days in autumn season. 'Snow Bowl' was applied as No. 2009-179 on February 18, 2009 for variety protection and the plant variety protection rights have been registered as No. 3239 on August 3, 2010 at the Korea Seed and Variety Service.

자주색 홑꽃 스프레이국 신품종 'Yes Line' 육성 (A New Spray Chrysanthemum Cultivar 'Yes Line' with Single Type and Purple Color)

  • 충남농업기술원 예산국화시험장에서는 자주색의 홑꽃 다화성 스프레이국화 신품종을 육성하기 위하여 모본으로 'T22319'를 부본으로 'SP02-037-13'을 인공교배 하여 'Yes Line'을 육성하였다. 이 품종의 주년재배 특성검정을 위하여 2004년부터 2007년까지 4년 동안 촉성, 억제, 자연일장재배를 하였다. 'Yes Line'의 자연개화기는 10월하순경이나 촉성 및 억제재배가 가능하다. 'Yes Line'은 홑꽃이고 꽃잎은 자주색이며 화심의 색은 진한 녹색이다. 꽃의 직경은 4.3 cm이고 화심의 직경은 1.2cm이며 착화수는 21.4로 다화성이고 절화수명은 16.5일로 긴 편이다. 개화반응주수는 7.5주이고 기호도는 3.86점으로 높은 편이며 고온기에도 화색이 변색되지 않고 품질이 안정되어 있다. 이 품종은 흰녹병에 대한 저항성이 강한 편이고 연중생산이 가능하다.

  • 충남농업기술원 예산국화시험장에서 황색의 폼폰형 스프레이국화 신품종 육성을 위하여 2003년에 'SP03-033-02'를 모본으로 'SP03-005-20'을 부본으로 인공교배하여 'Yes Uri'를 육성하였다. 이 품종의 주년재배 특성검정을 위하여 2005부터 2007년까지 촉성, 억제, 자연 일장 재배를 3년 동안 조사하였다. 'Yes Uri'의 자연개화기는 10월하순경이고 전조 및 단일처리에 의해 연중재배가 가능하다. 꽃잎은 황색이고 폼폰형이며 착화수는 13.8개이고 절화장은 91.5 cm로 장간종이다. 꽃의 크기는 4.4 cm이고 촉성 및 억제재배가 가능하며 소등후 개화 반응기간은 8주이면서 기호성은 4.14점으로 높은 편이다. 또한 이 품종은 흰녹병에 대하여 저항성이고 절화수명은 23.6일로 길은 편이다.

안개 생성 메커니즘 기반 안개 유형 분류 및 한반도 지역내 발생 특성 분석 (Fog Type Classification and Occurrence Characteristics Based on Fog Generation Mechanism in the Korean Peninsula)

  • To investigate the occurrence characteristics and types of fog on the Korean Peninsula over the past three years (2020 to 2022), data from 96 synoptic meteorological observatories and 21 ocean buoys were collected and analyzed. We included precipitation fog, which occurs after precipitation events, and cloud-base lowering fog, which is caused by the development of lower-level clouds, with a total six subtypes of fog. In the case of cloud-base lowering fog, the occurrence frequency at 2.6% was not high at 2.6%, but the duration of low visibility below 200 m was very long at 6.9 hours. The seasonal frequency of fog is low in spring and winter, high in summer over islands and coastal areas, and high in autumn over inland areas. The frequency of inland fog, which is characterized by high radiation fog and dense fog, requires attention in terms of transportation safety, with an occurrence time of 0500 LST to 1000 LST. Therefore, systematic analysis of precipitation fog and cloud-base lowering, as well as radiation and advection fog, is required in the analysis of recognizing fog as a disaster and causing transportation disorders.
